Senior Security Product Manager
BlinkOps · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description About us At BlinkOps, we are building the next generation of security automation through our Agentic security platform. Our mission is to help security teams operate faster, smarter, and at scale. As the industry’s only Agentic Security Automation Platform, Blink enables you to automate all aspects of your security operations by combining AI security agents with deterministic workflows. Retain full control as you deploy your own custom army of virtual security employees - each tasked and responsible for managing specific jobs and capable of taking autonomous decisions. These AI agents leverage the deterministic security workflows assigned to them or by calling upon peer agents as required. Blink empowers security teams to rapidly operationalize response to zero-day and emerging threats by automating detection ingestion, cross-environment hunting, containment, and coordination with human stakeholders. About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Security Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and growth of our product, shaping how security teams automate and scale their security operations across the enterprise. This is a strategic product role at the center of Blink's growth. You will define the product vision, translate deep security domain knowledge into scalable product capabilities, and partner across Engineering, R&D, GTM, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional outcomes. This role requires strong technical depth, security expertise, and an AI-first mindset. What Makes This Role Unique This role sits at the intersection of security operations, AI-powered automation, and enterprise product strategy. You will shape how BlinkOps helps security teams work faster and smarter — operating at the strategic level to drive innovation while staying close enough to the details to ensure every initiative lands with quality and impact. Your responsibilities What You'll Do • Define and execute product strategy – Own the roadmap for your product areas, balancing near-term customer needs with long-term vision. Think big, plan strategically, and dive deep into the details to ensure flawless execution. • Translate security expertise into product – Draw on your security domain knowledge to deeply understand how security teams operate, and shape features that solve real operational challenges at scale. • Drive end-to-end product development – Lead initiatives from discovery through design, development, release, and iteration — including full product launches in close partnership with GTM. • Go-to-market execution – Partner with GTM to plan and execute product launches end-to-end: develop positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and launch plans that land with security practitioners and buyers alike. • Engage directly with customers – Work with enterprise customers and internal teams to understand security architectures, workflows, and unmet needs. • Own product specifications – Write clear, rigorous technical and product requirements that guide engineering and ensure high-quality delivery. • Leverage AI throughout your workflow – Use AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, spec writing, and decision-making — and bring that same AI-first thinking to every product initiative you lead. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of owning and delivering complex product initiatives. • Strong security domain knowledge — deep understanding of how security teams operate, the challenges they face, and the tools and architectures they rely on (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, CSPM, EDR, IAM). • Proven ability to operate at both the strategic and tactical levels — capable of setting a long-term vision while also managing the nitty-gritty details of execution. • Proven ability to lead complex technical product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery to launch, including full GTM execution. • Experience planning and executing product launches in close partnership with GTM teams — including positioning, enablement, and cross-functional coordination. • AI-first mindset — you actively use AI tools to accelerate your own PM workflow (research, synthesis, spec writing, prototyping) • Experience working with automation platforms, workflow engines, APIs, and integrations. • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Customer Success. • Experience working with large enterprise customers in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Security Domain Knowledge This role requires deep familiarity with how modern security and IT operations teams work. The ideal candidate understands the day-to-day realities of security operations across a broad range of use cases and tooling — including SOC operations and incident response, threat detection and hunting, vulnerability management, identity and access management, and more. You should be comfortable navigating complex security architectures, understanding how tools and data flows interact, and translating operational security needs into scalable product capabilities that work across diverse enterprise environments.

