Location Our GTM Systems Engineer will be an integral part of our Enterprise Systems team. This role is based remotely as a full-time employee in the UK, Ireland, Estonia, the Netherlands, or Sweden. We are also open to contractors in Eastern Europe and Portugal. The Opportunity We're looking for an engineering-minded owner of the systems our Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations teams run on: CRM, marketing automation, CPQ and the tools around them. This is not a ticket-queue role. Business teams will bring you solutions ("add a field", "build me a report"). Your job is to find the problem behind the request and see how a change affects every connected system. Then fix it once, ideally so the next person can do it themselves without filing a request. You'll have an internal engineering team to lean on, and you'll use AI tools daily to build faster. Responsibilities • Own the GTM systems as one connected whole: know how CRM, CPQ, marketing automation and sales-engagement tools share data, and design every change with that in view. • Turn requests into problems: ask what the business is trying to solve, propose options, explain trade-offs, and say "no" or "not like that" when it's the right call. • Remove recurring manual work: measure the effort, then replace it with automation or self-service tools that business users run themselves. • Build automations, small tools and integrations, choosing the simplest approach that will hold up. • Keep the data model lean and trustworthy: retire unused fields and legacy workarounds, and enforce data quality where data enters rather than cleaning it up later. • Keep integrations reliable: use native connectors where they do the job; where something custom is needed, respect API limits, add error handling and monitoring, and keep sandbox and production consistent. Collaborate with our internal engineering team as necessary. • Use AI tools to build, investigate issues, and speed up routine work. • Provide EMEA-hours support for the GTM stack, and use what you see there to pick the next fix. • Document changes and follow change management from sandbox to production. • Current Sales/Marketing Tech Stack: Salesforce, Dealhub CPQ, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, Gong Professional, Gong Engage, Gong Forecasting, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dripify, Ringlead Qualifications • 3+ years hands-on with Salesforce Sales Cloud (advanced Flow, data and security model), plus HubSpot and/or DealHub CPQ. • Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL and REST APIs, and able to write scripts in Python or JavaScript. • A track record of replacing manual processes with automation or self-service, with before-and-after examples. • Systems thinking: good judgment about where logic and data should live across connected systems. • Understanding of lead-to-quote-to-close and the marketing funnel (lead lifecycle, attribution). • Comfortable using AI coding and automation tools every day. • Clear communicator who can push back on requests with reasons, and works well with business users and engineers. • Fluent English, additional languages are a plus. • Ability to work in the country of residence (we do not provide visa sponsorship). Nice to have: • Salesforce Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I certification; • Git/SFDX; depth in Gong, ZoomInfo or HubSpot; cloud platform experience; • experience with an integration platform or event-driven systems. Are you a Do’er? Be your truest self. Work on your terms. Make a difference. We are home to a global team of incredible talent who work remotely and have the flexibility to have a schedule that balances your work and home life. We embrace and support leveling up your skills professionally and personally. What does being a Do’er mean? We’re all about being entrepreneurial, pursuing knowledge, and having fun! Full-time employee benefits include: • Unlimited Vacation • Flexible Working Options • Health Insurance • Parental Leave • Employee Stock Option Plan • Home Office Allowance • Professional Development Stipend • Peer Recognition Program Many Do’ers, One Team DoiT unites as Many Do’ers, One Team, where diversity is more than a goal—it's our strength.
