Highly impactful massage sessions for women in Jerusalem Integrative Massage for All women: My goal is to provide you with much-needed relaxation and stress reduction; improved circulation and oxygenation throughout the body; and hands-on therapeutic work to aid in easing pain, tissue repair and recovery from injury. A variety of modalities (deep tissue rhythmic sculpting, Swedish, fascial and corrective work, energy balancing, etc.) are incorporated to create individualized sessions tailored to meet your specific current needs. Prenatal: sessions are supportive, soothing and therapeutic for women in all stages of pregnancy. They are designed to help alleviate pain, discomfort and swelling that may be caused or intensified by the physiological changes experienced during pregnancy. Special techniques stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system to promote deep relaxation, enhancing a general feeling of well-being and reducing feelings of stress and anxiety. For maximum relaxation and comfort, you will be appropriately positioned during each stage of your pregnancy, ensuring safety for you and your baby along with minimal strain on your body. Postpartum: sessions help ease and support you through the emotional and physiological adjustments from the labor and birth process, and the new demands of caring for your newborn. Sessions in this important next phase focus on realignment of the spine and pelvis; rehabilitation and restoration of abdominal skin, muscles and organs; and providing you with much needed space and ‘me-time’ to relax, re-energize and be cared for yourself.
