Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor System Administrators, managing priorities, workload, and professional development. • Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT services across corporate and R&D lab environments. • Manage cloud applications and services, including Microsoft 365, Intune, AWS, Azure, and endpoint security solutions. • Take end-to-end ownership of incidents and projects, ensuring timely escalation, proactive stakeholder communication, and follow-through to completion. • Identify operational gaps, anticipate risks, and independently drive improvements that prevent recurring issues. • Monitor and optimize network performance, availability, utilization, and Quality of Service (QoS). • Maintain compliance with corporate security standards and applicable regulatory requirements. • Improve operational efficiency through scripting, APIs, workflow automation, and AI-assisted IT operations. • Track SLA attainment, service availability, resolution times, and backlog health; use these measures to prioritize improvements and strengthen service reliability. Requirements: • At least five years of System Administration experience, including three years in a managerial or leadership role (must). • Proven expertise in Windows, macOS, and Linux environments and administration best practices (must). • Extensive hands-on experience with routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN solutions (must). • Demonstrated experience managing hybrid-cloud infrastructure (must). • Ability to automate IT operations using Bash, Python, or PowerShell (must). • Familiarity with AI-assisted IT operations, API integrations, and workflow automation platforms (advantage). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English. • Availability for on-call duty and urgent response outside regular working hours in case of critical outages (must). Personal Skills: • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with clear communication and accountability. • Analytical and creative problem-solving, with the initiative to identify opportunities and deliver measurable improvements. • Ability to manage competing priorities and projects while maintaining ownership through completion. • A structured, resilient approach under pressure and a commitment to continuous learning. • Approachable, hands-on manager and a true team player, fostering collaboration, trust, and open communication.
