We are disrupting the multi-trillion dollar transportation industry with our advanced Customer Data Platform (CDP). Our work happens in the fast lane as we bring AI-powered, data-driven solutions to a quickly evolving industry. Our team at Fullpath is made up of curious and creative individuals who are always looking to achieve the impossible. We are bold, collaborative, and goal driven, and, at our core, we believe every voice has value and can impact our bottom line. If you are a creative, solutions oriented individual who is ready to put your career in drive, Fullpath is the place for you! We are looking for a Head of Product, where you will be the "CEO" of Fullpath's CRM business unit - one of the most strategically critical and newest additions to our product portfolio. You will have full end-to-end ownership of the domain's strategy, product roadmap, and engineering execution, leading an integrated team of Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and Developers. The CRM domain sits at the heart of how automotive dealerships manage their customer relationships and sales pipeline. It is a technically complex, data-intensive product: a per-dealer, multi-tenant system deeply integrated with dealership back-office systems and third-party data sources, with a rapidly growing AI and agentic layer. Your mission is to make this domain a category-defining product. Your goal is to drive meaningful business outcomes by leading both product strategy and execution, breaking down the wall between product and engineering, and ensuring the team stays aligned, focused, and moving fast toward impact. This role will be based out of Jerusalem or Tel-Aviv and report to the VP of Product & Development. What you will be responsible for Strategic Leadership: Define the vision and long-term strategy for the CRM domain in alignment with the company's overall goals - including its evolving AI roadmap. Product-Engineering Integration: Lead an integrated organization of product managers and engineers. Foster a culture where "the business outcome is the mission," and technical excellence serves business value. End-to-End Delivery: Own the full lifecycle of your domain - from discovery and ideation to architecture, development, and production. Business Impact: Define, track, and be accountable for the domain's KPIs (revenue, retention, dealer engagement, churn). People Management: Manage, mentor and grow high-performing Product and Engineering managers. Build a culture that prioritizes ownership and accountability. Operational Excellence: Optimize team methodologies to sustain high delivery velocity without accumulating technical debt. Requirements Experience: 10+ years in the tech industry, with at least 4–5 years in a senior product or engineering leadership role (Senior Director or equivalent). Dual Management Expertise: Proven track record managing both Product and Engineering teams. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business drivers. You don't just ship features - you build business units. Technical Depth: Comfortable challenging architectural decisions, navigating trade-offs between delivery speed, scalability, and maintainability. Experience with data-intensive, integration-heavy products is a strong advantage. Organizational Navigation: Able to influence stakeholders at all levels, drive high-level decisions, and roll up your sleeves when delivery requires it. Multidisciplinary Leadership: An experienced leader of leaders - capable of aligning engineers, PMs, and cross-functional partners under a shared vision, and building autonomous, high-performing teams. Execution Mindset: You move fast, navigate ambiguity, and get things done in a dynamic startup environment. Proven B2B SaaS Startup Experience: Meaningful experience building and scaling products with real production customers. AI-First: Highly experienced using AI tools across your daily workflow - from research and ideation to prototyping, analysis, and coding. Prior experience building agentic or LLM-powered systems is a strong advantage. Why you should join us This is not a traditional siloed role. You will have full autonomy to shape the CRM domain's destiny - owning both the product strategy and the engineering resources to build it. You will operate with the accountability of a business owner, reporting directly to the VP of Product & Engineering. The CRM domain is entering a pivotal phase: deep third-party integrations, an expanding AI and agentic layer, and a product vision that goes well beyond task management toward intelligent, proactive dealer relationship tools. If you want to own something that matters -technically, commercially, and for the automotive industry - this is it. And of course, we also have: An awesome global team of forward-thinking, innovative go-getters Learning and growth opportunities within a fast-paced AI-first environment, now backed by Cox Automotive Clear career advancement path for strong performers As a part of our team, your success in this role is crucial to our company's growth. Description At Classiq Technologies, we are shaping the future of quantum computing. Our mission is to make quantum computing practical and impactful by bridging