Head of Product
Chamelio · Tel Aviv-Yafo

About us Chamelio is revolutionizing legal tech with an AI-powered Legal Intelligence Platform trusted by some of the world's fastest-growing companies, including Wiz, Socure, Appsflyer and Monday. We help in-house legal teams accelerate negotiations, reduce risk, and unlock institutional knowledge through automated workflows. About the job We're hiring our first Head of Product to own product at Chamelio: the vision, the roadmap, and the business outcomes they drive. Today product is founder-led, and you'll take it over. We're not looking for a backlog manager or a spec writer. We're looking for someone who thinks like a founder: sets the direction, makes the hard calls on what we won't build, and owns the result. Most of your time will be spent outside the building, with the legal teams who use Chamelio, the buyers evaluating it, and the market we're shaping. When it matters, you'll still go deep on the work yourself. You'll be the bridge between our customers and R&D, and you'll build the product function as we scale. If you want to define what AI-native contract management looks like for in-house legal, and own the outcome, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do • Own Chamelio's product vision, strategy, and roadmap end to end, and the outcomes they're measured by adoption, expansion, and retention • Own product metrics and usage: define what success looks like for every capability, make sure it's measured, and track activation, adoption, and depth of usage across every customer account. Use that data, alongside what you hear from customers, to decide what to build, double down on, or kill, and make it the shared scoreboard for the company • Spend most of your time with in-house legal teams (GCs, legal ops, commercial counsel) and turn what you learn into opinionated product decisions • Be the face of the product to customers and prospects: lead strategic customer conversations, executive briefings, and design partnerships • Own how Chamelio shows up in the market, partnering with sales and marketing on positioning, pricing, packaging, and launches • Track the legal tech and AI landscape closely, and turn competitive and market signals into where we play and how we win • Define how AI shows up in the product: where agents act on their own, where humans stay in the loop, and what "good enough to trust" means for legal work • Partner with R&D, design, and our R&D attorneys to take what you hear from the market to production, fast • Hire and grow the product team as we scale What You'll Bring • Passion to own and deliver – you take full responsibility for product outcomes, not just outputs, and drive them from idea to adoption • Curiosity and adoption of AI tools – you use tools like Claude, Cursor, or Claude Code in your own work and have a point of view on how AI is changing how products get built • 8+ years in product management, including owning product strategy and roadmap (not just a feature area) in B2B SaaS • A strong customer-facing presence: you're credible in front of GCs and executive buyers, and comfortable leading high-stakes customer and sales conversations • A track record of shipping AI-powered products where outputs aren't deterministic and you had to define what "correct" means • Experience building for enterprise buyers with complex, high-stakes workflows • Executive-level judgment: you can set direction for the company, defend it to founders and the board, and change course when the evidence says so • A clear writer and communicator who creates clarity out of ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment Bonus Points • Experience as a first product hire, or taking over product from founders • Experience building and leading a product team (PMs and designers) • Background in legal tech, CLM, or other document-heavy, high-stakes domains (legal, compliance, finance) • Hands-on familiarity with LLM evals, agentic workflows, or RAG systems • A technical background (engineering or data) that lets you go deep with R&D • Experience with enterprise integrations ecosystems (CRM, procurement, e-signature) Why Chamelio? • Make an impact: Your work will transform how legal teams at leading companies worldwide operate • Own the product: Set the direction for the whole platform, not a slice of it • Ship fast: Work in a lean, high-velocity environment where decisions turn into production quickly • Grow with us: Join early, build the product function, and grow with it as we scale

O
Director of Product Management — MetaDefender Cloud
Opswat · Remote

