You'll source candidates through online and offline channels, including social platforms and professional networks, while partnering with hiring managers and teams across our locations. These aren't buzzwords, they're how we actually work. Our AI-first approach isn't just a tagline either. We're building the future of insurance with AI at the center, and we need people who are genuinely excited to learn and grow alongside these tools. Talent Acquisition Partner
Upwind Security · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description Upwind is a next-generation Cloud Security Platform that leverages runtime context to identify and prioritize critical risks, providing precise insights and efficient cloud security management. Unlike traditional tools, Upwind uses runtime data proactively for risk prioritization and posture insights, ensuring teams focus on what truly matters. With industry-leading efficiency and eBPF-powered sensors, Upwind delivers comprehensive capabilities — including agentless cloud posture discovery, real-time threat protection, and integrated API security. We're in a period of significant growth. There's an enormous amount to build, improve, and shape - and every hire changes the trajectory of the company. About the Role We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner, an experienced, full-cycle recruiter who works differently than most. You don't rely on job boards and cold outreach alone. You've built a real, personal network over the course of your career: people who know you, trust you, and pick up when you call. You bring candidates a level of care and attention that feels more like a trusted advisor than a transactional recruiter. You listen, you follow up, you make people feel genuinely looked after throughout the process. This role exists because we believe that kind of relationship-driven recruiting, deep networks and high-touch candidate experience, is something we can build inside our own team, instead of outsourcing it to external agencies or headhunters. What You'll Do • Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across the organization (R&D and beyond): sourcing, screening, interview process management, and closing. • Source proactively across various platforms and tools, blending modern AI-assisted sourcing with your own network and direct outreach. • Lead with relationships: reach candidates through your own professional network, not just inbound applications or cold sourcing. • Give every candidate a high-touch, closely-managed experience: clear communication, real attention, and a process that reflects well on Upwind. • Fully unlock our internal potential: referrals, employee networks, and every internal connection we have, as a real, ongoing source of talent, not an afterthought. • Collaborate closely with recruiters across Israel, EMEA, and APJ, and stay aligned with team goals and standards. Requirements What We're Looking For Must-have • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, process management, closing. • A real, established professional network built over your career, not just online connections, but relationships people actually respond to. • A relationship-first way of working. You'd rather spend real time getting a placement right than move fast and loose across a large volume. • Comfort and fluency with AI-assisted sourcing tools and modern recruiting technology. You seek these tools out, you don't avoid them. Nice-to-have • A background that naturally built a strong network, for example a technological military unit, a professional community, or years of activity within a specific industry network. • Prior experience as an external recruiter or headhunter with a track record of network-based, not just inbound, placements. • Deep familiarity with the Israeli hi-tech recruiting landscape.

Requirements • 3+ years of end-to-end recruiting for highly technical roles such as security research, vulnerability research, reverse engineering, exploit engineering, software engineering, or low-level engineering, with concrete examples of hires you made. • Experience hiring internationally, including sourcing and engaging candidates across different countries and time zones • Proven ability to build pipelines and engage passive candidates in niche talent pools, well beyond LinkedIn. • Experience identifying and recruiting talent for highly technical or intelligence-oriented teams (in the public sector, the defense sector, or industry). • Ability to hold credible professional conversations with deeply technical candidates and to work with Labs leaders on evaluating them. • Strong behavioral and competency-based interviewing skills. • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, and a high level of discretion. • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms. • Fluent in English and Hebrew. Nice to have: • Experience with recruitment marketing tools such as Spark Hire, HiBob, and NetSuite. • Familiarity with international employment models and cross-border hiring processes. • HR or recruitment experience in technology-driven organizations, along with a solid understanding of the cyber and vulnerability research field, is a significant advantage. #LI-AS1