the gap between hardware and real-world applications. This is a singular moment in a groundbreaking industry: we are building the foundational software layer that enables developers and enterprises to design, optimize, and deploy quantum algorithms at scale. As we build the software stack for the fault-tolerant era, we need a visionary product leader to drive the core engine of our entire offering. You will work alongside world-class talent, tackling bleeding-edge challenges across physics, advanced algorithms, and compiler design. Classiq is already trusted by Fortune 500 leaders and global governments. If you want to leave a permanent mark on a disruptive, category-defining technology, this is your opportunity to define it. What you'll do • Own the Engine: Lead the strategy, vision, and roadmap for Classiq's core quantum software domain, encompassing compilation, execution, and our fault-tolerant computing architecture. • Lead the Best: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of deeply technical product managers. • Bridge Deep Tech and Market Reality: Translate hyper-complex quantum research—from error correction to surface-code architectures—into market-defining products. • Shape the Ecosystem: Drive alignment across internal research and engineering, while partnering deeply with leading hardware vendors to cement Classiq as the universal software layer for quantum computing. Who are you • Deeply Technical Product Leader: You have a formidable track record leading product teams in highly complex, bleeding-edge domains (e.g., physics, compilers, languages, or applied math). • Strategic Architect: You possess the sharp business acumen required to make ruthless prioritization decisions, balancing long-term research bets with immediate, scalable product execution. • Inspiring Manager: You have proven experience recruiting, mentoring, and inspiring top-tier technical talent in fast-moving, highly ambiguous environments. • Unparalleled Execution: You have a history of cutting through the noise to turn abstract, highly complex technology into tangible, successful products. Transmit Security is a leader in identity and fraud prevention, empowering organizations to stop fraud while delivering seamless user experiences recognized as a leader by the leading analyst firms – Gartner, Forrester and KuppingerCole – the only one across identity and fraud. Founded in 2014, Transmit Security offers a platform that protects billions of transactions for the world's leading banks, fintechs, retailers, and enterprises — detecting threats in real time without adding friction for legitimate users. About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Detection team and help drive our detection-based solutions. In this role, you will own a core part of the platform that detects and decides, in real time, whether an interaction can be trusted — telling humans from agents from fraudsters in real time, at a moment when that line is blurring fast. Fraud and risk now touch every interaction, and autonomous AI agents are dissolving the old assumptions about what "human," "trusted," and "normal" even mean. You'll fuse device, behavioral, network, and contextual signals into accurate risk real-time decisions across login, transactions, and the full user journey - and help invent the detection approaches this new landscape demands, not just tune the ones that worked yesterday. This is a balanced role at the intersection of deep detection technology and real customer outcomes. You'll translate identity fraud and risk problems into a clear roadmap, work shoulder-to-shoulder with researchers, data scientists and engineers on detection quality, and make sure what we ship moves the needle for customers. Staying ahead of this threat landscape — from classic fraud and bots to increasingly sophisticated automated and agent-driven attacks — is central to the job. You won't need to be a data scientist, but you should be genuinely curious about how detection works and comfortable reasoning about precision, recall, and false positives with the team. What you’ll do: • Own the roadmap for your area of the detection platform — from discovery and problem definition through delivery and adoption — and align it with company strategy and customer needs. • Partner closely with data science and engineering to improve detection quality: recommendation accuracy, coverage of new fraud and abuse patterns, model and rule performance, and reduction of false positives. • Define what "good" looks like and track the metrics that matter — detection rate, false-positive rate, customer impact, latency, and adoption — and use them to drive decisions. • Engage regularly with customers, TAMs, and analysts to understand real fraud problems and the operational reality of running detection at scale. • Anticipate emerging threats, including automated and AI-driven abuse, and shape how the platform detects and responds to them. • Write clear, lean specs and PRDs, and make sharp scoping calls that get value to customers quickly without over-building. • Work with design and documentation to deliver a coherent, well-explained experience across the admin console and APIs. • Support go-to-market with