This role is for someone who thrives on being close to the work: exploring, building, testing and iterating fast. Senior Product Manager, Rail(0→1)
Optibus · Israel

Description Optibus is looking for a Senior Product Manager to take our Rail product from zero to one, and help change how the world plans and runs public transportation. You will own the Rail product end to end: defining what we build, proving it with the first customers, and turning it into a product that scales. Rail at Optibus is not a standalone tool. It builds on our existing Planning, Scheduling and Rostering platform, extending it to rail and to bus–rail multimodal networks. This is a builder role. There is no established playbook, user base or backlog to inherit. You will work with a small cross-functional team, our first rail design partners, and the wider Planning group to find product–market fit and shape the go-to-market strategy. Responsibilities • Own the Rail product from zero to one: problem definition, MVP, first customer deployments and the path to a repeatable, scalable product. • Recruit and run a design-partner program with rail operators and transit authorities; turn their workflows into validated product bets. • Build deep knowledge of rail planning personas (timetabling, rolling stock, crew planning, network planning) and where they meet bus planning in multimodal networks. • Decide what to reuse from the existing Planning platform and what must be built new for rail; negotiate those trade-offs with engineering and the Planning product team. • Translate discovery into product: wireframes, clickable prototypes, specs and user stories, tested with users and engineering before committing to build. • Use AI tools as a core part of the workflow to accelerate discovery, analysis, prototyping and documentation. • Define the success metrics for each stage (design-partner adoption, first paying customers, time to value) and kill or pivot ideas that don't hit them. • Own the Rail roadmap and its OKRs, and take a leading role in quarterly planning with the wider product group. • Shape the go-to-market: positioning, pricing input, target segments and sales narrative, working with marketing, presales and sales. • Work hands-on with CS and Onboarding to make the first rail rollouts succeed, and feed what they learn back into the product. Requirements • 5–7+ years as a product manager at senior level, 3+ of them on B2B SaaS products. • A proven 0→1 track record: took at least one new product or major product line from idea to paying customers. • Comfortable with ambiguity: able to set direction with incomplete information, test assumptions fast and change course on evidence. • A strategic thinker who can set a clear vision for a new product and a roadmap to get there, after weighing the alternatives. • A problem solver with a can-do approach, who brings remedies along with the challenges. • A true team player who works closely with engineering, CS, presales, sales and marketing. • A strong communicator with great presentation skills, credible in front of customer executives. • Proficient with AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) for research, analysis, writing and rapid iteration, as a daily habit. • Hands-on with prototyping and design: wireframes, clickable prototypes or mockups (e.g. Figma) to validate ideas before writing specs. • Understands the development complexities of modern software architectures and negotiates trade-offs intelligently. • Accountable and used to a high-paced agile environment, with a record of shipping on time. About Optibus: Optibus is a unified software platform revolutionizing public transportation planning, scheduling, and operations in over 8,000 cities worldwide. Using AI, ML, and optimization algorithms, it empowers agencies to design more efficient, equitable, and sustainable transit networks, enhancing passenger access, reducing emissions, and improving driver conditions. With offices globally and a team of 250+ employees, Optibus fosters a collaborative culture centered on innovation, determination, and impact. As the first unicorn in public transportation technology, Optibus is driving the modernization of mass transit to make it the preferred choice for cities and passengers alike. Why Join Optibus? • Be part of a company revolutionizing public transportation with cutting-edge technology. • Collaborate with global teams passionate about sustainability and innovation. • Enjoy a dynamic and inclusive workplace culture that values growth and creativity. • We offer a hybrid work environment, with employees expected to be in the office 3 days a week. The remaining days can be worked remotely to support work-life balance and flexibility. Optibus is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. Head of Product
Vetric · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description What is Vetric? Vetric is the intelligence behind the teams that stop crime online. Investigators, analysts and platform defenders use Vetric to see what bad actors do in the open, from fraud and impersonation to organized crime, terror networks and foreign influence, so they can act before harm spreads. Vetric doesn’t do that work itself but powers the people who do. The social and video intel runs inside customers’ own products, as a dependency their roadmaps are built on, which is why reliability and depth count for as much as coverage. Operating globally, Vetric serves industry leaders across more than 20 countries in cybersecurity, digital risk protection and public safety teams. Why Vetric? Vetric is profitable from day one (fully bootstrapped - we haven’t raised external funding), and we’re building foundational technology - not chasing trends. Because this is infrastructure that matters, we operate with engineering discipline, strong ownership, and long-term thinking. You’ll be working with a sharp, focused, no-ego team that takes engineering discipline seriously and is intentionally building an organization that matches the quality of its product. Position Overview As Head of Product at Vetric, reporting to the VP Product, you’ll own our product strategy and direction while remaining deeply hands-on in product discovery, definition, and execution. This is a player-coach role: you’ll lead a senior product team while personally driving key product initiatives from customer problems and discovery through prioritization, execution, launch, and adoption. Senior Product Manager
