About the Role This role sits squarely at the intersection of Cybersecurity and AI. We are looking for a hands-on, builder-minded AI Senior Product Manager to lead a high-stakes, 0-to-1 initiative. This is a rare opportunity to operate with the agility and autonomy of a startup founder while leveraging the massive datasets, engineering resources, and established market presence of an industry leader. You will be responsible for building a net-new product from the ground up - translating raw technical concepts into production-grade reality. We are looking for an entrepreneurial builder who thrives in ambiguity and is obsessed with rapid iteration and technical depth. This is not a role for a traditional "project manager." You must be a hands-on owner who brings strong, opinionated perspectives formed by real-world technical experience. You will own product initiatives from deep problem discovery through engineering execution, validating and shipping products that security practitioners rely on every day. What You'll Do • Drive 0-to-1 Cybersecurity & AI Products End-to-End • Operate with a founder's mentality: own the product lifecycle from initial discovery and definition to UX design, technical execution, customer validation, and production release. • Frame ambiguous market opportunities into simple, well-scoped milestones, specs, and rapid execution plans. • Act as a hands-on builder-owning the outcome end-to-end rather than just managing processes or tickets. • Build Practical, Production-Grade Capabilities for Security • Identify key leverage points in security workflows (e.g., threat hunting, incident response) where AI can unlock step-function improvements. • Harness and build on top of existing AI agentic frameworks to solve complex cybersecurity challenges - translating model strengths and limitations into practical UX decisions. • Go beyond theoretical AI buzzwords to ship reliable, predictable, and value-driving security features in production. • Partner Deeply with Engineering & Security Experts • Work daily with Tech Leads, AI Engineers, Security Analysts, and Designers in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. • Get comfortable looking at raw logs, trace data, system architectures, and security vulnerabilities alongside engineers to deeply understand root causes and technical tradeoffs. • Challenge unnecessary technical complexity and continuously push for the simplest, most elegant solution. • Own UX & Product Quality for Technical Users • Maintain an exceptionally high bar for product quality, clarity, and system reliability. • Abstract dense technical data, security alerts, and complex AI outputs into intuitive, actionable user workflows. • Treat launch day as the start of continuous learning - actively monitoring usage metrics, validating edge cases, and rapidly iterating based on live system feedback. • Stay Connected to Technical Customers • Engage directly with security practitioners, DevOps, and SREs to uncover genuine friction points in their daily operations. • Translate raw customer feedback into prioritized product roadmaps grounded in real operational impact. Requirements What We're Looking For • Extensive Product Management Experience: Proven track record in B2B SaaS, specifically leading 0-to-1 product units. An entrepreneurial, founder-level mindset is critical for success here. • Practical AI Application: We need a practitioner, not a researcher. You have experience harnessing LLMs, RAG, or AI agents to solve real-world problems, translating model strengths and limitations into practical UX decisions. • Non-Negotiable Cybersecurity Mastery: Theoretical or "buzzword" knowledge is insufficient. You must demonstrate deep, hands-on technical mastery of how vulnerabilities and exploits work at a code and infrastructure level. You are comfortable inspecting raw logs, reviewing API structures, and debating technical tradeoffs with engineers. • Builder Mindset: Strong ownership instincts. You care deeply about execution speed, customer impact, and shipping high-quality software end-to-end. • Outcome-Driven Impact: You focus on delivering tangible value to users, ensuring the complexity of technical data is simplified into immediate, actionable outcomes rather than just features that look good. • Clear Communication & Influence: Concise, high-signal written and verbal communication style with a strong preference for actionable docs over unnecessary meetings, and the ability to influence others without direct authority. About the role: You'll own a product area for our B2B2C vision insurance product, setting strategy and leading the work that brings it to life. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can both shape the vision and drive the day-to-day. What you'll do: • Set and run a smart, data-backed product strategy in a fast-moving startup environment. • Spot new ways to create real value for our users. • Define what needs building, then lead the work end to end with designers and developers — making sure we solve the right problem, not just ship something. • Run user research, and use what you learn to make our products simple, clear, and easy to use. • Catch problems in the live product early, dig into the details, and find practical fixes fast. • Lead work with outside partners and third-party tools when the project calls for it. • Travel abroad several times a year, typically 1–2 weeks at a time, to work closely with teams. What you bring: • 3–5 years managing consumer-facing (B2C or B2B2C) products, with a track record of driving real business results — e-commerce experience is a strong plus. • Experience building for the US market, with a feel for what American users expect. • Comfortable working in short, iterative cycles (agile). • Strong sense for good user experience. • A proven knack for getting cross-functional teams aligned and moving — even when no one reports to you. • Clear, confident communication, both written and spoken. • Fluent English and Hebrew; knowledge of Russian is a plus. • Self-starter who takes on more, acts independently, weighs risks, and goes after opportunities. • Equally at home on the creative side and the analytical side, you let data guide your decisions. • Sharp attention to detail while juggling several projects, staying steady under pressure, and hitting deadlines. • Hands-on with AI tools like Gemini and Claude for product discovery and idea generation — ideally using them to solve real problems, not just experiment. • A natural leader inside the company. • Positive, organized, creative, and driven.
AppsFlyer is the global leader in mobile attribution and marketing analytics, empowering thousands of the world's leading apps and brands to make smarter growth decisions. For most of these brands, the website is just as important as the app: it's where many customers discover them, sign up and buy. Yet web measurement is still fragmented, built on last-click, cookies and siloed tools that don't connect to the rest of the customer journey. Our Web Attribution product brings AppsFlyer's trusted, independent measurement to the web. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead AppsFlyer's expansion from mobile to web. In this role, you will own Web Attribution end-to-end: how AppsFlyer measures the paid and owned channels that drive website conversions, from search and social to video, AI assistance, CTV and influencers, and how those results connect with app and other platforms into one view of the customer. Join one of AppsFlyer's most strategic bets: bringing the market leader in mobile measurement to the web, in a small, fast-moving team with real visibility across R&D, data and customers. Help leading global brands get independent, trusted web measurement, while shaping a brand-new product area from the ground up. What you’ll do • Own the Web Attribution product end-to-end, from discovery and strategy to execution, launch, adoption and continuous improvement. • Define and drive the roadmap for web performance measurement: attribution of any channel to web conversions (clicks, views, CTV and more), multi-touch, web analytics and reporting, and ad network integrations and optimization postbacks. • Lead in a privacy-first world: build durable measurement as cookies, identifiers and browser rules keep changing, through first-party data, probabilistic and modeled approaches, and partner integrations. • Work closely with R&D (Backend, Frontend, Data Engineering, Data Science) to build scalable, high-performance measurement products. • Work with ad networks and platform partners to build and expand web integrations, bringing mobile-grade measurement to the web: granular, independent attribution and conversion data sent back to partners to power campaign optimization. • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions and Marketing on positioning, competitive strategy, pricing and adoption, in a market with well-established competitors. • Engage directly with customers, from mobile-first brands to web-first ecommerce, fintech and subscription businesses, to validate direction and drive adoption. • Drive prioritization in a high-demand environment with multiple stakeholders and competing initiatives. What you have • Passion to solve, build, and provide real value to your customers • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in data-heavy B2B SaaS environments. • Proven experience building and scaling measurement, analytics, or performance marketing products. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define KPIs, interpret data, and use data to guide product decisions. • Experience working closely with engineering and data teams on complex, scalable systems. • Ability to operate in ambiguity and bring structure to complex problem spaces. • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working cross-functionally in large organizations. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex measurement concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences Bonus points • Deep familiarity with the web measurement ecosystem: web analytics tools, tag managers, conversion APIs, and how the major ad platforms report web conversions. • Familiarity with attribution models, view-through and multi-touch attribution, incrementality, and privacy-related measurement challenges (cookie loss, browser restrictions, consent). • Experience with web-to-app, cross-device or cross-platform measurement. • Technical background in web development, analytics, data science, or engineering. • Recommended by an AppsFlyer employee As a global company operating from 25 offices across 19 countries, we reflect the human mosaic of the diverse and multicultural world in which we live. We ensure equal opportunities for all of our employees and promote the recruitment of diverse talents to our global teams without consideration of race, gender, culture, or sexual orientation. We value and encourage curiosity, diversity, and innovation from all our employees, customers, and partners. “As a Customer Obsessed company, we must first be Employee Obsessed. We need to make sure that we provide the team with the tools and resources they need to go All-In.” Oren Kaniel, CEO

At Similarweb, we are revolutionizing the way businesses interact with the digital world by revealing to them everything that happens online. Our unique data and solutions empower thousands of customers globally, including industry giants like Google, eBay, and Adidas, to make game-changing decisions that drive their digital strategies. In 2021, we went public on the New York Stock Exchange, and we continue to reach new heights! Come work alongside Similarwebbers across the globe who are bright, curious, practical, and good people. About the role We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead Similarweb's new AI-native platform: its direction, its product experience, and the engineering team that builds it. The platform brings Similarweb's data and an AI agent into one workspace, where marketers and analysts go from a question to an answer to action. Customers use it in our own interface and from the AI tools they already work in. This is a hands-on role. You'll shape what the product does, test ideas yourself, and take them to customers, working closely with engineering, design, data and go-to-market teams. What you'll do • Own the product strategy and roadmap for the platform, and the outcomes it drives: adoption, engagement, retention and growth. • Lead a dedicated engineering team from the product side, together with design: priorities, requirements, trade-offs and delivery. • Define how AI shows up in the product: what the agent does, how its output becomes something users can rely on and act on, and what good quality looks like. • Work across the teams the platform depends on, including AI, data and platform teams, to align on what's