enablement, positioning input, and helping the field and customers adopt what we build. • Manage stakeholders and dependencies across product, engineering, data science, and other teams. What you’ll need: • 4–6 years of product management experience, ideally on technical, data-heavy, or platform/API products. • Background in fraud prevention, risk, cybersecurity, identity, or anti-abuse — you understand how adversaries operate and why detection has to keep evolving as automation and AI-driven agents reshape the threat landscape. • Comfort with technical depth — you can hold your own in conversations about data, models, risk signals, and precision/recall trade-offs, and translate them into product decisions. • Strong customer instinct — you move effectively between the engineering room and a customer call, and you use customer signal to prioritize. • A track record of shipping — turning ambiguous problems into scoped, delivered outcomes with measurable impact. • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; you write crisp specs and clear narratives. • Strong prioritization and judgment — you make lean, MVP-minded decisions and challenge scope rather than gold-plating. • Collaborative, low-ego, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-moving environment. Nice to Have: • Background in fraud prevention, risk, cybersecurity, identity, or anti-abuse. • Familiarity with machine learning workflows, feature engineering, or analytics/data work. • Experience with B2B / enterprise SaaS products delivered via APIs and SDKs. • Exposure to emerging threats from automation, bots, and AI-driven agents. #LI-AM1 #LI-Hybrid #LI-TL1 #LI-Hybrid

Description Working in Product means making bold decisions with the data you have. You're the type that always asks, “Is there a better way?” From product managers to designers to researchers, the people who thrive here are strategic by nature, curious by default, and comfortable sailing without a full map. So if you challenge assumptions and know how to bring multiple stakeholders together, the Fiverr Product team might be your place. What am I going to do? • Make an impact: Drive outcomes across the Fiverr marketplace for clients and freelancers alike — but expect the specific area you own to shift. Where you focus is set by our strategic Bets, and those change as the Bets change. • Lead a multidisciplinary team: Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data scientists to drive product delivery and innovation. • Turn data into decisions: Define how we collect, validate, and use the signals that power the product — translating data into reliable inputs for better decision-making. • Drive the end-to-end user experience: Continuously improve the surfaces and flows that users rely on, from onboarding to ongoing engagement. • Develop and execute roadmaps: Create strategic product roadmaps and lead their execution, balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform thinking. • Collaborate across teams: Work with stakeholders across the organization to align on a shared direction and amplify impact. How we actually work: Fiverr's product org runs on strategic Bets — leadership sets a small number of company-wide Bets each half, derived directly from our OKRs, and most of our capacity flows there. Teams get assigned to whatever Bet most needs them next, not necessarily their "home" domain. That means the traditional model — a fixed squad with permanent mission and task ownership — doesn't really apply here. Scope, team composition, and priorities move as the Bets move, sometimes mid-cycle. You're joining a team and a mission-driven org, not a fixed job description, and the right person for this role reads that as the exciting part, not the risky part. Requirements • At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Product Manager. • A proven track record of making an impact as an entrepreneur, leader, or product manager — ideally on a marketplace or platform product. • Strong analytical skills: developing product hypotheses, applying validation methods, and working with data to drive decisions. • Strong ability to translate opportunities and needs into products and features across a broad and diverse user base. • Good understanding of UI/UX. • Savvy learner, avid listener, articulate communicator, and presenter. • Genuinely energized by ambiguity and fast context-switching — comfortable being handed a new priority with less notice and fewer resources than you'd like, and adapting without losing momentum. This isn't a "pick a lane and defend it" role. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with short delivery cycles. • BA / MA / BSc / MSc in a related field. At Fiverr, we're not about checklists. If you don't meet 100% of the requirements for this role but still feel passionate about the position and think it'll make your life more fulfilling, we want to hear from you. Equal opportunities At Fiverr, we know that talent has no single face. We welcome talent from everywhere and everyone because it makes everything we build better. Need accommodations? Just ask. And if this role excites you but you don't tick every box, apply anyway. The best people rarely fit the mold exactly.

