Senior Software Engineer - Endpoint
PointFive · Tel Aviv-Yafo

About PointFive PointFive finds the cost buried inside enterprise infrastructure, from the cloud to coding agents. We pioneered DeepWaste across cloud and data platforms, and we are now doing the same for AI token spend with TokenShift. Fanatics, H&M, Hertz, Nubank, Citizens Bank and other Fortune 500 companies use PointFive to see and cut what their infrastructure and AI actually cost. We have raised $96 million, most recently a $60 million Series B led by Accel. Engineering sits in Tel Aviv and our go-to-market team is focused on North America. PointFive Labs, our research arm, publishes original work on how infrastructure and AI actually get paid for. CRN named us one of the 10 hottest cloud computing startups of 2026, Forbes Israel put us on its Next Billion Dollar Startups list, and Redpoint selected us for its InfraRed 100, its ranking of the private companies shaping the future of cloud infrastructure. About the Role TokenShift is PointFive's newest product — a lightweight CLI proxy that sits between AI coding agents and the shell or server, routing to different models for perfect model to effort fit, compressing command output to cut token spend and surface fleet-wide visibility. As an Senior software Engineer (Endpoint), you'll own the layer that makes TokenShift work: the per-agent harnesses, the compression rules and strategies, and the installation and hook mechanics that get us onto developer machines — reliably, invisibly, and at scale. This is a rare chance to build foundational infrastructure for AI developer tooling, at a company where your work directly shows up in the product used by engineering teams at companies like Expedia and EON. What You'll Do • Own the installation and enrollment mechanics — the CLI flows, MDM scripts, and platform-specific packaging (Windows msi/exe, macOS pkg, Linux deb/rpm) that put TokenShift on developer machines at fleet scale. • Instrument and monitor endpoint behavior through the telemetry pipeline, using signals to improve coverage and catch regressions. • Build and maintain a robust lab enabling automatic research and development of new capabilities and platforms by AI agents. • Build and maintain agent harnesses — the per-agent adapters that hook into Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot CLI, Codex, and future agents to route network and shell commands through the TokenShift proxy. • Develop and extend compression rules and strategies for new command types (git, build tools, infra CLIs, search, and more), ensuring token reduction never comes at the cost of semantic accuracy. • Maintain correctness and resilience of the proxy layer — compression must be reversible on demand, hooks must never block a developer's command, and failures must be silent and transparent. • Collaborate with the research team to translate newly supported agent architectures into production-grade harnesses. What We're Looking For Must-have • Solid understanding of Windows and Unix fundamentals: process model, shell execution, stdin/stdout/stderr, file permissions, and IPC. • Deep familiarity with MDM deployment patterns (Jamf, Intune, JumpCloud, Ansible). • Strong proficiency in Go — the TokenShift CLI is written in Go, and this is where the core work happens. • Experience building or maintaining CLI tools in production environments. • Attention to correctness and edge cases — you think about what happens when things go wrong before they do. • Ability to work across platforms (macOS and Linux) and understand their differences at the system level. Nice to have • TypeScript experience. • Hands-on experience with AI coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot CLI, Codex) as a user or developer. • Experience with semantic compression, summarization, or output parsing. Our Tech Stack Go, TypeScript, Cloudflare, Snowflake Why PointFive • Founders with a track record Built and sold IntSights to Rapid7. Backed by top-tier investors with deep conviction in this category. • Category-defining product DeepWaste detection and agentic remediation with clear, measurable ROI for both engineering and finance teams. • Early-stage leverage Your work directly shapes the product, the culture, and the go-to-market playbook. • You'll build the infrastructure layer for AI developer tooling The part that actually runs on every developer's machine, quietly making every agent session cheaper and more visible.

