Big Apple Pizza is a cahin of pizza parlors in Jerusalem, Mevaseret Zion, Beit Shemesh, Modi'in and Eilat. The first pizza parlor was founded in in the pedestrian mall Dorot Rishonim in downtown Jerusalem in 1986 by Haim Kedem. The special ambience, the location and, above all, the recipe of a crusty and crunchy pizza NY style, started to draw to the parlor a growing number of fans and customers. Very quickly Big Apple Pizza turned into a known Jerusalem landmark. Local citizens and tourists, young and old, come to enjoy a delicous slice of pizza in Jerusalem or share a tray of pizza with friend or family.