This is a hands-on IC role with real ownership. You will take full end-to-end responsibility over a core product area, from defining strategy through shipping and iterating based on real usage data. You will work within a small PM team reporting to the Director of Product, alongside engineering, design, and go-to-market, shaping how AI agents discover, retrieve, and act on web information in real time. The product serves both a developer-facing PLG motion and a growing enterprise customer base, so you will need to be equally comfortable digging into API design and search quality as you are running customer discovery calls and informing competitive positioning. We are looking for someone who can operate as a senior strategic partner, not just an executor, and who has the potential to grow into a principal-level PM over time. You’re welcome to work hybrid from Tel Aviv, Israel. Your responsibilities will include: • Own a core product area end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, execution, and iteration based on real usage signals and customer feedback. • Drive search quality and relevance improvements by working closely with engineering and research to define evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and release criteria. • Engage directly with enterprise customers and developer users to validate ideas, understand pain points, and shape product-market fit across both PLG and enterprise motions. • Monitor the competitive landscape in agentic search and AI-powered retrieval, identifying shifts, threats, and opportunities that should inform product decisions. • Collaborate with go-to-market teams (sales, solutions, growth) to ensure product positioning, ICP definitions, and enablement materials reflect product reality. • Contribute to product strategy as a senior voice on a small, high-impact team, challenging assumptions and bringing independent judgment to key decisions. • Lead product experiments and rapid iteration cycles, moving from hypothesis to prototype to production with clear success criteria. We expect you to have: • 5+ years of product management experience, with a meaningful portion in developer tools, API platforms, or search and retrieval infrastructure. • Track record of shipping products in fast-moving markets, working closely with engineering and design from concept through launch and iteration. • Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and how search and retrieval systems fit into agentic workflows. Hands-on technical background is a strong plus. • Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with the ability to engage deeply with technical architecture and tradeoffs. • Comfortable operating in ambiguity: you can context-switch between strategic thinking and tactical execution without losing the thread. • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment without formal authority. • Excellent written and verbal communication: you can explain technical concepts clearly to both engineers and business stakeholders. It will be an added bonus if you have: • Experience in search, information retrieval, NLP, or adjacent domains. • Background in API-first or developer-platform businesses with both PLG and enterprise motions. • Leadership experience in a high-growth technology company, especially post-acquisition or startup-within-a-larger-org environments. • People management or mentoring experience (building the skills of other PMs). Benefits & Perks: • Competitive compensation • Career growth and learning opportunities • Flexibility and work-life balance • Collaborative and innovative culture • Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects • International environment and talented teams What's it like to work at Tavily/Nebius: Fast moving - Bold thinking - Constant growth - Meaningful impact - Trust and real ownership - Opportunity to shape the future of AI.

We combine the speed of a product company with the flexibility of a consultancy, helping customers move from idea to deployed AI systems faster than anyone else in the market. Backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV Partners with $100M in Series B funding, we’re building a fast-growing, revenue-generating company working with Fortune 500 customers globally. About the role We're looking for a Group Product Manager (GPM) to lead a team of Product Managers and own a portfolio of enterprise AI solutions delivered on the Unframe platform. This is a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment where many problems are not predefined. Working directly with customers, you'll deeply understand their needs, identify the right problems to solve, and lead your team in building solutions that deliver meaningful business value. We work on-site from our offices in Tel Aviv. You will operate as a product leader with end-to-end ownership, shaping opportunities and driving 0→1 products and POCs from first idea to deployed solution. What you’ll do • Lead a team of Product Managers working on complex, high-impact AI solutions for enterprise customers • Work closely with customers to find the right problem to solve (the use case with the clearest ROI) and define the success metrics before building • Operate in high ambiguity, shaping opportunities where requirements are not clearly defined • Drive the delivery of new solutions from early stages to production, making key product and trade-off decisions across speed, stability, and scope • Own a portfolio of solutions across one or more enterprise customers, setting priorities across multiple parallel engagements • Support your PMs in the day-to-day of running their solutions across different customers: help them prioritize, make trade-offs, and unblock them so product implementations and solutions push forward • Balance speed of execution with long-term quality, reuse, and product thinking • Identify patterns across solutions and push for reuse and productization, working closely with the Platform team • Mentor and develop your PMs, growing their product judgment and helping them operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment What we’re looking for • Experience working on complex systems and with enterprise customers, navigating competing needs and constraints (required) • 7+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading Product Managers, in high-growth or complex environments • Experience managing strong PMs, setting direction while empowering ownership and independent decision-making • Ability to operate in ambiguity, define problems, and lead teams in delivering new solutions from early stages to production • Proven track record of driving products or systems from concept to real-world impact, balancing speed, quality, and scale • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills, working closely with engineering, AI, GTM, and customers Why join us This isn't a typical product role. You won't inherit a roadmap. Every engagement starts with a real enterprise customer and a real problem. The hardest part of the job is finding the right one: the use case that delivers true business value, with a clear ROI and the success metrics you define up front. Then you take it from first idea to a deployed solution. You'll work in a true 0→1 environment, shipping AI products to Fortune 500 customers in days, not months. From day one you'll have real ownership: shaping direction, making the product calls, and leading a team through ambiguity. You'll work closely with founders and senior leaders in a fast-moving company where things actually get built.