OPSWAT, a global leader in IT, OT, and ICS critical infrastructure cybersecurity, delivers an end-to-end platform that gives public and private sector organizations and enterprises the critical advantage needed to protect their complex networks, secure their devices, and ensure compliance. Over the last 20 years our commitment to innovative technology has earned the trust of more than 1,700 organizations, governments, and institutions globally, solidifying our role in protecting the world’s critical infrastructure and securing our way of life. The Position This is a hands-on, business-owner product leadership role, not a pure strategy or coordination seat. An experienced product manager reports to you, with full people responsibility, and dedicated cloud engineering teams partner with you daily. You operate like a general manager, fluent in packaging, pricing models, and metering, and conversant in NDR and GDR. You understand the whole business, from sales enablement and marketing through inbound and digital motion to field events and channel partners, and hold every investment to a strong ROI. You also carry the platform responsibility everything else depends on: performance, availability, migration, and cost. You bring an AI-first mindset, leveraging AI in the day-to-day work of the team to maximize efficiency and output. Join a pre-IPO, global cybersecurity leader at the forefront of innovation. We protect the unseen — the infrastructure that powers our way of life. OPSWAT protects the world’s critical infrastructure across IT, OT, and ICS environments, trusted by more than 2,000 organizations, governments, and institutions worldwide. We are seeking an exceptional product leader to own the vision, strategy, and execution of MetaDefender Cloud, the verdict as an API. Enterprises, governments, and technology partners send it files and get back a decision they can trust (“is this file safe to admit?”) at any volume. This is business ownership of a trust-critical enterprise cloud: the commercial ladder from self-serve developer entry to a top tier for regulated buyers, and everything that makes it credible, from contractual SLAs, availability, and failover to compliance, cost efficiency, and a platform other OPSWAT services build on. You will grow the business through product-led motion, cloud marketplaces, distribution channels, and a Technology Partners program that makes joining our ecosystem a product action, not a sales project. MetaDefender Cloud delivers OPSWAT’s prevention technologies (multiscanning, Deep CDR, and AI-driven analysis) as a cloud service, and is the shared platform behind a growing family of OPSWAT cloud offerings. This role owns that business end to end: • The Prevention Ladder: one coherent tier ladder from self-serve developer entry to full enterprise, sold to one buyer who moves up as throughput and analysis depth grow. • The Regulated Enterprise: the top of the ladder: dedicated capacity, the strictest SLAs, large-file support, and a strict data-privacy and data-handling posture for regulated industries. • A Resilient, Compliant Cloud: reliability as a product, with availability targets, failover, recovery objectives, multi-region resilience, and certifications such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2 that make trust a reason to buy. • The Platform Behind OPSWAT’s Cloud Services: one API and platform that web proxy and ICAP protection, MetaDefender Secure Storage, email security, MetaDefender for Salesforce, and the threat-hunting tier build on. • Performance & Cost Efficiency: industry-leading speed to verdict, and a cost-per-scan discipline that protects margin as volume grows. You own the unit economics. • Technology Partners & Developer Ecosystem: the program for engine partners who strengthen detection, integration partners who put our verdict where security teams work, and developers who build it into their own products. • Marketplaces & Distribution: taking the product where buyers already purchase: cloud marketplaces such as AWS and Azure, distribution channels, and reseller partners, plus new offerings, such as MetaDefender Private for dedicated deployments, as the market demands. What You Will be Doing • Own the business: define and champion the vision, strategy, and roadmap for MetaDefender Cloud, and be accountable for growth, adoption, and commercial outcomes. • Own reliability as a product: make contractual SLAs (latency, availability, and recovery objectives) the standard across every tier, and drive high availability, automatic failover, and multi-region resilience from roadmap to contract. • Own compliance & regulation: maintain and extend our certifications (ISO 27001, SOC 2, and beyond) and the data-privacy and data-residency posture, so regulated buyers can say yes. • Run the platform for its stakeholders: treat the OPSWAT services built on the cloud (web proxy and ICAP, secure storage, email, Salesforce, threat hunting) as first-class customers, balancing their needs with one coherent platform. • Own pricing & packaging: design and maintain the prevention tier ladder, packaging, metering, and discount guidance, steward the one price book with your Aether counterpart, and monitor realization against list. • Drive cost efficiency: own cost per scan and the margin story, and make efficiency a continuous, measured program. • Lead the platform evolution: carry customers through major platform transitions, with migration paths that never ask them to break their integration, and retire legacy offerings cleanly. • Grow marketplaces & distribution: list the product on the cloud marketplaces where buyers already purchase, grow channel and reseller partnerships, and build the no-touch motion behind them. • Build the Technology