Software Engineer
Venice · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description Attackers don't hack- they log in. Almost every major breach starts with a credential that should never have existed. Venice ends standing access for every person, service account, and AI agent across cloud, SaaS, and on-prem. Our agentless platform deploys in minutes, swapping stale access workflows for real-time, just-in-time enforcement. But we're not only building this to stop breaches and replace clunky, legacy PAM setups. We're building it so teams can hand real privileges to AI agents and move faster, not just apply controls that slow everything down. Every company is about to put agents inside its most sensitive systems, and we're making it secure and possible for those agents to be a true part of the workforce. Backed by Index Ventures and IVP, trusted by Fortune 200 security teams, and deployed in some of the most complex enterprise environments in the world. The rules for how AI gets access are being written right now. Come write them with us. What you will do: • Design and build the backend services at the core of the Venice platform - the systems that run our identity security operations in production. • Deliver features end-to-end: from technical design and data modeling through implementation, testing, and production rollout. • Work with a cloud-native microservices architecture - services communicating over message brokers, backed by SQL and NoSQL databases, running on managed cloud infrastructure. • Take part in shaping how the platform evolves - you'll have real autonomy to propose technical solutions, influence architecture decisions, and see your work reach production quickly. Requirements • 4+ years of backend / full stack development experience, preferably in SaaS, cyber security, or cloud-native environments. • Hands-on experience with microservices, message brokers, and both SQL & NoSQL databases. • Self-starter, independent, always seeks to understand the big picture, with the ability to own projects and drive them to completion. • Strong communication skills and fluent English. • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and identity management solutions is a plus. Why join us? The Timing The timing couldn't be better. Legacy privileged access management is dead, the market leader was just absorbed, and there's a narrow window to define what replaces it. We're in that window right now. The Culture Our team is small with exceptional people who are actually fun to work with and the distance between your idea and production is short. Plus, we take our coffee seriously. If this sounds like your kind of challenge, apply- even if you don't tick every box.

Senior SW Engineer
Mitiga · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description We’re looking for a strong Senior SW Engineer to join our Data team. Why Mitiga? EDR protects the endpoint. Mitiga protects everything else, anticipating and disrupting active attacks across the modern stack and stopping them before they reach the business. Mitiga is the leader in Zero-Impact Breach Prevention, delivered through Agentic Runtime Security for the modern infrastructure — cloud, SaaS, identity, and AI. By delivering the runtime detection and response that security teams already rely on for endpoints, extended to the infrastructure endpoint tools can’t see, Mitiga provides Zero-Impact Breach Prevention, in runtime. The Role Our detection engine is a large Python codebase running PySpark over cloud, SaaS, and identity data at scale on Databricks. You’ll own its engineering quality — hardening what’s there and extending it — working alongside the cyber investigators who define what it should catch. In this role, you will: · Harden and extend a large production Python codebase: refactoring, module and API design, typing, test coverage. · Own and optimize critical PySpark workflows processing massive security datasets across multi-cloud environments — correctness and cost both. · Design the data models and queries the engine depends on, and fix the slow ones. · Work directly with cyber investigators to turn attacker behavior into detection logic that holds up in production. · Build with AI as a core tool: AI coding agents daily, and the AI tooling the team runs on — agentic and automated workflows (n8n or similar) and LLM-backed services on Bedrock or vendor APIs. · Raise the bar on engineering practice — code review, CI, and the standards the team holds each other to. · Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction as the platform evolves. Requirements Who you are · 5+ years of production Python at a company — typing, refactoring code you didn’t write, module and API design, pytest, packaging, and a real code-review culture. · Hands-on SQL — you design schemas and you fix slow queries, not just read them. · AI-native — AI coding agents (Claude Code) are part of how you work, and you’ve shipped something real on top of an LLM: prompt design, structured outputs, orchestrating multi-step or agentic flows, and testing behavior that isn’t deterministic. Which platform you used matters far less than having done it. · Fluent in Git and CI — you read a failed pipeline and fix it yourself. · Energized by fast-paced startup environments where ownership, adaptability, and collaboration are essential to success. It Would Be Nice If You Also Had: AWS (S3, IAM, compute) and AWS Bedrock · workflow automation and agent platforms (n8n, LangGraph, Temporal) · MCP servers or tool-calling integrations · both Spark and Kafka · a security, detection-engineering, or SIEM background. Some More Details and Perks Some More Details and Perks Location: Tel Aviv, IL Hybrid work Environment Competitive compensation package with stock options, educational funds, cibus. Top of the line equipment For more information visit us at www.mitiga.io Mitiga is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusiveness and aim to attract, retain, and engage a diverse workforce.
