This role defines how agentic AI capabilities are managed across the organization while balancing innovation and user experience with security, compliance, cost, and operational requirements. Job Description The Product Manager serves as the primary owner and subject-matter expert for Copilot Studio, translating rapidly evolving Microsoft AI capabilities into an enterprise product strategy and roadmap. The role partners closely with Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and other business teams to establish a sustainable enterprise agent ecosystem. Key Responsibilities • Own the Copilot Studio product strategy, roadmap, service model, and lifecycle from capability evaluation through enterprise rollout and ongoing support. • Evaluate new Copilot Studio, Microsoft Copilot, and agent capabilities for business value, enterprise readiness, governance requirements, and service impact. • Define success measures for adoption, service health, governance, user experience, and responsible AI consumption. • Define governance and operating models for emerging capabilities such as autonomous agents, agent identities, multi-agent solutions, and enterprise agent discovery. • Identify opportunities to automate Copilot Studio administration, monitoring, provisioning, reporting, and governance processes. • Develop scalable enablement programs for agent makers, including guidance, training, playbooks, reusable development patterns, and technical documentation. Areas of continued growth may include agent identity and access strategy, autonomous and multi-agent solutions, transition of legacy processes into AI-enabled workflows, AI consumption optimization, reusable agent development patterns, agent observability, and integration between low-code and professional AI development. Together, let's power the way the world moves! Driivz is the leading enterprise EV charging management platform (CPMS), powering 160,000+ chargers across 35 countries for operators including Shell, EVgo, ESB, and Circle K. This role owns the connective tissue between product strategy and product reality — turning direction set by the CPO into a roadmap the org can actually execute, and building the team that delivers it. The VP Product is the operating leader of the Product organization, reporting directly to the CPO. Where the CPO sets vision, strategy, and external direction (standards bodies, executive stakeholders, board-level priorities), the VP Product owns turning that strategy into a resourced, sequenced, well-specified roadmap — and building the org that ships it. This is a player-coach role: equal parts organizational leadership, cross-functional orchestration, and hands-on quality bar for what 'good' looks like in a spec, a UX flow, or a release. You will sit above Driivz's two Product Management clusters (Connectivity — charger management, roaming, energy & grid; and Commercial — billing, driver & B2B, fleet), as well as UX and Technical Writing, giving you end-to-end ownership of how product intent becomes shipped, documented, well-designed product. This role is deliberately set at VP level to give you real seniority parity with senior Engineering leadership — you are the day-to-day operating counterpart who turns strategy into shipped product together, roadmap to build, sprint to sprint. Key Responsibilities: Team Building & Leadership • Rebuild and scale a Product org recently restructured into two PM clusters (Connectivity, Commercial) plus UX and Technical Writing — hire, develop, and retain team leads and ICs. • Own performance management, career growth, and succession planning for PM, UX, and Writing leads; identify and address flight risk before it becomes attrition. • Close open organizational gaps and ambiguous ownership areas with clear, durable decisions rather than leaving them unresolved. • Establish a consistent operating rhythm — planning cadence, roadmap reviews, cross-cluster syncs — that scales as the team grows. • Set and model the bar for product craft: what a good spec, a good roadmap bet, and a good release readiness review look like. Strategy to Roadmap to Shipped Product • Translate CPO-level strategy into a prioritized, resourced roadmap across both PM clusters. • Own the mechanics of prioritization — balancing enterprise customer commitments, platform investment, and longer-term strategic bets. • Drive roadmap-to-delivery accountability: planned-vs-actual tracking, planning quality, and closing the loop when estimates or scope drift. • Partner directly with Engineering leadership as day-to-day operating counterpart — joint ownership of sequencing, tradeoffs, and ensuring roadmap commitments are realistic against true engineering dependencies. • Ensure UX and Technical Writing are embedded early in the roadmap process, not bolted on at the end — design and documentation debt should never be a release surprise. Cross-Functional & Executive Operating • Represent the Product organization in executive and cross-company forums, deputizing for the CPO where appropriate. • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and enterprise CPO stakeholders to translate customer and RFP commitments into roadmap reality. • Own the interface between Product and Data & AI, Platform, and Commercial leadership to ensure roadmap decisions