Partners program: make joining the ecosystem a product action, with SDKs, API documentation, and automated onboarding and vetting, so every engine, integration, and developer partner adds detection, reach, or data. • Champion product-led growth: the product sells the product. Own every self-serve and paid-conversion motion, including from the free community, plus the inbound and digital funnels and the upgrade path. • Tailor the experience to the persona: know the cloud architect, platform engineer, and enterprise security leader in financial services, SaaS, and technology, and shape onboarding, console, and API experiences around their daily work. • Enable the field & measure ROI: own sales enablement and the proof the field needs, show up at the anchor events that matter, work channel partners deliberately, and hold every motion to a strong ROI. • Monitor the business: track the KPIs that matter (tier mix, NDR and GDR, realization, platform performance, unit cost) and use them to steer investment. • Build and lead the team: lead, mentor, and grow the MetaDefender Cloud product team, small and senior today, and scale it as the business scales. • Communicate with stakeholders: clearly articulate strategy, progress, and results to internal teams, executive leadership, and customers, fostering alignment and enthusiasm. What We Need from You • Product management experience: 5+ years in product management of cloud or SaaS products, ideally in cybersecurity or another trust-critical enterprise service. Experience leading product managers is a strong plus. • Cloud-service operating depth: you have run a high-availability, multi-tenant cloud service as a product (SLA and SLO design, recovery objectives, failover, multi-region architecture) and are credible with SRE and platform engineering. • Compliance & regulatory fluency: hands-on experience taking a cloud product through certifications such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or PCI DSS, and shaping data-privacy and data-residency posture for regulated buyers. • Business-owner fluency: demonstrated ability to run a product line as a business (packaging, pricing models, metering, unit economics), with fluency in NDR, GDR, and recurring-revenue metrics. • Marketplace & channel experience: you have grown a product through cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, or equivalent), channel, or reseller partners, or built that motion from zero. • Platform product thinking: experience evolving a shared platform that multiple products build on, balancing reuse with each consumer’s speed and autonomy. • Product-led growth: experience with self-serve, developer-facing offerings: onboarding funnels, API-first products, and conversion into enterprise contracts. • Persona-driven product craft: a track record of building experiences around sharply defined users, backed by research, usage data, and design partnership. • AI-first ways of working: an AI-first mindset: you actively apply AI tools to your own and your team’s daily work to move faster and raise quality. • Hands-on and technical: comfortable working shoulder-to-shoulder with R&D day to day, engaging credibly on APIs, cloud architecture, and trade-offs, and going deep in the product. • Track record of delivery: proven experience managing products from concept through launch, with results in user adoption, revenue growth, or market penetration. • Analytical & decisive: strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach. • Exceptional communicator: outstanding interpersonal and executive communication skills, enabling collaboration across cross-functional teams and credibility with customers and leadership. • Travel: willingness to travel regularly to field events, customers, and R&D sites. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus. • Ways of working: familiarity with Agile methodologies or similar frameworks. Why You’ll Love Working Here • Own the prevent half of a focused two-product strategy at a pre-IPO, global cybersecurity leader: a trust-critical cloud with executive attention. • Reliability, compliance, and cost are the product here. Rare scope for a leader who wants to own an enterprise cloud end to end. • Shape a platform: the cloud you run is the foundation a growing family of OPSWAT services builds on. • Take a proven product into marketplaces, self-serve, and a partner ecosystem. The growth levers are yours to build. • Work hands-on with world-class global R&D teams on a service that protects critical infrastructure. • Attractive compensation with regular performance assessments and flexibility for the right candidate. OPSWAT is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to providing an environment where equal employment opportunities are extended to all employees and applicants, free of discrimination and harassment of any type. All employment decisions are based on individual qualifications, job requirements, and business needs without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other category protected by federal, state, or local laws. P
Sr. Product Manager, Mobile SDK - 9-Month Fixed-Term
Pendo · Tel Aviv-Yafo, Herzliya

