Hey I’m Shira Mom of 4 amazing girls and 1 sweet boy I was blessed to birth all 5 of our children at home, 3 waterbirths and 2 land births Hypnobirthing has supported me in my births and now I teach Hypnobirthing to help prepare couples for their births I am a passionate birth doula and am currently studying reflexology to add another tool to better support my birth mamas I made aliyah to Israel September 2012 and currently live in Ramat Gan Before moving to Israel, I was a crossfit coach in LA and competed in the 2012 Crossfit Regionals As a mom of 5, I manage to get in a pilates workout twice a week and hope to incorporate some home wods as well I love to dance, eat healthy, learn new things and spend time with my family If you want down to earth and empowering information relating to birth and parenthood, then follow along and dm me with any questions! https://www.instagram.com/shira_koren_doula Share:
