Description groundcover is a fast-growing B2D company set to reinvent the way developers monitor their cloud-native applications and impact their organization’s scale. We help teams by providing them with the insights they need to troubleshoot better and faster when trouble hits. We believe that even the most complex systems can have a flawless and amazing user journey. At groundcover, we build fast, and hiring the right people is how we keep that pace. As part of our growing Operations team, you will lead Talent Acquisition across Israel, the US and the UK through a period of significant growth. Reporting to our VP Operations, this role is a great fit for a recruiting leader who speaks in numbers. You'll lead the recruiting team, own our hiring results as we grow, run key searches yourself, and give managers a clear, data-backed view of where hiring stands. We're looking for a leader who measures what works, builds the tools to show it, and still enjoys closing a great hire. This is a full-time, in-office role based in our Israel office, working closely with our teams in the US and the UK. What You'll Own • Lead the team: Lead and develop our recruiting team across Israel and the US, and own hiring results and growth targets. • Hands-on recruiting: Own key searches yourself, especially senior and hard-to-fill roles, from sourcing to close. • Hiring at scale: Deliver on an ambitious hiring plan across R&D, Go-to-Market and G&A, in Israel, the US and the UK. • Recruiting strategy: Build the hiring strategy with leadership and hiring managers, including sourcing channels, employer brand and when to use agencies. • Agency management: Select, manage and measure recruiting agencies where they add value, and keep costs under control. • Metrics and performance: Define and track the metrics that show how well recruiting works (time-to-hire, pipeline conversion, source quality, offer acceptance, cost per hire) and use them to improve. • Dashboards for managers: Build dashboards and tools that give managers and leadership a real-time view of hiring status against plan. • Process improvement: Challenge our existing hiring process, from intake to offer, and improve it wherever the data shows room to do better. Requirements What You Bring • 7+ years in recruiting in tech companies, including at least 3 years managing a recruiting team. • Knowledge of the US hiring market: you've recruited for US roles or managed recruiters who did. • Fluent in numbers: you define recruiting metrics, analyze them and turn them into clear recommendations. • Hands-on AI experience: you use AI tools to build reports and dashboards and to work faster, and bring creative ideas for applying them to recruiting. • ATS expertise: deep experience working with applicant tracking systems (Comeet an advantage). • High-growth experience: you've recruited in a company that scaled quickly. • Fluent English and Hebrew. Bonus • Hands-on recruiting experience in the US. • Experience managing an international recruiting team. • Experience in a startup environment.
