Zenity · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description About Us Zenity is the leader in AI Agent Security and the first company to bring an agent-centric security platform to market. As enterprises accelerate AI agent adoption, we are establishing the security framework for how AI agents are secured and governed at enterprise scale. We deliver full-lifecycle visibility, governance, detection, prevention, and response for AI agents from build time to runtime, across SaaS, home-grown platforms, and end-user devices. Backed by $180M+ in total funding, including a $125M Series C led by Norwest, with participation from SoftBank Vision Fund 2 and Microsoft's M12, Zenity is trusted by Fortune 500 and Global 2000 enterprises worldwide. Join us in shaping how AI agents are secured at enterprise scale. About the Team The CTO Office is Zenity’s core discovery engine, dedicated to navigating the rapid evolution in AI agent security and “building the lighthouse.” We are a high-agency team of ICs with integrated Engineering, Research, and Product mindsets. Our mission: incubate new ideas, define the approach to emerging attack classes, and build working POCs that prove technical reality. Guided by the CTO, Product, and GTM, we validate hard, open problems and actively support the Product organization by opening new development paths and seamlessly handing over advanced capabilities through research, prototyping, and customer validation. What You’ll Do Responsibilities: • Take an ambiguous security challenge from "this might be possible" to a working POC that proves the Zenity approach, grounded in technical reality. • Research the customer need, cybersecurity gap, and technical feasibility behind an idea before and while you build. • Own the end-to-end execution loop: scope the problem, build the prototype, evaluate it, document the approach, and ship it. • Partner closely with Product, R&D, and GTM. Don’t just write about emerging problems. POC the solutions so customers see something real. • Make the calls on architecture, tooling, and tradeoffs, moving quickly from ambiguity to a tangible prototype. • When a POC succeeds, lead the transition to Engineering and Product so it can receive the resources required for productization. • Stay ahead of the rapid evolution in AI and proactively bring relevant insights into the team. Requirements Requirements • Technical execution. Substantial hands-on experience in Engineering or Security Research. You can investigate an unfamiliar problem, form a point of view, and build the solution to prove it works. • AI. Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI agents. You understand how they work, where they fail, and how to reason about them. You are fluent with AI-assisted coding. • Cybersecurity. Strong understanding of attack paths and defensive controls. You can earn credibility with researchers and engineers alike through technical leadership. • Product mindset. You can hold “is this the right thing to build?” in tension with “is this technically feasible?” and decide both. You care about what pain a capability solves. • Agency. Comfortable starting from a blank page, working without a spec, and being the one who defines what “done” looks like. You move fast and tell the story. • Communication. You can explain your reasoning, present prototypes to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and document the work well enough for others to continue it. Advantages • Experience building or researching cybersecurity products • Experience with AI agents or AI agent security • Experience in an early-stage startup or zero-to-one environment • Previous leadership experience as a team lead or tech lead • Public technical output: blog posts, conference talks, open source contributions, or published papers

Member of Technical Staff - Islo
Incredibuild · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description Member of Technical Staff - Islo Engineering teams want background agents that pick up tasks, run on their own, and hand back real results - PRs, fixes, verified outcomes. Islo is the runtime for autonomous coding agents. We run agents in isolated environments connected to real tools with a policy layer that blocks what you didn't approve. Enterprise teams use us to deploy agents they can actually trust. We're a small team in Tel Aviv. Engineers figure out what to build, talk to customers directly, and ship it. We're growing fast and hiring people who want to own product - not just tickets. If you're ready to solve hard problems in a space that's being invented in real time, come join us. As a Member of Technical Staff You will engineer innovative cloud solutions: - Build robust, scalable cloud services in Rust, Python and TypeScript for Islo's agent runtime. - Design and implement secure, isolated agent environments using MicroVMs, virtualization, containers, and other isolation techniques. - Develop developer-facing surfaces creating clean abstractions over low-level infrastructure. - Build agent orchestration, policy engines, and verification layers that let background agents pick up tasks, use real tools, and hand back results humans can review. - Build resilient, high-performance solutions. You will shape the product: - Own problems end-to-end - from understanding the user's pain to shipping the solution. - Talk to customers regularly: discovery calls, onboarding sessions, debugging their workflows, gathering feedback on what we shipped. - Turn messy, ambiguous requests into clear product decisions - what to build and what to cut. - Write lightweight specs and design docs when it helps the team move fast; skip the ceremony when it doesn't. - Prioritize the backlog based on customer impact and what the team learns in the field. - Demo new capabilities to customers and iterate based on what you learn in the room. - Join customer calls - technical deep-dives, onboarding, troubleshooting live agent runs. - Attend and speak at conferences and meetups on agents, developer tools, and AI infrastructure. - Be the technical face of Islo with early adopters: answer hard questions, collect real-world failure modes, bring insights back to the team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't perfectly align with all requirements. We prioritize a positive attitude and potential over an exact match in experience or skills. Juniors are welcome - if you've shipped something, enjoy talking to users, and want to learn how autonomous agents actually run in production, we'd love to hear from you.