reflect real technical and commercial constraints. • Bring visibility and rigor to reporting — status, risk, and tradeoffs — so the CPO and executive team can make fast, well-informed calls. What Success Looks Like • A fully staffed, low-attrition Product org with clear ownership across every function — no ambiguous reporting lines, no unfilled critical roles. • A roadmap that is trusted: what's committed gets delivered, and when it doesn't, the team knows why fast. • UX and Technical Writing operating as full roadmap partners, not downstream service functions. • PM leads who are growing into stronger operators themselves — this role scales through the team, not around it. • Strong, trusted working relationships across R&D, Sales, and Delivery — Product seen as an easy, collaborative partner rather than a bottleneck. Requirements • 8+ years in product management, including 3+ years leading product managers, designers, or writers through other managers (not just individual contributors). • Track record of taking an ambiguous, multi-team org and giving it structure — clear ownership, clear cadence, clear accountability. • Experience translating executive-level strategy into a roadmap that survives contact with engineering reality — you understand tradeoffs, sequencing, and how to say no. • Comfort operating in a technical, enterprise B2B/SaaS domain; EV charging, energy, IoT, or connected-hardware platform experience is a strong plus. • A genuine builder of people and process — this role is being created specifically to bring structure and stability to a growing organization. • A true people person with a can-do, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude — someone who builds trust easily across teams and turns obstacles into forward motion rather than escalation. • Direct, low-ego communication style; comfortable operating as a peer-level counterpart to Engineering leadership and as the operational partner to a strategy-focused CPO.

Job Description As a Product Manager, you'll lead one of Base44's newest products end to end: strategy, roadmap, and the calls on what ships. It's already live with real users, there's a lot still to shape, and some of our strongest engineers and designers are already on it. You'll work closely with engineering, AI and design to define what we build, why we build it, and how we measure success. This is a hands-on role. You should be as comfortable discussing architecture and model behavior with engineers as you are talking to users and digging into data. What you'll do: • Own the strategy, roadmap and execution for the product, from discovery to launch and iteration. • Work closely with engineering and AI teams on technical product decisions: agent capabilities, integrations, and how the product fits into the way teams already build and ship software. • Deeply understand our users, from solo builders to product, design and engineering teams inside companies, through research, feedback, usage data and hands-on use of the product. • Define clear requirements, priorities and success metrics, and make fast, well-reasoned trade-offs. • Use data and experiments to understand how users build, where they get stuck, and what drives activation, retention and growth. • Track the fast-changing AI landscape and turn new model capabilities into product opportunities. • Build prototypes and internal tools yourself with Base44 and other AI tools to test ideas quickly. • Work with Design, Marketing, Sales and Support to make sure what we ship lands well with users. Qualifications • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, including leading technical products in SaaS, developer tools, platforms or AI. • A strong technical background: a degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or previous experience as a developer. You understand APIs, data models, backend systems and how modern web apps are built. • Proven experience owning a product end to end, from idea to launch to growing it over time. • Hands-on experience with AI products, LLMs or agent-based systems, and a strong intuition for what makes them work well for users. • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decisions. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align engineering, design and business teams around a clear product vision. • A builder mindset: high ownership, a bias for action, and comfort with the speed and ambiguity of a startup. • Advantages: experience with AI coding tools, developer platforms, PLG products or no-code/low-code tools; hands-on coding experience. Additional Information We're Base44, a newly acquired part of Wix, on a mission to change how software gets built. Our AI-powered platform empowers anyone to create custom software applications using natural language—no traditional coding required. Operating like a startup within Wix, we're fast, collaborative, and focused on turning complex problems into simple, powerful solutions. We exist for creators, solo founders, startups, entrepreneurs, side hustlers, and everyone who wants to turn their ideas into reality. Whether you're launching a product, validating a concept, or exploring a hunch, Base44 helps you build it. We're growing fast, the opportunity is huge, and with your help, our user-driven growth can become unstoppable.
