Career Change Management Workshops

About

Are you unemployed? Are you facing the likelihood of having to change your career direction? Are you open to the possibility that what you eventually do work at when you complete this transition might not necessarily be the same "job description" in which you were employed elsewhere? Its called "Career Change" and even if we remain in the same place our entire lives, most of us undergo at least two or three dramatic "redirections" during our lives. How many of us are equipped or "trained" to manage these transitions effectively? Wouldn't it be better to know how to make the best of these "crises" and turn then into "opportunities"? As a professional trainer and workshop facilitator I've created and delivered several "Your Next Career" styled workshops over the years, but recently I've discovered an approach far more effective than what I've delivered in the past. I'd like to create an online "virtual" workshop to help people master the skills required to manage these career transitions effectively. Call it my "retirement hobby". I have no intention of making money from this initiative, simply contributing what I can, from my skills and experience acquired over a life time to help others. Interested in exploring the possibilities? I'm looking for Beta Testers to work through the draft version of the workshop I've created to provide me feedback and suggestions on how to improve it. They in turn get the opportunity of a lifetime at no charge and my undivided attention as I coach and mentor them through the process! Check it out at https://YourNextCareer.info Share:
