Technical Product Manager - Attribute™
DoiT · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Location Our Technical Product Manager for Attribute will be an integral part of our global Product team. This role is based fully on-site from the Attribute Tel Aviv office, located in Carlibach St 29, Tel Aviv. Who We Are DoiT is a global technology company that works with cloud-driven organizations to leverage the cloud to drive business growth and innovation. We combine data, technology, and human expertise to ensure our customers operate in a well-architected and scalable state - from planning to production. Delivering DoiT Cloud Intelligence, the only solution that integrates advanced technology with human intelligence, we help our customers solve complex multicloud problems and drive efficiency. With decades of multicloud experience, we have specializations in Kubernetes, GenAI, CloudOps, and more. An award-winning strategic partner of AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure, we work alongside more than 4,000 customers worldwide. About Attribute™ Meet Attribute™: AI tokenomics without tags, SDKs, or code changes. A lightweight eBPF sensor installs in 15 minutes and starts producing per-customer, per-feature, and per-agent cost the same day. No instrumentation. No tagging policy. No engineering lift. The problem it solves is real and measurable. In DoiT's survey of 500 finance and technology leaders, only 15% said they could calculate AI ROI without significant bottlenecks — and 79% experienced AI-related cost overruns in the past 12 months. AI spend is tripling. Visibility isn't keeping up. Attribute™ fixes that, at the kernel level, with nothing to instrument. The Opportunity Attribute is a small, high-ownership team working with large customers. We’re hiring a Technical Product Manager to partner with the existing product director and own a broad product surface. This is a hands-on, high-leverage role spanning product discovery, PRDs, customer investigations, data analysis, AI-driven workflows, and delivery. This role is designed for someone with a technical product mindset who thinks in systems, not just features. You should be comfortable working deep within cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, data, APIs, and real-world DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, and FinOps workflows. You will help turn broad customer and platform needs into clear technical product direction, sequenced investments, and reliably delivered capabilities. You will report to the Director of Product, Attribute and will collaborate closely with engineering leadership, architects, security, customer-facing teams, and customers to determine what the team should build next and why. Responsibilities • Fast iteration and backlog leadership • Deep user and workflow understanding • Customer validation and external communication • Engineering-embedded technical product ownership • Quality, outcomes, and measurement Qualifications • 4+ years of relevant hands-on experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, SRE, Cloud Engineer, Solutions Architect, or in a similar role working with or building products for public cloud infrastructure—or equivalent depth of experience. We’re hiring for the person, not the title. • A strong product sense for turning messy problems into clear scope and shipped value without waiting for perfect information. • Systems thinking: ability to reason about complex distributed systems, architectural trade-offs, and long-term product evolution. • Prioritization: demonstrated ability to balance customer needs, engineering constraints, and product investments when making prioritization decisions. • Deep curiosity and technical fluency in cloud fundamentals, including cost and billing concepts, compute, storage, networking, Kubernetes, observability, automation, and public cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and/or Azure. • An optimizer by nature: you consistently look for ways to improve workflows, increase leverage, and achieve more with fewer hands. • A positive, can-do, adventurer mindset. You are a fast learner who is happy to dive into unfamiliar problems and figure things out along the way. • Hands-on experience with AI tools and a strong interest in agentic workflows. • Excellent communication skills: you can explain complex ideas simply, facilitate alignment, and confidently engage with customers and experts. • Direct, low-ego communication and collaboration style. Bonus points • Background in FinOps, observability or infra. How success will be measured • The Attribute roadmap advances through frequent, high-quality releases with clear customer value. • Customer feedback loops are strong: you can show how insights translated into shipped improvements. • Adoption and outcomes improve measurably, including usage, engagement, workflow completion, reliability, cost impact, and customer impact. • The Engineering team consistently has clarity on the next most valuable increment to build—and why. • The team uses AI and automation thoughtfully to increase its leverage without compromising quality, safety, or customer trust. Senior Data Product Manager, AI
Alice · Ramat Gan

Description Alice secures AI apps, agents and models from build to production. Enterprises are shipping AI faster than they can secure it, attack techniques evolve constantly, and every company draws the line on acceptable behavior in a different place. No enterprise can keep up with that on its own, and Alice is how they do it. At the heart of the platform sit two engines: the attack engine finds the failures before attackers do, and the defense engine blocks them in production without breaking legitimate traffic. We are hiring a Senior PM who will lead the strategy, vision, and execution of our core engines. This PM sits inside the DS workflow — and can read the notebooks, argue about the eval set, query the data themselves — and translate between model reality and customer reality in both directions. This is not a PM role that writes a PRD and waits. It is a PM role where “I pulled the data, here’s what moved the F1, and here’s what it means for customers” is the expected level of answer. What you'll own Attack engine roadmap. Coverage and depth of adversarial techniques, novel-attack generation quality, agentic/multi-turn testing, zero-day and model-risk research productization. You decide which harm categories, modalities, and attack families we invest in next, and you defend that call with evidence. Defense engine roadmap. Classifier quality across policies and languages, the precision/recall/latency triangle, customer-specific tuning, and the path from "a red team finding" to "a guardrail that blocks it." Closing that attack→defense loop is the single highest-leverage thing this role can do. Evaluation as a product surface. Own how we define, measure, and publish model quality — benchmark datasets, eval harnesses, golden sets, regression gates, and the metrics customers actually see. When a customer asks "how accurate is this," the answer and the evidence behind it are yours. Data strategy for the engines. What data we collect, label, retain, and feed back into training; how customer feedback (overrides, false-positive reports, session feedback) becomes a training signal; and how all of it stays within our customer data commitments The DS↔Engineering seam. Model artifacts, schemas, and pipelines. You keep that contract explicit and get research into production. Day to day • Run discovery with AI Product Owners, security engineers, and CISOs on what attacks they fear and what false positives they can't tolerate • Turn fuzzy customer harm into a testable engine requirement with a measurable bar • Prioritize the DS backlog with the DS lead; make the hard calls on coverage vs. depth vs. latency • Own the quality narrative for sales, solution engineering, and security reviews — backed by numbers you can defend • Partner with design and platform PMs so engine capability becomes a usable product, not a config flag • Track competitive and academic movement in adversarial ML and guardrails, and translate it into roadmap pressure Requirements Required • 5+ years in product management, with at least 2 shipping ML/data-science-backed products • LLM-era experience: evals, prompt engineering, RAG, agentic systems, LLM-as-judge and its failure modes • You can reason about model evaluation properly: precision/recall tradeoffs, class imbalance, train/test leakage, annotation quality, why a benchmark number is or isn't trustworthy • Experience defining and defending model quality metrics to customers or regulators • A track record of working with data scientists and research engineers Strongly preferred • Security or adversarial ML background • Familiarity with data pipeline tooling/feature and labeling infrastructure • Experience with enterprise buyers in regulated industries About Alice Alice is a trust, safety, and security company built for the AI era. We safeguard the communicative technologies people use to create, collaborate, and interact- whether with each other or with machines. Senior Product Manager
Mesh Payments · Israel

Our whole bet at Mesh is that the best T&E is the kind nobody has to use – and AI is how we get there. There's still a lot of surface area left to make invisible, and that's exactly the opportunity: we're hiring a Senior Product Manager to help decide what goes invisible next, not just execute a roadmap someone else already wrote. That's the kind of 0→1 ownership you'd normally only get by starting something of your own – here, it comes with a live platform, real customers, and a team already in place. Roles like this don't come around often. What You'll Own Own a product area end-to-end – from discovery and strategy through launch and measurable results – partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams along the way. Push past "add AI" as a checkbox – the real question is whether a workflow goes invisible: work the customer used to think about, and now doesn't. Prototype and automate with AI coding tools as part of your daily work – often the fastest way to validate an idea or ship a fix without waiting in an engineering queue. Work directly with customers to uncover real needs, and turn complex, ambiguous financial workflows into scalable, intuitive products. Partner closely with Product Design and make thoughtful trade-offs across customer value, business impact, UX, and technical complexity. What You'll Bring 5-8 years of product management experience, with a track record of end-to-end ownership and measurable business outcomes, not just features – must. Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered features end-to-end, and a track record of using AI coding tools daily – Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar – to automate your own work and ship something real yourself – must. Full professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal – must. Strong product sense and a meticulous eye for UX, with the ability to find clarity in ambiguity and partner closely with Design and Engineering. Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with high ownership and judgment built for a fast-moving environment. If you've been thinking about building something of your own, this is where you get to – backed by a real team, not alone. And if you want to help decide what goes invisible next, and then own building it, we'd love to meet you! Send your resume to [email protected], and let's talk!

VP Product
Mesh Payments · Israel

Mesh is a global B2B SaaS Travel & Expense platform built on a simple bet: the best T&E is the kind nobody has to use. We're entering a new stage of growth, and putting real weight behind it – leveling up AI adoption, building Product practices that can scale, and growing the leaders who'll take us there. We're looking for a VP of Product to lead that shift – not just set the direction, but personally drive it. You'll partner closely with our founders on our biggest strategic bets, and define where the Product organization goes from here. This is as much an execution role as a strategic one, especially on AI – we need someone who rolls up their sleeves, not just someone who assigns it to others. What You'll Own Own the product strategy, portfolio priorities, and roadmap together with our founders and leadership team. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of product managers. Act as Mesh's de facto AI lead in Product – deciding, product by product, whether AI accelerates a workflow or removes it entirely, and personally driving the initiatives that matter most. Set the norm that Product builds with AI coding tools, not just talks about them – prototyping yourself when it matters, and expecting the same instinct from every PM on the team. Turn complex financial workflows into scalable, intuitive products with Engineering and Design. Align Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success around priorities and trade-offs. Represent the product direction with the board, investors, customers, and partners. What You'll Bring Previous experience as a VP of Product, CPO, or in an equivalent executive product leadership role within a B2B SaaS company – must. 8+ years of product management experience, including building and leading Product teams – must. A strong bias toward execution over delegation – you use AI coding tools daily (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar) to prototype, automate, or ship things yourself, can point to something real you built end-to-end, and expect the same from the PMs you hire – must. A track record of leading AI strategy at the organizational level – not just experimenting, but deciding where AI creates real business leverage and owning the outcomes – must. A track record of scaling a Product org – not just running one – through a fast-growth stage, including the hiring and mentoring that comes with it. Strong product and UX judgment, with the ability to simplify complex problems. Experience communicating product direction to boards, investors, or senior executives. Proven experience owning a multi-product portfolio; fintech, payments, or financial software experience is a strong advantage. Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to build trust across Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM. Decisive leadership, strong judgment, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment. This is a rare moment to decide how much of Mesh's product goes invisible next – and to build the team that gets that call right. Send your resume to [email protected], and let's talk!