needed and when. • Bring domain expertise from across the company into the product. • Stay close to customers and the market: run discovery, use data to learn what works, and follow the competitive landscape. • Partner with marketing, sales and customer success to launch, position and grow the product. What you bring • 5+ years in product management, mostly in B2B SaaS. • Experience shipping AI or LLM-powered products to customers, and a solid understanding of how they behave in production, including quality and evaluation. • Strong product sense and UX judgment, ideally on complex, data-rich products. • Hands-on and technical: you prototype with AI tools, work with data yourself, and go deep with engineers. • A track record of leading work across several teams and stakeholders. • Data-driven decision making, and the judgment to say no. • Excellent written and verbal communication in English. This role is not for you if: • You want a mature product with a settled roadmap. Parts of this one are still being decided. • You'd rather hand work off than try it yourself. Nice to have • Experience with agent or workflow automation products. • Background in marketing, digital intelligence or analytics. • Usage-based pricing or product-led growth. • A technical background in engineering, data or analytics. • Hebrew. About the team You'll report to the Product Director for AI and data products. Each PM in the group owns a product area end to end and works closely with their own engineering team. PMs here are hands-on and use AI tools in their daily work. Location: Givatayim (Tel Aviv area), Israel. Hybrid. How to apply If you've built something with AI (a prototype, an agent, a tool), include a link with your application. We'll look at it first. Why you’ll love being a Similarwebber: You’ll actually love the product you work with: Our customers aren’t our only raving fans. When we asked our employees why they chose to come work at Similarweb, 99% of them said “the product.” Imagine how exciting your job is when you get to work with the most powerful digital intelligence platform in the world. You’ll find a home for your big ideas: We encourage an open dialogue and empower employees to bring their ideas to the table. You’ll find the resources you need to take initiative and create meaningful change within the organization. We offer competitive perks & benefits: We take your well-being seriously, and offer competitive compensation packages to all employees. Product Manager – AI Transformation We’re looking for an exceptional Product Manager to join our AI Transformation team and help reshape how Similarweb operates in the AI era. This is not a traditional product role focused on managing a feature backlog. You’ll work across the organization to identify high-impact business problems and processes, understand how they work today, and determine how AI, agents, automation, data, and software can fundamentally improve them. You’ll take opportunities from problem discovery → prototype → pilot → production → adoption → measurable business impact. What you'll do • Identify high-impact opportunities for AI transformation across business functions such as Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product. • Deeply understand existing workflows, user pain points, bottlenecks, and manual processes. • Redesign workflows around AI rather than simply adding AI features to existing processes. • Rapidly prototype solutions using LLMs, agents, APIs, automation platforms, and AI-assisted development tools. • Work closely with Engineering, Data, business stakeholders, and leadership to turn successful prototypes into scalable products and systems. • Define clear success metrics and measure business impact, including productivity, automation, conversion, quality, cost savings, and revenue impact. • Run pilots with real users, learn quickly, and iterate based on data and feedback. • Evaluate when we should build, buy, integrate, or automate rather than defaulting to building software internally. • Drive adoption and organizational change - not just product delivery. • Stay close to developments in AI and continuously identify new capabilities that can create meaningful business value. What we're looking for Product • 4+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong preference for hands-on experience building 0→1 products in AI, automation, B2B SaaS, or other technically complex environments. • Strong Product Management experience with a proven ability to take ambiguous problems and turn them into working solutions. • Excellent product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows. • Strong discovery skills and curiosity about how businesses actually operate. • Comfortable owning problems rather than receiving predefined requirements. AI & Technical • AI-native: you actively use modern AI tools as part of how you work. • Strong understanding of LLM-based products, agents, APIs, automation, data, and modern AI capabilities and limitations. • Able to prototype independently using AI-assisted development tools. • Comfortable discussing architecture and technical tradeoffs with engineers without necessarily being an ML engineer. • Experience building AI-powered products, agents, automations, or internal tools is a significant advantage. Business • Strong business orientation, you naturally think about ROI and measurable outcomes. • Ability to understand complex business processes quickly. • Comfortable working across multiple departments and stakeholder groups. • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. • Able to operate effectively in environments where the problem and solution are initially unclear. The mindset we're looking for You hear: “This process takes our team 30 minutes per customer.” And your instinct is not: “Let's write a PRD.” It's: “Why does this process exist? Which decisions are being made? What data do we have? What could an agent do? What still requires a human? Can I prototype this this week? And how would we measure whether it's better?” We're looking for a builder, problem solver, and product thinker who wants to help define how an AI-native company should operate. We will handle your application and information related to your application in accordance with the Applicant Privacy Policy available here.
