Technical Support Engineer
Lema AI · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description We are 48% of breaches now come through vendors. Yet most companies still manage vendor risk through certifications and questionnaires, essentially trusting what vendors say about their security. Lema changes that. We analyze every vendor like a vulnerability researcher would: how could an attacker use this vendor to get in, and what could they reach? We’re turning vendor risk from a paperwork exercise into a true security discipline. Backed by Team8, Salesforce Ventures, and F2, and already trusted by leading enterprises, Lema is entering hypergrowth and tripling our team to build a category-defining platform. We move fast, with radical ownership, transparency, and high impact. More about Lema: • Lema.ai website • Business Insider - Cybersecurity startup Lema has come out of stealth to raise $24 million • Team8 - Why We Invested In Lema About The Role We're looking for a technical support engineer with 2-3 years of experience to own the support queue for our enterprise customers, most of them in the US. You'll dig into the logs and the data to find out why something broke, and help run customer data migrations and the monitoring that catches problems before customers do. What You’ll Do • Own the Support Queue: Take tickets from first response through resolution. You are responsible for meeting our response times, keeping every open ticket moving, and closing standard issues on your own. • Investigate Before You Escalate: Reproduce the problem, read the logs and the data, and isolate the cause. When something needs engineering, it reaches them with findings and evidence rather than a forwarded complaint. • Communicate with Customers: Keep customers informed in writing, manage expectations honestly, and stay credible even when the answer is not ready yet. • Run Customer Data Migrations: Map and validate customer data as it moves into Lema, and catch the records that don't fit before the customer does. • Write the Help Center: Turn what you solve into articles on common actions and troubleshooting, so the answer exists the next time someone asks. • Build Customer Enablement: Create and maintain a library of short workflow recordings, and run group training sessions, webinars and office hours as the role grows. • Monitor Proactively: Build and run monitors over our observability stack, triage the alerts they raise, and reach out to customers before they notice the problem themselves. Requirements What You Bring • Experience: Two to three years in technical support or another technical customer-facing role, ideally at a B2B SaaS company. • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable reading application logs, running SQL queries against a database, and troubleshooting REST APIs and integrations. You can investigate an issue across these layers and reach your own conclusion before escalating it. • AI Fluency: You use AI tools in your daily work, for example to draft SQL or summarize logs, and you check what they produce before you rely on it. • Ownership: You take a problem all the way through rather than passing it on the moment it stops being clear. • Communication: Fluent English, written and spoken. • Coverage: Most of our customers are in the US, which means the queue comes alive in the second half of the Israeli day and the busiest hours run into the evening. • Curiosity: The drive to learn, dig into a problem, and understand the root of it rather than just clear the ticket. • Startup Mindset: You work well where processes are written as they go, and you do not need a script or a fully specified task. • Domain Knowledge: Background in GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) or TPRM is an advantage. Why Join Lema AI • Impact: Build a category-defining platform that safeguards how modern businesses operate. • Ownership: Join a culture that gives you full context, autonomy, and trust to drive outcomes. • Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary, equity package, and additional perks • Velocity: Work with exceptional peers in a high-energy, low-bureaucracy environment. • Growth: Shape a company that’s scaling rapidly, backed by Tier 1 investors and visionary customers.