Tonkean · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Tonkean is the world’s first totally customizable process experience platform. With Tonkean, you can create intelligent, personalized automations that integrate with every app or system your organization uses. You can cultivate an employee experience that democratizes access to innovative technologies traditionally only available to highly trained developers. You can enable employees to focus more fully on high-value tasks, because you can enable them to automate low-value tasks. You can create inbox solutions that automatically analyze, prioritize, and route unstructured requests coming from any source, and you can track the status of action items as employees collaborate across teams to complete them. And you can design processes that employees are guaranteed to adopt and benefit from no matter their technical acumen, because Tonkean meets employees where they are—eliminating the need for change management—and is 100% no-code. At Tonkean, we believe that all this—compliance, efficiency, operational excellence—requires high levels of process adoption. But to ensure high levels of process adoption, you need to create processes that provide a great employee experience: that serve employees’ needs, understand their preferences, and solve their problems. To that end, you need a barrier-breaking technology partner. That’s what Tonkean seeks to be. We are looking for a senior Product Manager with a strong consumer-product mindset to join our Israel team. ROLE OVERVIEW This role is ideal for someone passionate about building products people genuinely want to use, not just products organizations buy. Tonkean operates in a B2B2C environment: our customers are enterprises, but our users are employees across legal, procurement, finance, HR, operations, and other business teams. Success in this role requires understanding both sides: the business needs of our customers and the day-to-day experience of the end users who adopt and rely on our product. In this role, you will own key product initiatives, work closely with customers, users, designers, and a global engineering team, and help shape product experiences that deliver meaningful user value and drive real adoption. We are looking for a product leader who combines strong product thinking, excellent UX judgment, curiosity about user behavior, and the ability to drive execution in a fast-paced environment. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON • Own the product lifecycle from discovery and customer/user research through product vision, prioritization, execution, launch, and adoption. • Develop a deep understanding of both enterprise customer needs and end-user behavior in order to build products that create business value and are easy and enjoyable to use. • Partner closely with customers, users, designers, and engineers to build intuitive, impactful, consumer-grade product experiences. • Translate user insights, customer feedback, and business needs into clear product requirements and product decisions. • Lead product initiatives that improve user adoption, engagement, usability, and overall product experience. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, design, engineering, customer success, sales, and marketing to deliver products that create value for users and the business. • Create clear product documentation, requirements, and enablement resources to align teams and support product adoption. • Act as a product leader by driving innovation, influencing product direction, and fostering strong collaboration across the company. ABOUT YOU • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager. • A deep passion for user behavior, product adoption, and consumer-grade product experiences. • A strong user-centric mindset with the ability to turn user needs into simple, intuitive, and valuable product experiences. • Experience building products where user experience, usability, and adoption were key drivers of success. • Experience building B2B products with a strong end-user experience component, B2B2C products, marketplace products, or consumer products. • Experience working with mid-market or enterprise customers and understanding how to balance customer needs with end-user needs. • Strong product discovery skills, including the ability to speak with customers and users, identify patterns, and translate insights into product direction. • Experience working closely with engineering and design teams while leading product initiatives from concept to launch. • Demonstrated success in defining, launching, and iterating on outstanding products. • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority. • Strong product documentation skills, with at least one example of an effective product document created in a previous role. • Experience working in startups or smaller companies is preferred. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills. OUR VALUES • There Is Always A Way. At Tonkean, we believe that nothing is impossible. There is a solution to every problem - you just need to find it. • Think People First. We believe in investing in, empowering, and prioritizing people. We work as a team and win as a team. We listen with purpose as we speak with courage. We believe in diversity. We always ask ourselves: Is this giving value to our customers? Is this improving our team? Is this helping me be better? • Start With Why And Fail Fast. We believe that progress is the only way forward; that action is always better than no action; that innovation requires bravery. We believe that every worthwhile “how” starts with an important “why.” If you know the “why”, and you can learn from it, It’s never a failure. It is the operational cost of progress. • No BS. To matter, you must - stay focused, keep it simple and always move the needle. We don’t have time for BS. We don’t waste energy; we prioritize efficiency; we stay focused; and we always try to optimize for what’s important.