We are looking for a Vertical Product Manager to own Wonderful's solutions for travel, transportation and hospitality: airlines, hotel groups, rail and ground transport, car rental, cruise, and travel technology. This role is responsible for the strategy, roadmap and go-to-market of repeatable solutions for these industries: products that solve a specific business problem for a travel operator and that we can sell and deploy again and again, in every country we work in. Our teams in the field already build valuable agents for travel and hospitality customers. As one of the first Vertical PMs, you will turn this field experience into a catalog of solutions that sales can pitch from the first meeting, and that our deployment teams can take to production faster each time. You will work closely with country GMs, Deployment Strategists, FDEs, HQ product groups, R&D and marketing. This vertical has two modes and a solution has to do both. On a normal day the job is commercial: bookings, changes, upgrades and extras. On a bad day, a cancelled flight or a storm, thousands of people need to be rebooked in the same hour and the agent is the only thing that can absorb the volume. A solution that only works on a quiet day will not be bought. What You'll Do • Drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Wonderful's travel, transportation and hospitality solutions, from the first solutions to a full catalog. • Identify the highest-value repeatable solutions, using what we have already built for customers in these industries, input from the field and market research. • Convert repeated customer needs into productized solutions rather than one-off builds, in partnership with HQ product groups and R&D. • Own the full solution offering for go-to-market, including demos, pricing, business case and reference deployments, so that solutions win deals in pre-sale. • Partner with marketing and sales on positioning, sales enablement and conversations with senior travel and hospitality buyers. • Build a deep understanding of airline, hotel and transport operations, buyer needs, seasonality and competitors, and use it to shape priorities. • Design for both modes of this industry, the growth day and the disruption day, and define how each is measured. Set what the solution must do when volume spikes and plans have to be rewritten at once. • Own the market rollout for each solution: which countries it enters and in what order, what has to change for it to work in each one, and how we grow penetration from there. A solution is judged by its total across every market, not by a single deal. • Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and designers from discovery to production, while maintaining team health. • Define and track the metrics that show each solution is working, and communicate progress to leadership. • Operate independently, think strategically and communicate clearly with executive and technical audiences. Who You Are • 5+ years of product management, solutions or strategy experience in B2B or enterprise software. • Experience building products for airlines, hotels, transport operators or travel technology companies, or working inside one. • Experience taking a product from customer discovery to repeatable sales. • Experience working closely with engineering, sales and customer-facing teams. • Experience presenting to and influencing senior executives. • AI-native PM with demonstrated ability to use AI tools to build prototypes and demos, and to redesign workflows. Advantages • Experience with AI agents, LLM-based products or workflow automation. • Experience in a pre-sales, solutions or forward-deployed role. • Knowledge of core travel processes and systems, such as reservations and booking, changes and cancellations, disruption handling and rebooking, loyalty programs, or property and fleet operations. • Experience with a product that had to hold up during a demand spike or a service failure. • Experience working across several countries or markets, or in a fast-growing startup. We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to own the tools that make every Wonderful deployment a high-quality one. This role sits between Product and Deployment, and is responsible for the strategy, roadmap and adoption of the tooling our Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) and Deployment Strategists use to build, test, launch and improve AI agents for our customers, across all our products. Our deployment teams are fast and creative. Where the product had no answer, they built their own: command-line tools, test harnesses, local helpers, workbenches. Some of it entered the product, much of it lives with the person who built it. As one of the first Technical PMs, you will turn this field experience into product, so that every FDE gets the speed-up, not only the one who wrote the script, and so that the same issue does not repeat in the next deployment. You will work closely with Deployment leadership, FDEs, Deployment Strategists, HQ product groups and R&D. Deployment quality is where an AI company earns or loses trust. An agent that worked in the pilot has to keep working in production, in every language, channel and customer system it touches. That takes a loop that does not fully exist yet: monitor, collect, diagnose, improve. Building that loop, and making it part of the product, is the heart of this role. Technical PM - What You'll Do • Drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for deployment tooling across all Wonderful products. • Own the tools that help FDEs and Deployment Strategists build, test, evaluate, launch and monitor agents, from the first build to production. • Build the quality loop for agents in production: evals, test suites, regression checks, monitoring and the path from a detected issue to a fix. • Find what the field has already