Team8 Cyber Stealth Startup-Product Manager, AI Security
Team8 · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description We're a well-funded cybersecurity startup building the future of secure networking, and we're looking for a Product Manager to lead our AI Security product line. Enterprises are adopting AI faster than they can secure it. Employees are pasting sensitive data into chatbots, teams are wiring LLMs into production, and agents are starting to act on their own. Security leaders are being asked to get visibility and control over all of it, and the tooling to do that barely exists yet. That's the product you'll own. This is a zero-to-one role in a space that is being defined right now, and you'll help define it. If you're deep in AI, obsessive about what's shipping every week, and want to build security products for a threat surface that didn't exist two years ago, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI Security product line • Define how we deliver AI visibility, governance, and control: shadow AI discovery, prompt and response inspection, data protection for LLM traffic, and policy enforcement • Build for the agentic era, including agent identity, authorization, tool access, and guardrails for autonomous systems • Go deep on the threat landscape: prompt injection, data exfiltration through AI apps, model and supply chain risk, and emerging attack patterns • Turn a fast-moving, ambiguous space into clear specs and a shippable roadmap • Work directly with CISOs, AI governance leads, and security architects to understand what they're actually struggling with • Partner with engineering, research, and design to ship quickly and iterate on customer feedback • Align the product with real-world requirements from frameworks like the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and OWASP for LLMs • Support GTM with positioning, messaging, and technical narrative in a noisy, crowded market Requirements What We're Looking For • 5+ years in Product Management, building security, AI/ML, or developer platform products • Strong understanding of LLMs and the modern AI stack: model APIs, RAG, agents, MCP, and orchestration frameworks • Solid security foundation, ideally in data protection, DLP, identity, application security, or cloud security • Track record of shipping zero-to-one products in ambiguous, fast-moving markets • Genuine hands-on curiosity about AI. You build with these tools, not just read about them • Excellent communication skills with technical teams, executives, and customers • Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity startup • Familiarity with SASE, SSE, or Zero Trust architectures is a strong advantage • Technical background or ability to prototype (Python, JavaScript, SQL) is a strong advantage Why Join Us? • Own an entire product line in one of the most important emerging categories in security • Be early enough to shape the category, not just compete in it • Join a fast-growing, well-funded cybersecurity startup • Work directly with experienced founders and industry leaders • Ship fast, learn from real enterprise customers, and iterate • Huge growth opportunity as we scale the product organization If you want to build security for how enterprises actually work now, and you're energized rather than intimidated by a category that's still being written, we'd love to hear from you.

Team8 · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description FlowRx is a newly funded, post-seed AI startup dedicated to making a positive impact on US pharmacies. By building advanced automation technology, we improve connectivity across the healthcare ecosystem and make pharmacies more efficient. We're looking for a creative Product Manager to help us build an exciting new product that truly does good. If you're ready to lead, innovate, and grow — join us! The Role: We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to own key product areas end-to-end. This role is ideal for someone hands-on and US client-facing who thrives in a dynamic startup environment and is eager to build and ship quickly with a high-impact team. We need someone smart who can quickly master the pharmacy world. In this role, you will research problem statements and turn them into flows, screens, and shipped functionality. This is a tactical build role: you'll work directly with management, engineers, and our advisory panel of clinical ops leaders to define system needs, run discovery, and produce production-ready specs and prototypes. What You'll Do: • Own product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration: problem → design → spec. • Map integrations and data flows; define MVP scope, dependencies, and acceptance criteria. • Define requirements, user stories, and priorities aligned with business goals • Run structured customer/advisor research, synthesize insights, and prioritize a lean roadmap. • Work closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. • Balance customer needs, technical constraints, and speed of execution • Use data and customer feedback to continuously improve the product. • Play a key role in shaping the company's product roadmap. Team8 Cyber Stealth Startup- Product Manager, SASE Infrastructure
