Description About Port At Port.io, we are building an open and flexible Agentic Engineering Platform for modern engineering organizations. Following our recent $100M Series C funding round, we are in a phase of rapid hypergrowth with strong enterprise momentum. We act as the central nervous system for engineering, enabling platform teams to unify their stack and expose it as a governed layer through golden paths for developers and AI agents. By combining rich engineering context, workflows, and actions, we help organizations transition from manual processes to autonomous, AI-assisted engineering workflows while maintaining control and accountability. As a product-led company, we believe in building platforms that fundamentally shape how modern engineering organizations operate. About the role At Port, we've taken a platform-first, builder mindset from day one, developing the modular building §blocks we call pillars. Our users are exceptional engineers who continuously build creative and unexpected solutions with our platform. Being a PM here means embracing that creative tension while staying relentlessly focused on where the platform needs to go next. As a PM at Port, you'll own a pillar end-to-end alongside your team of engineers and designers. You'll build and evolve it as a standalone value stream and as a connected part of the broader platform. PMs at Port are full picture owners: they shape the story of their pillar from market positioning to technical enablement, defining success not just by what gets shipped, but by the measurable impact it delivers. What you'll do • Define what to build and why. Go deep with customers, analyze usage data, and research the competitive landscape. Bring that view to your team, build a sharp perspective on what's worth building next, and communicate the reasoning to engineering, leadership, and the market. • Shape experiences engineers choose to use. Port’s developer experience spans the entire ecosystem across the UI, API, CLI, and daily chat and coding interfaces. Work closely with design and engineering to make each surface deliberate, from the first wireframe through launch. • Drive cross-functional impact. At Port, PMs don't hand off and wait. You work across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and CS throughout the full product cycle, accountable for picking the right problem, the solution built, and whether the launch lands. • Build for agents and developers. Port is the context and action layer for both. Shape your domain so agents can act on it reliably and developers can navigate it intuitively. Understand the tradeoffs in how data, APIs, and interfaces serve both. Separate the signal from the hype, and use that view to sharpen your roadmap. • Measure what matters. Define success metrics before you ship. Track adoption, analyze what's landing, and iterate until the outcome is real. Requirements • 4+ years in product management across at least two companies or roles, with a track record of shipping products that developers or technical users rely on. • Shipped an AI-powered product. You know what it takes to get an AI product or feature into production at a quality bar that users trust. • Technically grounded. You've experimented with APIs, MCP, CLI, and similar surfaces. You can think like the engineer you're building for and hold your own in technical conversations. • Obsessed with experience. You care deeply about how something feels to use, not just what it does. Whether it's a UI, API, chat, or CLI interface, you've worked closely with designers and engineers to make each surface right, and pushed back when something wasn't good enough. • Analytical. You work with both qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions. You define success metrics before you ship and use them to decide what to do next. • Hands-on with AI. AI tools are part of your daily workflow. You have a real thesis on where AI for developers is heading, and you can articulate why. • Strong communicator. You explain product decisions clearly, inspire the team around a direction, and can tell the story of what you're building to customers and executives alike. • Collaborative by default. You share credit, ask for input, and make the people around you better. You've pulled a team forward on something hard, not just contributed to it.

Our platform helps brands uncover conversion leaks and deliver personalized, optimized experiences in real time. The Role Join our product team as a Product Manager with a strong Product Design / UX background. UX and UI are a main focus of this role: you’ll take a problem, think through the product and the experience, bring it to life, and own features from idea to production. You’ll also own product design at Variant. You set the bar for how the product looks, feels and works, own the design system, and design the frontend for the features we build. With tools like Claude Code, you’ll build working interfaces, experiment directly in code, and take features from idea to launch yourself. It’s a great fit for a product designer ready to step into product management. What You’ll Do • Take full, end-to-end ownership of your features, moving fast from discovery to launch. • Turn customer feedback, data and roadmap priorities into features users really need. • Own UX and UI across Variant’s product, including the design system, from complex workflows to polished interactions. • Design user flows and interactions, prototype them in code, and build the frontend for your features yourself, from mock to production. • Collaborate with engineering to bring features into production, often starting from frontend implementations you’ve already built. You care about how products work, not just how they look. • You’re already using AI coding tools like Claude Code as a core part of how you work. • A strong product mindset: you think about problems and outcomes, make decisions quickly, take full ownership, and thrive in a fast-changing environment. • Comfortable working closely with engineers and understanding technical constraints.
