Those who thrive here actively seek out new solutions, experiment thoughtfully, and apply what they learn to drive better, faster, smarter outcomes. As a Staff Product Manager, ou will be tasked with joining our AI Security business unit built from SentinelOne's acquisition of Prompt Security, and one of the company's rocketship bets, growing at a phenomenal rate. You will own — end to end, with high autonomy — the AI security products that some of the world's largest enterprises rely on to adopt AI safely, with a sharp focus on where the industry is already heading: securing agentic AI. You'll set direction and drive daily execution alongside R&D, design, GTM, and customers, turning an urgent market need into best-in-class products that are flying off the shelves. This is a builder's seat on a winning team that ships at high velocity, treats the prototype as the spec, and lives on the AI frontier — where PMs don't just write requirements, they use Claude Code to build and ship features themselves. If you love owning the outcome, moving fast, and shipping products people actually buy — read on. What Will You Do? Primary responsibilities include: • Own products the way a founder would, with real autonomy — you're the CEO of the outcome, not just the backlog. Frame the problem, build working prototypes (the prototype is the spec, not a 40-page PRD), drive it all the way to shipped, polished product at pace, and help run the roadmap sessions that set direction. • Build and ship, hands-on — use Claude Code and other AI tools to prototype, spec, and take features end-to-end yourself, moving faster than teams ever thought possible and raising the bar for how the whole org leverages AI. • Join a high-performing, high-velocity team delivering impactful solutions to some of the world's largest companies — surrounded by excellent people across R&D, design, and GTM who raise the level of everyone around them, with that bar for excellence held across every department. • Think, don't just take orders — treat every request as a hypothesis, dig past the stated ask to the real problem, and define the outcome (not the output) that proves it worked. • Stay laser-focused on users, customers, and GTM — run user interviews and usability sessions, and stay close to exactly how the product is used, how it's messaged, and how it's sold. • Drive commercial success with the field — work directly with sales and marketing to build technical demos, documentation, and enablement that help close deals and make the product sell. • Become the company's recognized expert on securing AI — stay abreast of market trends, emerging threats, and best practices in the fast-moving field of AI agent security, and be the go-to authority in the domain. What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring? Ideal candidates will have: • 4+ years in product management for B2B SaaS security products, with a track record of launching enterprise products that tackle emerging technology risk — and that actually sold. • A builder's instinct — you'd rather show than tell, you prototype your own ideas, and you already build with AI tools like Claude and Claude Code (or you're hungry to). • High autonomy paired with sharp judgment — comfortable making fast calls on incomplete information, ruthless about scope, and skeptical by default. Startup experience a strong plus. • You enjoy both sides of the job — building features, capabilities, and products, and engaging directly with customers and prospects; equally at home working with engineers and with users. • Strong command of enterprise security, compliance, and security operations, plus real familiarity with generative and agentic AI risk — prompt injection, jailbreaking, toxicity, red-teaming, and agentic/MCP systems (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio). • Strong verbal and written communication skills — you can explain a complex concept (or your own recommendation) in one clear sentence, to engineers and executives alike. • Founder-grade ownership and a commercial edge — you care as much about whether a product sells as whether it ships. Why SentinelOne? AI is redefining how the world operates and rewriting the rules of security in real time, and SentinelOne was built for this moment. From day one, we architected an AI-native platform designed to operate at machine speed, not as an add-on to legacy systems but as the foundation itself. Realize your potential by joining the leading performance-driven advertising company! As a Senior Product Manager for Platform Experience & AI in our Tel Aviv office, you'll own how thousands of advertisers experience Realize, Taboola's performance advertising platform, every day - in the product, through ABBY, our AI assistant, and increasingly through AI agents that operate Realize on the advertiser's behalf via our public MCP server. We are hiring a consumer product builder for a platform job. Realize is used by everyone from first-time SMB advertisers to global agencies, and the bar for it is consumer-grade: intuitive at first touch, effortless at scale, and smart enough to guide people to results. You'll lead three connected surfaces - the core platform experience, ABBY, and the agentic (MCP) layer - together with a peer product lead in our Emerging Products Domain group. You'll work with UX, R&D, Data Science, Product Analysts, Product Marketing and Business teams to make Realize the platform advertisers want to use, not just have to. To thrive in this role, you'll need: • Proven B2C product experience: 6+ years in product management, with a track record of shipping consumer products used by millions of people and owning outcomes like activation, engagement and retention. This is the core of the role. • UX/UI craft at scale: You have led the experience of a high-traffic product, can critique a flow in detail, prototype your own ideas, and partner with design as a peer rather than a client. You know what "simple at scale" costs and how to get there. • Strong product sense: You form a sharp point of view on what to build and what not to, back it with data and user insight, and make the call. You own a domain end-to-end - vision, roadmap, alignment across R&D, Design, Data Science and Business, and measurable outcomes. • AI-native ways of working: You use AI tools every day as part of how you do product work - discovery, prototyping, analysis, writing - and you understand how LLM-based products behave well and badly. Building with AI is not new to you; it is how you work. • Data and experimentation fluency: Comfortable designing and reading A/B tests, working with product analytics, and turning data into decisions and clear narratives for stakeholders. • Communication that moves teams: Able to align global cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders behind a shared direction, and to make complex things simple in writing and in the room. Bonus points if you have: • Experience mentoring or managing product managers • Ad-tech or performance-marketing experience, especially on self-serve ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads or similar) or products serving SMB advertisers • Experience shipping LLM-based assistants, copilots or agents; familiarity with MCP or other agent protocols • Experience with self-serve SaaS growth: onboarding, activation loops, product-led growth • Design, front-end or user-research background • Experience in a two-sided marketplace or platform business How you'll make an impact: • Bring consumer-grade craft to Realize: Own the end-to-end advertiser journey - onboarding, campaign creation, reporting and in-product guidance - and turn complex advertising workflows into experiences that feel obvious. You'll set the UX bar for a platform used by thousands of advertisers at every level of sophistication. • Lead ABBY, our AI assistant: Define what ABBY does, where it shows up and how far it goes - from proactive insights and recommendations to taking action on the advertiser's behalf. Make the product feel like it has a smart operator inside it. • Make Realize agentic: Shape how advertisers and their AI agents operate Realize from outside the UI through our public MCP (Model Context Protocol) server. Decide what the platform exposes, how it protects advertisers, and how the agent experience and the in-product experience reinforce each other. • Design for activation and retention at scale: Own the metrics that matter - time to first campaign, activation, feature adoption, retention and incremental spend - and move them through large-scale A/B tests and fast iteration. • Raise the bar for AI-native product work: Use AI tools daily to research, prototype, analyze and spec, and bring that way of working to the team around you.