KT
Support Engineer (NOC / Tier 1)
Kela Technologies · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description About the role You're the first one watching production. When alerts fire, tickets come in, or a customer reaches out about something not working, it comes to you first. The role is shift-based as part of our 24/7 coverage and reports to the Support Team Lead. It's hands-on. You triage what comes in, dig into logs, fix what you can fix, and pass the rest to whoever needs to see it next (Professional Services, Infrastructure, or R&D). The expectation isn't that you solve everything alone. It's that nothing falls through the cracks, and that when you do escalate, the person picking it up has what they need to keep going. Good fit for someone early in their career who wants real production experience on a system that matters. Also a fit for people with a NOC, support, or sysadmin background who are looking for something with more weight than what they're doing now. What you'll do • Watch production health across customer sites and respond to alerts as they fire • Take inbound customer tickets. Triage them, investigate, resolve what you can, escalate cleanly when you can't. • Run first-pass investigation: logs, metrics, reproducing the issue, narrowing the cause before handing off • Stay in touch with the customer through the whole thing. Confirm you've got it, set expectations, keep them updated, close the loop. • Escalate well. The Professional Services, Infra, or R&D person picking up the ticket needs context - what you saw, what you tried, what you suspect. • Keep the knowledge base alive. If you investigated something new, the runbook should be better when you're done. • Clean shift handoffs. The next person on shift should know exactly what's open and what to watch. • Spot patterns. If the same ticket keeps showing up, flag it - either for automation or for a deeper fix. • Reach out to customers proactively. Don't wait for them to report something you could've caught yourself. Requirements What we're looking for • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in technical support, NOC, sysadmin, or a similar operational role • Linux fundamentals. Command line, navigating logs, knowing how a Linux box behaves under the hood. • Basic networking: TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPNs. Enough to know what you're looking at when something won't connect. • Comfortable reading code and reading logs to figure out what happened • Strong written communication in Hebrew and English. You'll be writing to customers, to internal teams, and in our runbooks. Nice to have • Exposure to Kubernetes or container infrastructure • Scripting in Bash or Python • Experience with Intercom, Jira, Zendesk, or similar ticketing platforms • Background in a relevant military unit or any other mission-critical operational environment • Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, or other monitoring tools Who you are • Reliable. You show up, you follow through. Tickets don't get dropped on your watch. • Curious. You don't just close the ticket. You want to know why it broke, and the next time it shows up you recognize it. • Calm under pressure. When alerts are firing and customers are pinging, you slow down and work the problem instead of making it worse. • You take support personally. When a customer has a bad experience, it bothers you, and you go out of your way to fix it. • You're not done growing. This role is a step toward something bigger, and it shows in how you treat it.

Founding Technical Support Engineer
Tenzai · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description About Tenzai Tenzai is building autonomous AI hackers that think like the world's best offensive security experts, act like them, and then help fix what they find before the real ones do. If this mission speaks to you, come defend the world's software: autonomously, continuously, and in-depth. About the role We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer to support customers through technical POCs, onboarding, and ongoing use of our autonomous security platform. Based in Israel and working closely with R&D and DevOps, you’ll provide real-time support to North American customers. This is a hands-on role for a cybersecurity technical expert comfortable troubleshooting and resolving issues directly with customer teams. Responsibilites • Serve as the primary technical point of contact during customer POCs — supporting deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting so prospects see value fast. • Own technical onboarding for new clients, guiding them through setup, integrations, and initial configuration of the platform. • Provide ongoing technical support to live customers, diagnosing and resolving issues across the product and its integrations. • Run live technical calls with customers over Zoom, Meet, or Teams, and support them asynchronously via email, Slack, and our ticketing system. • Triage, reproduce, and document bugs and feature requests, and escalate to R&D and DevOps with the technical context they need to act quickly. • Work closely with Israel-based R&D and DevOps teams as the connective layer between customer environments and the engineering roadmap. • Build and maintain internal and customer-facing documentation, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides. • Track support activity and flag trends or recurring issues that point to product or process improvements. • Contribute to the development of our global support framework and team, while establishing operational procedures and evaluating technical tooling. Requirements • 3-5 years of experience in technical support, customer support engineering, or a similar customer-facing role supporting cybersecurity products (e.g., AppSec, EDR, SIEM, vulnerability management, or pentest tooling). • Hands-on technical depth: comfortable with networking fundamentals, Linux, cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure), reading logs, and working with APIs and integrations; scripting ability (Python or Bash) is a strong plus. • Solid grounding in application security concepts and vulnerability triage — able to understand a finding well enough to explain it, not just route it. • Pen test background — is a strong plus. • Strong written and verbal English communication skills; confident running live technical calls with customer engineering and security teams. • Based in Israel and available to work shifted hours (afternoon into evening, Israel time) to provide real-time overlap with North American customers. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a high degree of ownership and ambiguity. Why Tenzai • Working on problems that matter - Software is now written and deployed faster than it can be secured. Attackers are beginning to use AI to find vulnerabilities at scale. Tenzai exists to close that gap. It's a mission that requires elite hackers, and also sharp storytellers, wicked-smart operators, and experienced market builders. • Building a category in the making - Tenzai is defining a new category in cybersecurity. That means every team — from research and engineering to product, brand, and go-to-market — has a chance to shape how the industry understands and adopts autonomous security. If you thrive building something from zero and helping a new idea take hold in the world, keep reading. • Talent density - We believe small teams of exceptional people outperform large organizations. Tenzai was founded by veteran security experts and repeat entrepreneurs. We hire deliberately and value curiosity, initiative, and craftsmanship, whatever your discipline. • Creating real impact, quickly - Whether you're building systems, shaping product experiences, telling the story, or helping customers succeed, your work will immediately influence how organizations secure their software. We move quickly, keep teams lean, and give humans ownership. • Ambition with humility - We're tackling hard problems with a team that values deep expertise and thoughtful collaboration. Everyone here is learning, experimenting, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible. Plus, we love eating lunch together.