Our mission is to help security teams operate faster, smarter, and at scale. As the industry’s only Agentic Security Automation Platform, Blink enables you to automate all aspects of your security operations by combining AI security agents with deterministic workflows. Retain full control as you deploy your own custom army of virtual security employees - each tasked and responsible for managing specific jobs and capable of taking autonomous decisions. These AI agents leverage the deterministic security workflows assigned to them or by calling upon peer agents as required. Blink empowers security teams to rapidly operationalize response to zero-day and emerging threats by automating detection ingestion, cross-environment hunting, containment, and coordination with human stakeholders. About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Security Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and growth of our product, shaping how security teams automate and scale their security operations across the enterprise. This is a strategic product role at the center of Blink's growth. You will define the product vision, translate deep security domain knowledge into scalable product capabilities, and partner across Engineering, R&D, GTM, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional outcomes. This role requires strong technical depth, security expertise, and an AI-first mindset. What Makes This Role Unique This role sits at the intersection of security operations, AI-powered automation, and enterprise product strategy. You will shape how BlinkOps helps security teams work faster and smarter — operating at the strategic level to drive innovation while staying close enough to the details to ensure every initiative lands with quality and impact. Your responsibilities What You'll Do • Define and execute product strategy – Own the roadmap for your product areas, balancing near-term customer needs with long-term vision. Think big, plan strategically, and dive deep into the details to ensure flawless execution. • Translate security expertise into product – Draw on your security domain knowledge to deeply understand how security teams operate, and shape features that solve real operational challenges at scale. • Drive end-to-end product development – Lead initiatives from discovery through design, development, release, and iteration — including full product launches in close partnership with GTM. • Go-to-market execution – Partner with GTM to plan and execute product launches end-to-end: develop positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and launch plans that land with security practitioners and buyers alike. • Engage directly with customers – Work with enterprise customers and internal teams to understand security architectures, workflows, and unmet needs. • Own product specifications – Write clear, rigorous technical and product requirements that guide engineering and ensure high-quality delivery. • Leverage AI throughout your workflow – Use AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, spec writing, and decision-making — and bring that same AI-first thinking to every product initiative you lead. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of owning and delivering complex product initiatives. • Strong security domain knowledge — deep understanding of how security teams operate, the challenges they face, and the tools and architectures they rely on (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, CSPM, EDR, IAM). • Proven ability to operate at both the strategic and tactical levels — capable of setting a long-term vision while also managing the nitty-gritty details of execution. • Proven ability to lead complex technical product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery to launch, including full GTM execution. • Experience planning and executing product launches in close partnership with GTM teams — including positioning, enablement, and cross-functional coordination. • AI-first mindset — you actively use AI tools to accelerate your own PM workflow (research, synthesis, spec writing, prototyping) • Experience working with automation platforms, workflow engines, APIs, and integrations. • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Customer Success. • Experience working with large enterprise customers in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Security Domain Knowledge This role requires deep familiarity with how modern security and IT operations teams work. P
Sr. Product Manager, Mobile SDK - 9-Month Fixed-Term
Pendo · Tel Aviv-Yafo, Herzliya

