About
I am an accredited EFT Practitioner and Transformation Coach who specializes in helping women and girls release the internal blocks that keep them stuck. Based in Jerusalem and working with clients globally, I deeply believe that our own inner healing is the greatest gift we can give both to ourselves and our families. EFT is an incredibly powerful yet gentle method to dissolve deep-seated limitations and rewire our nervous system's responses. EFT works on all levels (cognitive, subconscious, energetic and the nervous system) to create real, authentic change. How can EFT help you?- It can help with your anxiety, depression, self-esteem or social insecurities. - Whether you want to get married or jumpstart your career, it can help you identify and move past whatever is keeping you stuck.- It is an amazing tool for navigating troubled relationships. EFT frees us from our triggers so that we can respond rationally and objectively to provocation.- It can cause major breakthroughs in obsessive thinking, eating disorders, weight loss and addictions.I work with older teens or women both in-person and over Zoom.