About Unframe Unframe is an AI-first startup helping the world’s largest enterprises bring LLM-powered applications to life in days - not months. We combine the speed of a product company with the flexibility of a consultancy, helping customers move from idea to deployed AI systems faster than anyone else in the market. Backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV Partners with $100M in Series B funding, we’re building a fast-growing, revenue-generating company working with Fortune 500 customers globally. About the role We're looking for a Support Lead to build Unframe's customer support function from the ground up, working on site in Tel Aviv offices. You'll be the founding member of our support organization, designing the processes, tooling, and team that will sit between our enterprise customers and our Product and Engineering teams. You'll report to the VP Product Growth and work closely with Product and Engineering to ensure issues are resolved fast, with full ownership, and with as little engineering drag as possible. This is a rare opportunity to define what great support looks like at an AI-first company serving some of the world's largest enterprises, and to build it your way. What we're looking for • 6+ years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior individual contributor capacity. • Proven experience building or significantly improving support processes in a fast-moving startup or scale-up environment. • Experience working with enterprise customers, ideally global or Fortune 500. • Strong technical foundation, comfortable reading logs, understanding system behavior, and working closely with engineering teams on complex investigations. • Hands-on experience with AI tools (Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar) and a genuine interest in using them to scale team capabilities. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, able to write clearly for both technical and executive audiences. • High ownership mentality, sharp prioritization instincts, and composure under pressure. • Based in Tel Aviv and excited to work closely with teams on-site. Why join us? Our customers are global, their environments are complex, and they count on us when something breaks. The role Our Support team is where deep technical skill meets real customer impact. You’ll be the person customers turn to when things get complicated: digging into cloud and Kubernetes environments, finding the root cause, and making sure they leave the conversation with a solution and with more trust in us than before. You’ll join a global team of 14 engineers, 5 of them here in Israel, and work directly with R&D and Product. What you find in the field shapes what we build. What you’ll do • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for global customers via Slack, chat, and email • Dig into root causes across cloud, Kubernetes, Linux, networking, and databases, and escalate to R&D or Product with a clear, well-investigated picture when needed • Build strong relationships with customers and help them get the most out of the platform • Document solutions and turn recurring issues into knowledge the whole team can use • Bring field insights back to R&D and Product to help improve the product • Keep growing: the product, the cloud landscape, and the threats all move fast, and so will you Requirements What you bring (must have) • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Technical Support, Technical Account Management, or Escalation Engineering at a software/SaaS company, working with global customers (internal IT support doesn’t match this role) • Strong experience with AWS and Kubernetes • Experience with MySQL • Solid background in Docker, Linux, and networking • Experience with OpenSearch, Grafana, or similar tools for troubleshooting and analysis • Excellent English, written and spoken • Strong self-learning ability and the independence to dig in on your own, while working well as part of a team Nice to have • Experience in cybersecurity, especially cloud security • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Cyber Security or equivalent experience
