Description AudioCodes is looking for an RMA & Supply Chain Specialist who will be responsible for managing the complete Return Material Authorization process, from the initial customer request through product repair and return. The role coordinates customers, field engineers, repair teams, logistics providers and subcontractors to ensure efficient service operations and high customer satisfaction. It also includes planning replenishment, service warehouse management, shipment tracking, contract verification, KPI analysis and support of global service operations. • Manage the end-to-end RMA process, including replenishment, hardware issue identification, case handling, order creation, repair coordination and customer returns. • Open and manage service orders according to contract type and service entitlement. • Coordinate and monitor import and export shipments related to RMA activities. • Operate and manage global service warehouses. • Provide timely updates to customers and field engineers in Israel and abroad. • Work daily with Oracle ERP and Cloud Console systems. • Review and update service contracts, credits and geographic contract coverage. • Analyze quarterly performance indicators and prepare KPI reports. • Develop and implement new internal, departmental and global processes and projects. • Manage subcontractor customer activity, including PO-based order creation, shipment reporting, follow-up and expediting. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Industrial Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. • Previous experience in planning, customer service, order entry, order management or operations within a high-tech company - Advantage • Previous experience in international shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics companies will be considered - Strong Advantage. • Experience working with ERP systems and business applications is required. Familiarity with Oracle ERP -Advantage. • Familiarity with Cloud Console - Advantage. • Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint - Must • Basic understanding of hardware products and repair processes. • Highly proficient in English, with the ability to communicate independently and effectively, both verbally and in writing - Must • Willingness to work full time and provide overtime when required.

In this role, you will define and drive our Supply Chain strategy, including major cost-reduction initiatives and the evolution of our global Supply Chain footprint. You’ll lead planning, logistics, procurement and supplier management, while building the processes, systems, and team needed to support easyplant’s continued growth. Today, our supply chain spans 7 fulfillment centers across the US and Europe, 200+ SKUs, 20+ global suppliers, and more than 1 million plants shipped annually, with an annual run rate of $90M. This is an opportunity to take real ownership of a complex, global supply chain at a fast-growing consumer brand, operating under the larger Mixtiles umbrella. In this role, you'll be responsible for: Supply Chain Strategy & Cost • Define and drive easyplant’s global Supply Chain strategy and footprint. • Lead major cost-reduction initiatives across sourcing, materials, logistics, inventory, and operations. • Identify opportunities to make our supply chain more scalable, resilient, and efficient as we grow. Planning & Inventory • Own material and inventory planning across our fulfillment network, while optimizing inventory levels and availability • Partner closely with Data, Finance, and Production to translate demand forecasts into purchasing and inventory plans. Supplier Management & Sourcing • Own relationships with our key global suppliers, including commercial negotiations, pricing, quality, lead times, and performance. • Identify, qualify, and onboard new suppliers to improve cost, resilience, and capabilities and support new product launches. Logistics • Oversee inbound freight, transportation, warehousing, and distribution. • Continuously improve our logistics network, routes, transportation modes, and costs. Systems, Data & Team • Own and develop our supply chain processes and KPIs, using data to identify issues and drive decisions. • Work hands-on with our MRP system, helping define and evolve its capabilities as our supply chain grows. • Lead and develop the Supply Chain team and help shape the organization as we scale. What We're Looking For: • • 8+ years of Supply Chain experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or significant ownership role. • Strong experience across planning, inventory, procurement/sourcing, and logistics. • Proven ability to drive meaningful cost reductions and negotiate with strategic suppliers. • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Experience working with MRP or similar supply chain planning systems. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills. • Comfortable operating hands-on in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve quickly. • Experience with a high-volume B2C / consumer products supply chain is a strong advantage.
