My name is Laura Arbel and I am an English-speaking Clinical Psychologist, trained both in Britain and in Israel. Since making aliyah 20 years ago, I have gained over 15 years of clinical experience in Israel, working in schools, hospitals, residential homes as well as public and private sector clinics. I work with individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents and adults. I have a strong psychodynamic background as well as being professionally trained in Mindfulness-based psychotherapy. I work from a holistic approach, focusing on the individual's organic desire towards growth and healing.