Description Pipl is an AI company that helps global enterprises make better fraud decisions. We're built on more than 20 years of identity data and Elephant, the industry's only large risk model trained on payment fraud. Pipl's three products give enterprise teams modular access to the intelligence they need across payment and transaction ecosystems, where the cost of getting it wrong is highest. Pipl Trust brings AI-native risk decisioning into payment workflows, with Elephant resolving identity across behavioral, device, and network signals in real time. Pipl Search connects identity intelligence for investigations and background checks, drawing on our global identity graph. Pipl Elements delivers phone and email signals that strengthen existing fraud models and verification workflows. Our identity graph covers more than 5 billion identities and 740 billion signals. The world's largest payment networks, ecommerce marketplaces, and digital wallet platforms trust Pipl to get it right. We're looking for a Product Manager with strong fraud expertise to help shape the next generation of Pipl's Trust products. This role sits at the intersection of product, fraud intelligence, customer discovery and data science. You will develop a deep understanding of emerging fraud patterns, analyze customer and POC data to understand where fraud occurs and where our products succeed or fall short, and translate those insights into new signals, capabilities and solutions. You will work directly with customers, Sales and Solutions teams to understand how organizations detect and mitigate fraud today, identify unmet needs, and discover new opportunities for Pipl. You will also maintain an adversarial view of our products — thinking like a fraudster to identify where our signals and models can be bypassed and what we need to do about it. This is a hands-on product role. Success means becoming a fraud domain expert within Product and using that expertise to drive our roadmap, improve customer outcomes, and help shape Pipl's perspective on emerging fraud trends. What You'll Do Understand fraud and our customers • Continuously research emerging fraud methods, attack patterns and industry trends, and translate them into product opportunities. • Analyze labeled customer and POC data to identify fraud patterns, false positives and false negatives, understand why decisions were wrong, and identify data, signal or model gaps. • Work directly with customers, Sales and Solutions teams to understand fraud challenges, existing workflows and unmet needs. • Identify patterns across customers and turn individual problems into scalable product capabilities. Find gaps and build better solutions • Maintain an adversarial view of Pipl's Trust products: understand how fraudsters could bypass existing signals and identify what we would miss. • Define new signals, insights and product capabilities that help customers better detect, investigate and mitigate fraud. • Turn discoveries into prioritized product requirements and drive them from concept through development, release and measurement. • Partner closely with Data Science to evaluate new features and signals and measure their impact on fraud detection and false positives. Expand our fraud intelligence • Identify and evaluate new sources of fraud and adversarial data, including breach data, blacklists, compromised identifiers, scam intelligence and threat-intelligence providers. • Run provider evaluations with Data Science to understand coverage, quality and incremental value relative to Pipl's existing capabilities. • Work within Pipl's privacy, compliance and security requirements when evaluating new data sources. Build Pipl's fraud expertise • Use analysis across customer data and the broader fraud landscape to develop insights into how fraud is evolving. • Partner with Marketing to translate meaningful findings into research, blogs, publications and other thought-leadership content. • Help customer-facing teams communicate Pipl's fraud capabilities and provide a strong product perspective during strategic customer discussions. Requirements • 3+ years of experience in fraud, risk, trust & safety, identity, payments or security. (Product management experience is a strong plus, not a requirement). • Hands-on fraud investigation or analytics experience — you have personally analyzed fraudulent transactions and worked to understand how they succeeded. • Strong analytical skills, including SQL and experience working with large, imperfect customer datasets. • Experience conducting customer discovery and translating customer problems into scalable product solutions. • Experience with ML-based products and working closely with Data Science teams. • Strong understanding of the fraud ecosystem and curiosity about how fraud and attacker behavior are evolving. • Ability to move comfortably between detailed data analysis, customer conversations and broader product strategy. • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate fraud insights to technical, customer and industry audiences. • Proven ability to take product initiatives from discovery and requirements through execution and measurement. Nice to have: Experience with payments/e-commerce fraud, synthetic identities, mule accounts, first-party fraud, ATO or scams; familiarity with threat intelligence or breach data; experience with device intelligence, bot detection or identity resolution.
