Know the data, unblock your team, communicate effectively, and ship as if we needed it yesterday What we're looking for • 10+ years in talent, people, business development, relationship management, or related fields • Experience managing and leading global teams • AI appetite, with real examples of how you use AI today • Emotional intelligence that lets you move the business in ways AI can’t, and build deep connections with candidates, hiring managers, executives, and other stakeholders • Ready to work in an office environment most days of the week Please note that this is a global role. We are open to hiring this position in Tel Aviv or New York City.