Sr. Product Manager, Mobile SDK — 9-Month Fixed-Term The team + the role Pendo's mobile SDK is embedded in hundreds of enterprise applications — native iOS and Android, plus React Native, Flutter, .NET MAUI, and Ionic/Capacitor — delivering analytics, in-app guides, and session replay to over 110M monthly active users. It is a developer-integrated product at an inflection point: hybrid framework parity, cross-surface guide delivery, and version fragmentation across an installed base that cannot be forced to upgrade are all live, unsolved problems with revenue implications. We're looking for a Sr. Product Manager to own Pendo Mobile end-to-end for nine months while our current PM is on maternity leave. This is a full mobile role with no secondary product area. You'll own the SDK roadmap, run live enterprise escalations, and make the architectural and commercial tradeoffs that protect at-risk revenue. This role requires SDK product experience specifically — not mobile app PM experience. The distinction matters: you're shipping software that other companies' engineering teams integrate into their own production applications, on their release cycles, with their performance budgets, and with their users affected when something goes wrong. We need someone useful in week two, not month two. This is a full-time Pendo employee position with full benefits for the nine-month fixed-term. This role is based in Herzliya, Israel, in-office 2–3 days per week. What this looks like day-to-day • Own the mobile SDK roadmap end-to-end: release planning, versioning and deprecation strategy, and driving version adoption across a fragmented installed base — a shipped fix isn't a delivered fix until customers upgrade. • Bring Mobile into Pendo's AI surface: from AI tagging to agentic installation, AI guide building extensions, and exposing mobile behavioral data through Pendo's MCP so customers' own agents can use it. • Run the escalation motion: own the weekly customer status update, triage sev-level issues with Engineering and Support, and lead customer communication when the SDK is implicated in a production incident. • Deliver named enterprise commitments on schedule — offline guide serving, hybrid app guide delivery, and session replay payload reduction all have dates attached. • Protect at-risk ARR: $3M+ of mobile revenue is exposed to SDK capability gaps across hybrid architectures; partner with CE, CSM, and Sales on renewal-critical accounts. • Own cross-platform unification and developer experience — close hybrid framework gaps, solve cross-surface guide delivery across the native/WebView boundary, and reduce the integration cost for customers' engineering teams. Who you are Beyond the qualifications, we hire through a specific lens. These aren't buzzwords; they're the things we'll actually look for in how you talk about your work. You're a builder, not a maintainer. You're most energized when there isn't a clear path yet, and you get to define it. You don't wait for direction; you identify gaps, shape solutions, and drive them forward. At Pendo, great PMs don't manage backlogs — they make architectural and commercial calls that show up in renewal conversations within weeks. You'll join a product mid-flight, take ownership fast, and be the named PM on every active customer issue before the end of your first month. You're AI-curious — genuinely. You're not using AI tools occasionally. You're rewiring how you work around them. You're faster, sharper, and more prolific because of it, and you bring that energy to everything: how you synthesize escalations, how you reason about where AI genuinely improves a workflow versus where it's decoration, how you move from insight to decision in a matrix organization operating heavily on async Slack. This is how the team operates. Must-haves • 5+ years of B2B SaaS product management in a multicultural and global organization. • 3+ years owning an SDK or developer-integrated product as the PM — with command of versioning and release strategy, backwards compatibility and deprecation, adoption across a fragmented installed base, and crash impact on software you do not control. This is a hard requirement. • Mobile platform fluency: native iOS and Android, and the practical differences between hybrid frameworks from an integration standpoint. • Demonstrated AI product judgment — you've shipped an AI-powered capability or can reason clearly about where AI improves a workflow versus where it adds noise; you use AI tooling actively in your own work. • Escalation temperament: you've owned sev-level escalations where your SDK caused a production issue in a customer's app and stayed credible through it. • Enterprise customer-facing skill in English, with large regulated accounts and their engineering teams; comfort operating in a matrix organization with US stakeholders and heavy async communication. • Available to start as soon as possible and committed to the full nine-month term. Nice-to-haves • Experience with product analytics, session replay, crash reporting, or digital adoption platforms. • Hands-on background in mobile engineering before moving into product. • Experience joining a product mid-flight and taking ownership quickly — an interim, transition, or turnaround assignment. • Experience running a design partner or early-access programme