About Us: Proofpoint is a global leader in human- and agent-centric cybersecurity. We protect how people, data, and AI agents connect across email, cloud, and collaboration tools. Over 80 of the Fortune 100, 10,000 large enterprises, and millions of smaller organizations trust Proofpoint to stop threats, prevent data loss, and build resilience across their people and AI workflows. Our mission is simple: safeguard the digital world and empower people to work securely and confidently. Join us in our pursuit to defend data and protect people. How We Work: At Proofpoint you’ll be part of a global team that breaks barriers to redefine cybersecurity guided by our BRAVE core values: Bold in how we dream and innovate Responsive to feedback, challenges and opportunities Accountable for results and best in class outcomes Visionary in future focused problem-solving Exceptional in execution and impact The Role Proofpoint's Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) product helps customers find sensitive data across the cloud, SaaS, and on-premises environments they run, then shows where the real risk sits and helps them act on it. It is one of the faster-moving products in Proofpoint's data security portfolio, and it is growing quickly. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own a core part of DSPM and drive it to market. This is a role with real ownership. You decide what gets built in your area, work shoulder to shoulder with engineering to ship it, and are measured on the impact it has with customers. It suits someone who wants to shape a fast-growing product, not maintain a settled one. This is a hands-on, senior individual-contributor product role. It reports into Data Security product management and partners closely with the engineering teams that build DSPM. It is built for someone who has been a product manager in cybersecurity, or a sales engineer or solutions architect with the technical depth to move into core product management. Responsibilities You will drive outcomes through ownership of your area and close work across teams, not by managing people. • Own a core area of DSPM end to end. Own its roadmap, help set its strategy, and carry it from idea through delivery and launch. • You own the outcome you drive: the adoption and the impact, not just the features you ship. • Take it to market with engineering. • Turn the roadmap into shipped releases at a predictable cadence and make the hard calls a data-scanning product forces, from coverage against accuracy to speed against cost. • Own the customer and market signal for your area. Stay close to customers and the field, track where your part of the market is moving, and turn what you learn into a prioritized plan you can defend with evidence. • Go after the messy, high-effort problems in your area and get them right, not just the quick wins. Grow your scope across DSPM. • The product runs from how sensitive data is discovered and scanned, to the risk that surfaces as findings, to what customers do about it. Start with one area, do it well, and take on more as you grow. What You Bring to the Team • Experience as a product manager in cybersecurity, or as a sales engineer / solutions architect ready to move into core product management, with the technical depth to back it. • A track record of owning a product area and driving it from roadmap to adopted product, and standing behind your priority calls with engineering and stakeholders • Evidence of relevant technical depth. • Ability to reason about how data gets discovered, scanned, and assessed for risk, and hold your own with the engineers who build that pipeline. • AI fluency - You already use AI tooling to do your own work faster, and you look for ways to build that same speed into how your product area and your team operate. • Clear writing and speaking. You can put a tight product brief and a defensible prioritization case on the page and in the room. Preferred Experience • Background in data security, DSPM, DLP, or an adjacent cloud and SaaS security area. • Experience owning a technically deep product: a detection or scanning engine, a data-processing pipeline, or a similar backend area where correctness and scale both matter. • Familiarity with the environments DSPM works across, such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Microsoft 365, Snow flake, and Salesforce. • Comfort working as a senior individual contributor, driving outcomes through influence rather than a reporting line. Why Proofpoint? At Proofpoint, we believe that an exceptional career experience includes a comprehensive compensation and benefits package. Here are just a few reasons you’ll love working with us: • Competitive compensation • Comprehensive benefits • Career success on your terms • Flexible work environment • Annual wellness and community outreach days • Always on recognition for your contributions • Global collaboration and networking opportunities Our Culture: Our culture is rooted in values that inspire belonging, empower purpose and drive success-every day, for everyone. We encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. If you need accommodation during the application or interview process, please reach out to [email protected]. How to Apply Interested? Submit your application along with any supporting information- we can’t wait to hear from you!