Team8 · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description We're a well-funded cybersecurity startup building the future of secure networking, and we're looking for a Product Manager to own the infrastructure at the heart of our SASE platform. This is the deep end of the product. Global PoPs, traffic steering, tunnels, identity-aware access, and the data plane that everything else in the platform depends on. You'll work shoulder to shoulder with engineering on hard distributed systems problems, and directly with enterprise customers who are betting their network on what we build. If you think in packets and policies, care about latency as much as roadmaps, and want to define a category rather than iterate on someone else's, keep reading. What You'll Do • Own the product roadmap for our SASE infrastructure: PoP architecture, connectivity, tunnels, routing and traffic steering, and the enforcement data plane • Translate enterprise network and security requirements into a clear, opinionated product strategy • Partner daily with engineering on architecture trade-offs across performance, scale, reliability, and cost • Define requirements for ZTNA, SWG, and secure connectivity capabilities, and drive them from spec to GA • Work directly with CISOs, Network Architects, and IT leaders to pressure-test the roadmap against real deployments • Own the metrics that matter: latency, availability, throughput, time-to-deploy, and policy correctness • Partner with Solution Engineering and Sales on POCs, pilots, and strategic enterprise engagements • Track the competitive landscape and sharpen our differentiation against incumbent SASE and SSE vendors Requirements What We're Looking For • 5+ years in Product Management, building networking, network security, or cloud infrastructure products • Strong technical foundation in networking: TCP/IP, DNS, BGP, TLS, tunneling (IPsec, WireGuard), proxies, and routing • Hands-on understanding of SASE, SSE, and Zero Trust architectures, including ZTNA, SWG, CASB, and firewall-as-a-service • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern distributed infrastructure • Proven ability to ship complex infrastructure products with engineering teams, from spec to production • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with both engineers and executive stakeholders • Comfortable in enterprise customer conversations and technical discovery • Experience at a high-growth B2B startup is a strong advantage • Background as a network engineer, security engineer, or solution architect before moving into product is a strong advantage Why Join Us? • Own the core infrastructure product of a platform being built from the ground up • Join a fast-growing, well-funded cybersecurity startup • Work side by side with experienced founders and industry leaders • Solve genuinely hard technical problems at global scale • Real influence over architecture, strategy, and how we go to market • Huge growth opportunity as we build the product organization together If you want to build the network layer that enterprises actually trust, and you'd rather define the standard than follow it, we'd love to hear from you.

Team8 Stealth Cyber Startup - Founding Product Lead
Team8 · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description We are a fast-growing stealth cyber startup, backed by Team8, on a mission to solve one of the most critical challenges in the modern cyber landscape. We are looking for an exceptional Founding Product Lead to join our core team as our first product hire and shape the product from the ground up. Role description We are looking for a strong, technical product leader to own the product from zero to one: define what we build, for whom, and why. You will work shoulder to shoulder with the founders, researchers and engineers, turning deep offensive research and agentic AI capabilities into a product that customers love and pay for. This is a hands-on role in a small team, with a lot of responsibility, autonomy, and influence over the product, technical and business direction. You will set the foundations of how product is done here, from the first design partners to a repeatable, scalable product. What you will do • Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap from early discovery through first release and beyond. • Work closely with design partners and early customers to deeply understand their pain, workflows and buying process. • Translate complex offensive research and AI capabilities into clear product requirements, user experiences and customer value. • Partner closely with R&D and research to prioritize ruthlessly, scope MVPs and ship fast in tight iteration loops. • Define success metrics and use customer feedback and data to drive product decisions. • Shape positioning, messaging and go-to-market together with the founders, and support early sales conversations. • Build the product function's foundations: processes, tools and culture, as the company grows. Requirements • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B tech, with at least 3 years in cybersecurity products. • Proven experience taking a product from 0 to 1, ideally in an early-stage startup. • Strong technical background: hands-on software development experience is a must. • Deep understanding of the security landscape, security buyers (CISOs, security teams) and their workflows. • Ability to go deep on technical topics with researchers and engineers while keeping a sharp customer and business focus. • Comfortable with ambiguity and zero-to-one work; founding DNA and a strong sense of ownership. • Excellent communication skills and high proficiency in English, written and spoken. • Advantage: experience with offensive security, AI/LLM-based products, or agentic systems. • Based in Tel Aviv, in-person — this is a founding team role.
