What You'll Do: Write test scenarios based on functional specification documents Perform end-to-end (E2E) testing for digital applications and interfaces Take part in workflows from the early stages of specification and requirements definition Assist with ongoing issue investigation and regression testing Work closely and continuously with developers, system analysts, and project managers Document testing processes and results in accordance with organizational standards Requirements: 2-3 years of hands on experience in QA testing - Must Significant experience in manual QA testing, with a focus on core systems - Must Experience writing and managing test documentation: STP, STD, STR - Must Experience testing REST API services - Must Experience writing and executing SQL queries - Must Familiarity with the insurance domain - Advantage Experience working in an Agile environment - Advantage

What You’ll Do: • Define and implement end-to-end test strategies and automated test plans. • Develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites for Web, API, and Mobile platforms. • Perform root cause analysis for production issues and failed automated tests. • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear bug reporting and timely resolution. Who You Are: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. • 4+ years of experience specifically in QA automation engineering. • Strong experience with automation frameworks (e.g., XUnit/NUnit, Playwright, Appium) an advantage. • Proficiency in C# or similar OOP languages for test script development. • Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. • Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestSharp).