with enterprise engineering teams. • Previous experience with Pendo or comparable mobile SDK tooling. About Pendo Pendo was founded in 2013 by former product managers, who combined their heads and hearts to build something they wanted but never had as product managers: a simple way to understand and attack what truly drives product success. Our mission is to improve society's experience with software. Come join one of the fastest-growing startups, supported by best-in-class institutions like Battery Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, Spark Capital and Meritech. Pendo core values: Bias to Act, Hone Your Craft, The Team is Pendo, and Maniacal Focus. Location: This role is based in Herzliya, Israel, in-office 2–3 days per week. This is a nine-month fixed-term, full-time Pendo employee position with full benefits. Benefits: Premium, day-one benefits across health, pension, meals, and lifestyle — plus strong in-office perks and financial upside. EEOC: We are an equal opportunity employer and believe having diverse teams where everyone brings their whole self to Pendo is key to our success. We welcome all people of different backgrounds, experiences, abilities and perspectives. Accessibility: Pendo is committed to working with, and providing access and reasonable accommodation to, applicants with mental and/or physical disabilities. If you think you may require an accommodation for any part of the recruitment process, please send a request to: [email protected]. All requests for accommodations are treated discreetly and confidentially, as practical and permitted by law.

Bonus Points: • Experience at an infrastructure, database, or developer platform company. • Comfortable going deep with engineers on event-driven architectures, data pipelines, and idempotency, and fluent enough in SQL to analyze billing data yourself. • Speaking or published thought leadership on usage-based pricing, billing, or cloud marketplaces. Senior Product Manager, Billing & Marketplaces
ClickHouse · Israel

ClickHouse Cloud, the fully managed version of the open source ClickHouse database, is available on AWS, GCP, and Azure. Customers can purchase directly from ClickHouse or through the cloud marketplaces. Billing is how every ClickHouse product reaches customers and shows up in our financials. As we add new products and new ways to buy, we are investing in our billing platform to scale with them. As Senior Product Manager for Billing and Marketplaces, you will own a key area of that work and report to the Director of Product Management, Billing and Marketplaces. You Will: • Own the roadmap, execution, and launches for a key area of billing or marketplaces (for example metering and pricing, prepaid commit, or a cloud marketplace), working alongside engineering leads, Finance, and Sales Ops. • Scope features with engineering, turn them into a clear near-term roadmap, and track them through to launch. • Improve our prepaid commit capabilities, including customer-specific rate cards, contract changes and rollovers, customer-facing balance visibility, and spend alerts. • Drive our cloud marketplace integrations across AWS, GCP, and Azure, including private offers, usage reporting, and subscription linking. • Improve payment and collections flows, including dunning and delinquency handling, so customers are billed accurately and service is not interrupted by avoidable billing issues. • Lead billing launches for new products and pricing models in partnership with Product Marketing, Sales, and Support. • Serve as a subject matter expert on how customers are billed across the company. You Bring: • 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years owning billing, metering, payments, or commercial platforms for a cloud or usage-based product. • Solid understanding of usage-based pricing, prepaid credits, and committed spend contracts, and how they translate into systems, invoices, and revenue. • Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure marketplaces, including private offers, co-sell, and metering APIs. • Familiarity with payments across card, invoice, and marketplace channels, including dunning and delinquency flows. • Working knowledge of order-to-cash, including invoicing, tax, multi-currency, and revenue recognition. • Experience with third-party billing and payment platforms, such as Stripe or a usage-based billing vendor. • A track record of independently leading complex projects across engineering, Finance, and go-to-market teams, from scoping through launch. • Strong written and verbal communication, including presenting trade-offs to product and engineering leadership and explaining billing concepts to non-technical audiences. Bonus Points: • Experience at an infrastructure, database, or developer platform company. • Comfortable going deep with engineers on event-driven architectures, data pipelines, and idempotency, and fluent enough in SQL to analyze billing data yourself.