built, decide what becomes product, and bring it in, in partnership with HQ product groups and R&D. • Decide where each tool belongs: the core platform for what has a long life, the catalog or an FDE section for the rest, or not at all. • Run the intake of field needs into product: one clear channel, a regular ranking with the deployment teams, and a fast, visible answer on every request. • Review FDE contributions from a product view, with clear criteria and response times, so that good field work reaches the product and does not wait in a queue. • Spend real time in deployments. Understand how FDEs and Deployment Strategists work day to day, and treat them as your customers. • Define and track the metrics that show deployment quality and speed are improving, such as time to production, issues found before go-live and repeat incidents, and communicate progress to leadership. • Work with the PM of every product group so that what you learn in deployments shapes their roadmaps, not only yours. • Lead a cross-functional team of engineers from discovery to production, while maintaining team health. • Operate independently, think strategically and communicate clearly with technical and executive audiences. Who You Are • 4+ years in technical product management, forward-deployed engineering, solutions engineering or software engineering in B2B or enterprise software • Experience as an FDE, solutions engineer or developer tools PM, building or shipping tools that other engineers use • Hands-on technical ability: you write code, read pull requests and system logs, and can build a working prototype yourself • Experience working closely with engineering and customer-facing technical teams • Experience taking an internal or developer-facing product from discovery to wide adoption • AI-native PM with demonstrated ability to use AI tools to build prototypes and to redesign workflows Preferred Qualifications • Experience with AI agents or LLM-based products in production, including prompt and context engineering, evals and quality or accuracy reviews • Experience with testing, observability or CI/CD tooling • Experience deploying software inside enterprise customers, including integration with customer systems • Experience working across several countries or markets • Experience in a fast-growing startup Candidate Privacy Notice
We are looking for a Vertical Product Manager to own Wonderful's solutions for the healthcare industry: health insurers and payers, hospitals and provider networks, and the platforms that sit between them. This role is responsible for the strategy, roadmap and go-to-market of repeatable healthcare solutions: products that solve a specific business problem for a payer or a provider and that we can sell and deploy again and again, in every country we work in. Our teams in the field already build valuable agents for healthcare organizations. Healthcare has the highest stakes and the least room for a wrong answer of any industry we sell into. A member asking what their cover actually includes, a patient trying to move an appointment, a family trying to understand a bill. Solutions here have to be accurate, careful with patient data, and know exactly when to hand the conversation to a person. What You'll Do • Drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Wonderful's healthcare solutions, from the first solutions to a full catalog across payers and providers. • Identify the highest-value repeatable solutions, using what we have already built for healthcare customers, input from the field and market research. • Convert repeated customer needs into productized solutions rather than one-off builds, in partnership with HQ product groups and R&D. • Own the full solution offering for go-to-market, including demos, pricing, business case and reference deployments, so that solutions win deals in pre-sale. • Partner with marketing and sales on positioning, sales enablement and conversations with senior payer and provider buyers. • Build a deep understanding of payer and provider operations, buyer needs, regulation and competitors, and use it to shape priorities. • Set the patient privacy, accuracy and human-handover bar that a payer or a provider will accept, together with R&D, security and legal, and define how a solution integrates with the clinical and administrative systems a customer already runs. • Experience building products for healthcare payers, providers or health technology companies, or working inside one. • Knowledge of core healthcare processes, such as benefits and eligibility, claims and billing, scheduling and patient intake, or care navigation. • Familiarity with the clinical and administrative systems that healthcare organizations already run. • Experience working across several countries or markets, or in a fast-growing startup. We are looking for a Vertical Product Manager to own Wonderful's solutions for retail: apparel and beauty, grocery and big box, home and DIY, marketplaces, and consumer services. This role is responsible for the strategy, roadmap and go-to-market of repeatable retail solutions: products that solve a specific business problem for a retailer and that we can sell and deploy again and again, in every country we work in. Our teams in the field already build valuable agents for retailers. Retail is the vertical where an agent is judged on revenue and not only on cost. The same agent that tracks an order can also help a shopper find the right product, bring back an abandoned basket, or answer the store phone calls that nobody picks up today and turn them into visits. Our solutions have to prove both sides of that, in the brand's own voice. What You'll Do • Drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Wonderful's retail solutions, from the first solutions to a full catalog. • Identify the highest-value repeatable