Product Operations Manager jobs in Israel
Description Join Noma Security as our first Product Operations Lead. Noma is building the first comprehensive AI Security and Governance Platform, helping organizations adopt AI and LLMs with confidence and control. As AI becomes core to modern enterprises, we provide visibility and protection across the entire AI lifecycle. Our team works at the intersection of AI, security, and cloud, shaping a new category in a rapidly evolving market. At Noma, you’ll make a real impact while working with great people on technology that matters. You’ll shape how our Product and R&D teams plan, ship, and work together as we grow, and set up the processes and tools that keep things moving across teams. A big part of the job is building AI-native workflows for Product and R&D, so recurring work runs on AI by default. It’s a hands-on role, and you’ll work closely with Engineering, QA, Customer Success, Support, and GTM. 🛠️ What You’ll Do Product and R&D Operations • Set up processes for planning, delivery tracking, dependencies, and release coordination across Product and R&D. • Find where processes slow teams down, then simplify them and make clear who owns each one. • Build dashboards that show delivery progress and bottlenecks, and share them with leadership. Launch Readiness and Rollouts • Run release readiness: internal testing, early access, release notes, and making sure Customer Success, Support, and Sales know what’s shipping before customers do. • Manage strategic product rollouts end to end across Product, R&D, and GTM, from planning through launch. • Run retrospectives after major releases and follow through on the changes. Own the Customer Feedback Loop • Build the system for capturing, triaging, and prioritizing customer feedback, feature requests, and bugs from Customer Success, Support, and Sales. • Bring the customer’s voice into product decisions, and make sure customer-facing teams know what’s planned and why. • Lead product analytics: track adoption, usage, and defect trends, and turn what you find into input for the roadmap. Build AI-Native Workflows • Start with customer feedback analysis, documentation, release notes, reporting, and knowledge sharing. • Identify opportunities to automate work using AI, prototype solutions, and prove they work before asking teams to adopt them. • Ship lightweight internal tools (scripts, agents, digests) that remove recurring manual work, without waiting for engineering capacity. ✅ What You Bring • 5+ years of experience in Product Operations at a technology startup. • Hands-on experience building AI-native workflows that teams use every day. Come ready to show examples. • Experience owning an operational function or major initiatives end to end, and influencing people at every level, from frontline teams to the C-suite, without direct authority. • Strong analytical and communication skills, and good judgment about when a team needs more process and when it doesn’t. • The ability to break down complex problems and simplify them while staying on top of the details. 💡 Nice to Haves • A technical background in QA, technical support, software engineering, or a similar field. • Experience setting up Product Operations from scratch. • Experience managing people. • Experience with JIRA, Notion, n8n, or Claude Managed Agents, or connecting tools through APIs and scripting. • Background in B2B SaaS, AI, or cybersecurity. 💙 Perks & Benefits • Located in a prime area with easy access to public transportation, near the Hashalom train station and the Light Rail. • A bright, spacious, dog-friendly office that makes you smile the moment you walk in 🐶 • Team bonding activities, company retreats, happy hours, and holiday gifts. • Pilates classes at the office 💪🧘♀️ • Never hungry: Monthly lunch budget, dinners provided, and a fully stocked kitchen 🍽️ • A warm, supportive, and people-first company culture. • Pension & Keren Hishtalmut (advanced training fund). • A global work environment with teams across Tel Aviv, the US, the Netherlands, and London. • Options that let you share in Noma’s growth and success.