Sr. Product Manager, Mobile SDK — 9-Month Fixed-Term The team + the role Pendo's mobile SDK is embedded in hundreds of enterprise applications — native iOS and Android, plus React Native, Flutter, .NET MAUI, and Ionic/Capacitor — delivering analytics, in-app guides, and session replay to over 110M monthly active users. It is a developer-integrated product at an inflection point: hybrid framework parity, cross-surface guide delivery, and version fragmentation across an installed base that cannot be forced to upgrade are all live, unsolved problems with revenue implications. We're looking for a Sr. Product Manager to own Pendo Mobile end-to-end for nine months while our current PM is on maternity leave. This is a full mobile role with no secondary product area. You'll own the SDK roadmap, run live enterprise escalations, and make the architectural and commercial tradeoffs that protect at-risk revenue. This role requires SDK product experience specifically — not mobile app PM experience. The distinction matters: you're shipping software that other companies' engineering teams integrate into their own production applications, on their release cycles, with their performance budgets, and with their users affected when something goes wrong. We need someone useful in week two, not month two. This is a full-time Pendo employee position with full benefits for the nine-month fixed-term. This role is based in Herzliya, Israel, in-office 2–3 days per week. What this looks like day-to-day • Own the mobile SDK roadmap end-to-end: release planning, versioning and deprecation strategy, and driving version adoption across a fragmented installed base — a shipped fix isn't a delivered fix until customers upgrade. • Bring Mobile into Pendo's AI surface: from AI tagging to agentic installation, AI guide building extensions, and exposing mobile behavioral data through Pendo's MCP so customers' own agents can use it. • Run the escalation motion: own the weekly customer status update, triage sev-level issues with Engineering and Support, and lead customer communication when the SDK is implicated in a production incident. • Deliver named enterprise commitments on schedule — offline guide serving, hybrid app guide delivery, and session replay payload reduction all have dates attached. • Protect at-risk ARR: $3M+ of mobile revenue is exposed to SDK capability gaps across hybrid architectures; partner with CE, CSM, and Sales on renewal-critical accounts. • Own cross-platform unification and developer experience — close hybrid framework gaps, solve cross-surface guide delivery across the native/WebView boundary, and reduce the integration cost for customers' engineering teams. Who you are Beyond the qualifications, we hire through a specific lens. These aren't buzzwords; they're the things we'll actually look for in how you talk about your work. You're a builder, not a maintainer. You're most energized when there isn't a clear path yet, and you get to define it. You don't wait for direction; you identify gaps, shape solutions, and drive them forward. At Pendo, great PMs don't manage backlogs — they make architectural and commercial calls that show up in renewal conversations within weeks. You'll join a product mid-flight, take ownership fast, and be the named PM on every active customer issue before the end of your first month. You're AI-curious — genuinely. You're not using AI tools occasionally. You're rewiring how you work around them. You're faster, sharper, and more prolific because of it, and you bring that energy to everything: how you synthesize escalations, how you reason about where AI genuinely improves a workflow versus where it's decoration, how you move from insight to decision in a matrix organization operating heavily on async Slack. This is how the team operates. Must-haves • 5+ years of B2B SaaS product management in a multicultural and global organization. • 3+ years owning an SDK or developer-integrated product as the PM — with command of versioning and release strategy, backwards compatibility and deprecation, adoption across a fragmented installed base, and crash impact on software you do not control. This is a hard requirement. • Mobile platform fluency: native iOS and Android, and the practical differences between hybrid frameworks from an integration standpoint. • Demonstrated AI product judgment — you've shipped an AI-powered capability or can reason clearly about where AI improves a workflow versus where it adds noise; you use AI tooling actively in your own work. • Escalation temperament: you've owned sev-level escalations where your SDK caused a production issue in a customer's app and stayed credible through it. • Enterprise customer-facing skill in English, with large regulated accounts and their engineering teams; comfort operating in a matrix organization with US stakeholders and heavy async communication. • Available to start as soon as possible and committed to the full nine-month term. Nice-to-haves • Experience with product analytics, session replay, crash reporting, or digital adoption platforms. • Hands-on background in mobile engineering before moving into product. • Experience joining a product