Technical Product Engineer jobs in Israel
About Arato Arato is the reality check for AI agents. We focus on one critical problem: ensuring agents work in the real world before they reach customers. Our core product, Arato Simulate, is a black-box simulation platform that runs realistic, high-volume user traffic against GenAI applications (chatbots, generative UIs) to uncover failures that traditional testing misses. We allow engineering teams to deploy thousands of synthetic user personas, ranging from cooperative to adversarial, to stress-test their agents through multi-turn conversations and complex edge cases. We help companies move beyond "vibes-based" evaluation by providing immediate, data-driven audits on accuracy, security, and user experience. Trusted by forward-thinking teams in a large range of industries, we are on a mission to help the world "Do AI Right" by catching what matters before it hits production. Role overview We are looking for a Product Hybrid Engineer, a true "Individual Builder" who operates at the intersection of engineering, product, and design. You are not just here to implement tickets; you are here to challenge the roadmap, talk directly to customers, and drive innovation from ideation to production. In this role, you will run fast on multiple high-impact projects, using AI to amplify your impact and speed. You will have the autonomy to make architectural and product decisions, moving with the speed and spirit of an entrepreneur within the company. What you'll do Build End-to-End: You will not just build products; you will build the systems that power them. You will take concepts from a rough idea to a deployed, scalable production system autonomously. Leverage AI to Move Fast: You will utilize the newest AI tools to accelerate your workflow, allowing you to focus on high-level architecture, complex problem-solving, and customer value rather than boilerplate coding. Drive Product Innovation: You will work directly with customers to understand their pain points. You are expected to challenge Product Managers, Designers and Leadership, offering alternative solutions and driving ideation based on your technical and product insights. Own the Architecture: While frameworks change, architecture persists. You will design robust systems that can scale, ensuring we aren't just shipping "quick and dirty" prototypes but enterprise-grade software. Operate with Autonomy: You will manage your own priorities and projects, navigating ambiguity without needing constant direction. You focus on outcomes, not output. Qualifications Experience: At least 10 years of hands-on software engineering experience. Builder Mindset: You have a strong "0 to 1" capability. You are comfortable running solo and can deliver complete features independently. DevOps Mastery: You have strong DevOps skills and can build and maintain the infrastructure required to run your applications. You don't rely on a separate ops team to get your code to production. Product Obsession: You have a high degree of product sense and customer empathy. You care deeply about what we are building and why, not just how. Tech Agnostic: We don't care what tech stack you come from, as long as you are a master of your craft and can adapt quickly. Entrepreneurial Spirit: You move fast, take calculated risks, and have the drive of a founder. Advantages Experience building agentic development workflows. Background in founding a company or working as an early engineer in a startup. Experience in a customer-facing technical role. People Management Experience: You lead a team of engineers for an extended period of time. Why Arato.ai? Redefine the Role: Be part of a team that embraces the future of engineering, where AI empowers you to be a 10x builder. Direct Impact: Your work will directly shape the product and the company's trajectory. Flexibility & Culture: Enjoy a collaborative, fast-paced environment with flexible working arrangements and competitive compensation.
What you'll do • Extend Wonderful’s platform by designing and building reusable primitives that turn one-off customer and internal needs into scalable platform capabilities. • Become a top contributor to the Wonderful Catalog by shipping custom tools, agent skills, applications, and end-to-end workflows that teams and customers genuinely adopt. • Own and evolve our organizational knowledge agent, demo factory, and other internal systems the company relies on every day. • Turn successful prototypes into stable, supported products that become part of Wonderful’s core offering. What we're looking for • 5+ years of experience building production software, with strong technical depth and the ability to own architecture and move quickly across the stack. • Ex-founder or founding-team member who has built and shipped a product from zero, owned outcomes end to end, and made decisions with incomplete information. • Strong product instincts, with experience prioritizing roadmaps and building tools that teams genuinely rely on. • Exceptional communicator who creates clarity across engineering, product, GTM, leadership, and customers. • Highly proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by building the systems that enable a fast-moving organization to scale.