Description AI moved attackers faster than human-paced defense cycles can absorb, and pushed exposure data past what any team can triage by hand. Our platform runs AI agents that investigate on their own, verify whether existing controls neutralize the risk, and return a validated case with root cause, owner and remediation. How those agents earn a security team's trust - what they decide alone, what they escalate, what evidence they show - is unsettled across the industry, and what gets built now sets the pattern. Security teams own thirty tools and still can't say which threats those tools actually stop. Nagomi answers that question. We connect read-only to the stack a company already runs - CrowdStrike, Microsoft, Okta, Qualys, 40+ more - and build a live model of what's exploitable, what's already covered, and what to fix first. As the Product Manager, you'll own a key domain of the platform end-to-end: vision, strategy, roadmap, specs, delivery, adoption. Direct work with CISOs, detection engineers and SOC teams, and what you decide from those conversations ships. Reports to the VP Product. Responsibilities: • Set the strategy and roadmap for your domain, and own what it delivers. You decide what gets built, what waits, and what we drop. • Spend real time with customers and prospects. Sit in their environment, watch how their team works, find the problem behind the request. • Write the specs and work with engineering and design through delivery. Stay in it until it ships and people use it. • Build the narrative for what you ship - the value story a CISO repeats to their board, not a feature list. Sales, marketing and CS should be able to sell it from your words. • Bring your product to market with sales and marketing, then track adoption and come back with the next round of decisions. • Watch the market: competitors, new threats, how CTEM and agentic security keep shifting. Turn that into where we go next. Requirements • 4+ years in product management, with at least 2 building cybersecurity products. • Strong technical background. You can go deep with engineers on architecture and trade-offs, and hold your position. • A track record of products that practitioners kept using - measured by daily use, not by the logo count. • Works well across R&D, sales, marketing and customers - different people, different languages, same goal. • Builds narrative. Sells the value, not the feature. • Writes clearly, decides with incomplete information. It’s nice if you have • Hands-on background in security operations, detection engineering or offensive security is a plus.

About Brandlight Brandlight is the leading enterprise AI visibility platform, built to help the world's leading brands understand, manage, and optimize how they appear across AI-driven search, commerce, and advertising. As AI rapidly becomes a trillion-dollar marketing and distribution channel, Brandlight is defining the systems that decide what brands are surfaced, trusted, and chosen. Join our team and help build the next generation of tools shaping the future of brand management in an AI-first world. About the Role As a Senior AI Product Manager at Brandlight you thrive at the intersection of product innovation and execution velocity: someone who deeply understands customer problems, forms an opinionated view of what to build, and then drives it all the way to shipped, adopted product that moves business metrics. This is a single-threaded ownership role. You won't be handed a roadmap. You'll build one, grounded in customer evidence and strategic judgment, then own every step from problem framing through launch and measurement. You'll work directly with leadership, engineering, and GTM in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment where every decision carries real weight. The right person for this role has built products from ambiguity before, has the conviction to say no to 90% of requests, and has a track record of shipping things that customers didn't know they needed but can't live without. Responsibilities Own product strategy and execution for a core domain end to end, from identifying the right problems through shipped, adopted product Go deep on customers, competitors, and market dynamics; translate what you learn into product bets backed by evidence, not opinion Make the hard prioritization calls and build a transparent system the whole company trusts for deciding what gets built and what doesn't Drive delivery with speed and precision: tight specs, aggressive scoping, fast cycles, zero ambiguity Validate before you build; design fast research cycles and kill your own ideas when the data says so Tie every initiative to a business metric with a measurement plan before development begins; own the full loop through post-launch impact Keep the CEO, R&D, and GTM aligned with clear communication and crisp decisions Build repeatable systems for customer research, competitive intelligence, and internal feedback loops Requirements 8+ years in product management, including 2–3+ years as a senior/lead PM in B2B Proven end-to-end ownership: discovery → shipped product with business impact Strong product sense and customer empathy; focuses on outcomes, not features Excellent prioritization; identifies high-impact work and makes clear tradeoffs Ships fast; drives teams to high output through focused execution Strong technical fluency (architecture, data, AI/ML); works closely with R&D Clear communicator; writes sharp specs and keeps teams aligned Curious and self-driven; learns fast and owns execution end-to-end Why Join Us? At Brandlight, you'll build and shape a new category at the intersection of AI, marketing, and commerce. We're a fast-growing startup led by repeat entrepreneurs, world-class engineers, and marketing leaders, all driven to reinvent how brands are built, discovered, and chosen in the age of AI.