mid-flight and taking ownership quickly — an interim, transition, or turnaround assignment. • Experience running a design partner or early-access programme with enterprise engineering teams. • Previous experience with Pendo or comparable mobile SDK tooling. About Pendo Pendo was founded in 2013 by former product managers, who combined their heads and hearts to build something they wanted but never had as product managers: a simple way to understand and attack what truly drives product success. Our mission is to improve society's experience with software. Pendo core values: Bias to Act, Hone Your Craft, The Team is Pendo, and Maniacal Focus. Location: This role is based in Herzliya, Israel, in-office 2–3 days per week. This is a nine-month fixed-term, full-time Pendo employee position with full benefits. Benefits: Premium, day-one benefits across health, pension, meals, and lifestyle — plus strong in-office perks and financial upside. EEOC: We are an equal opportunity employer and believe having diverse teams where everyone brings their whole self to Pendo is key to our success. We welcome all people of different backgrounds, experiences, abilities and perspectives. ClickHouse Cloud, the fully managed version of the open source ClickHouse database, is available on AWS, GCP, and Azure. Customers can purchase directly from ClickHouse or through the cloud marketplaces. Billing is how every ClickHouse product reaches customers and shows up in our financials. As we add new products and new ways to buy, we are investing in our billing platform to scale with them. As Principal Product Manager for Billing and Marketplaces, you will lead that work and report to the Director of Product Management, Billing and Marketplaces. What you will do: • Own the multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for billing, from usage metering through invoicing, payments, and revenue recognition, working alongside the product managers and engineering leads of our metering and pricing, billing platform, and payments teams. • Evolve our metering and pricing foundation into a single metrics pipeline that new products can reuse, where the same metric can be priced differently by product and tier, and only net-new metrics need code changes. • Evolve our prepaid commit capabilities, with flexibility for customer-specific rate cards or metric-level discounts, contract changes and rollovers, and customer-facing balance visibility and spend alerts. • Own our cloud marketplace strategy and integrations across AWS, GCP, and Azure, including private offers, usage reporting, and subscription linking. • Lead the evaluation of billing architecture, from build versus buy decisions and POCs through migration plans and a clear recommendation to senior leadership. • Give Finance, Data, and Sales Ops systems they can trust, including ERP and revenue recognition sync, period close, audit controls, and SOX and SOC 2 readiness. • Partner with product teams, Product Marketing, Sales, and Support to launch billing for new products and pricing models, and serve as the company's subject matter expert on how customers are billed. • Mentor other product managers and help build the team. About You: • 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years owning billing, metering, payments, or commercial platforms for a cloud or usage-based product. • Deep expertise in usage-based pricing, prepaid credits, and committed spend contracts, and in how they translate into systems, invoices, and revenue. • Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure marketplaces, including private offers, co-sell, entitlements, metering APIs, and disbursements. • Familiarity with payments across card, invoice, marketplace, and partner channels, including dunning and delinquency flows, fraud detection, and payment notifications. • Strong understanding of order-to-cash, including invoicing, payment processing, tax, multi-currency, ERP integration, and revenue recognition. • Experience with third-party billing and payment platforms, such as Stripe or a usage-based billing vendor. • A track record of designing and maturing a product area from v1 and leading complex programs across engineering, Finance, and go-to-market teams. • Excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting trade-offs to executives and explaining billing concepts to non-technical audiences. Bonus Points: • Experience at an infrastructure, database, or developer platform company. • Comfortable going deep with engineers on event-driven architectures, data pipelines, and idempotency, and fluent enough in SQL to analyze billing data yourself. • Speaking or published thought leadership on usage-based pricing, billing, or cloud marketplaces. Perks • Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries. • Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare. • Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options. • Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries. • A USD$500 Home office setup if you’re a remote employee. • Global Gatherings – We believe in the power of in-person connection and offer opportunities to engage with colleagues at company-wide offsites.
