Systems, Data & Team • Own and develop our supply chain processes and KPIs, using data to identify issues and drive decisions. • Work hands-on with our MRP system, helping define and evolve its capabilities as our supply chain grows. • Lead and develop the Supply Chain team and help shape the organization as we scale. What We're Looking For: • • 8+ years of Supply Chain experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or significant ownership role. • Strong experience across planning, inventory, procurement/sourcing, and logistics. • Proven ability to drive meaningful cost reductions and negotiate with strategic suppliers. • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Experience working with MRP or similar supply chain planning systems. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills. • Comfortable operating hands-on in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve quickly. • Experience with a high-volume B2C / consumer products supply chain is a strong advantage. We’re looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution — someone excited to build the supply chain that will support easyplant’s next stage of growth.