solutions, using what we have already built for retail customers, input from the field and market research. • Convert repeated customer needs into productized solutions rather than one-off builds, in partnership with HQ product groups and R&D. • Own the full solution offering for go-to-market, including demos, pricing, business case and reference deployments, so that solutions win deals in pre-sale. • Partner with marketing and sales on positioning, sales enablement and conversations with senior retail buyers. • Build a deep understanding of retail and e-commerce operations, buyer needs, seasonality and competitors, and use it to shape priorities. • Build solutions that move revenue as well as cost, and make the revenue case provable: define how each solution is attributed and measured so that a retailer's commercial team will accept the number. • Experience building products for retailers, marketplaces or consumer brands, or working inside one. • Knowledge of core retail processes and systems, such as order management, returns and exchanges, product catalog and search, loyalty, or store operations. • Experience with revenue-side programs such as product discovery, recommendations, basket recovery or win-back campaigns. • Experience working across several countries or markets, or in a fast-growing startup. We are looking for a Vertical Product Manager to own Wonderful's solutions for the financial services industry: retail and commercial banks, digital banks, and insurers. This role is responsible for the strategy, roadmap and go-to-market of repeatable financial services solutions: products that solve a specific business problem for a bank or an insurer and that we can sell and deploy again and again, in every country we work in. Our teams in the field already build valuable agents for banks and insurers. Financial services conversations sit at the points where a customer is most exposed and the institution is most procedural: a mortgage decision, a disputed charge, a lost card, a claim after an accident. Solutions in this vertical have to be accurate, explainable and auditable, in the local language and under the local regulator, or they do not get bought. What You'll Do • Drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Wonderful's financial services solutions, from the first solutions to a full catalog across banking and insurance. • Identify the highest-value repeatable solutions, using what we have already built for bank and insurer customers, input from the field and market research. • Convert repeated customer needs into productized solutions rather than one-off builds, in partnership with HQ product groups and R&D. • Own the full solution offering for go-to-market, including demos, pricing, business case and reference deployments, so that solutions win deals in pre-sale. • Partner with marketing and sales on positioning, sales enablement and conversations with senior banking and insurance buyers. • Build a deep understanding of bank and insurer operations, buyer needs, regulation and competitors, and use it to shape priorities. • Set the accuracy, explainability, audit and escalation bar that a regulated financial institution will accept, together with R&D, security and legal, so that a solution can reach production and not only pilot. • Experience building products for banks, insurers or other financial institutions, or working inside one. • Knowledge of core financial services processes, such as lending and mortgages, payments, cards and disputes, claims and underwriting, or financial crime and compliance. • Experience working across several countries or markets. • Experience in a fast-growing startup. We are looking for a Vertical Product Manager to own Wonderful's solutions for telco, media and technology: mobile and broadband operators, streaming and media brands, and technology platforms. This role is responsible for the strategy, roadmap and go-to-market of repeatable solutions for these industries: products that solve a specific business problem for an operator, a media brand or a platform, and that we can sell and deploy again and again, in every country we work in. Our teams in the field already build valuable agents for operators, media brands and technology platforms. These are subscription businesses, so the agent is part of the commercial relationship and not only the support queue: activating a new subscriber, fixing a service problem before the customer calls, keeping a customer who is one minute from leaving. They also run at a volume and with peaks that most industries never see, which makes scale and latency a product problem here and not an infrastructure footnote. What You'll Do • Drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Wonderful's telco, media and technology solutions, from the first solutions to a full catalog. • Partner with marketing and sales on positioning, sales enablement and conversations with senior buyers at operators, media brands and platforms. • Build a deep understanding of operator and subscription economics, buyer needs, regulation and competitors, and use it to shape priorities. • Make the solutions hold up at operator scale: peak events, low-latency voice, proactive outbound, and the local language of every market we sell in. Turn what the vertical needs into clear asks on the HQ product groups and R&D. • Experience building products for telecom operators, media or subscription businesses, or technology platforms, or working inside one. • Knowledge of core telco and media processes and systems, such as billing and charging, provisioning and activation, number porting, identity, technical support, or subscription and retention. • Experience with a product that had to hold up under peak load or in several languages at once. • Experience working across several countries or markets, or in a fast-growing startup.
