About us Chamelio is revolutionizing legal tech with an AI-powered Legal Intelligence Platform trusted by some of the world's fastest-growing companies, including Wiz, Socure, Appsflyer and Monday. We help in-house legal teams accelerate negotiations, reduce risk, and unlock institutional knowledge through automated workflows. About the job We're hiring our first Head of Product to own product at Chamelio: the vision, the roadmap, and the business outcomes they drive. Today product is founder-led, and you'll take it over. We're not looking for a backlog manager or a spec writer. We're looking for someone who thinks like a founder: sets the direction, makes the hard calls on what we won't build, and owns the result. Most of your time will be spent outside the building, with the legal teams who use Chamelio, the buyers evaluating it, and the market we're shaping. When it matters, you'll still go deep on the work yourself. You'll be the bridge between our customers and R&D, and you'll build the product function as we scale. If you want to define what AI-native contract management looks like for in-house legal, and own the outcome, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do • Own Chamelio's product vision, strategy, and roadmap end to end, and the outcomes they're measured by adoption, expansion, and retention • Own product metrics and usage: define what success looks like for every capability, make sure it's measured, and track activation, adoption, and depth of usage across every customer account. Use that data, alongside what you hear from customers, to decide what to build, double down on, or kill, and make it the shared scoreboard for the company • Spend most of your time with in-house legal teams (GCs, legal ops, commercial counsel) and turn what you learn into opinionated product decisions • Be the face of the product to customers and prospects: lead strategic customer conversations, executive briefings, and design partnerships • Own how Chamelio shows up in the market, partnering with sales and marketing on positioning, pricing, packaging, and launches • Track the legal tech and AI landscape closely, and turn competitive and market signals into where we play and how we win • Define how AI shows up in the product: where agents act on their own, where humans stay in the loop, and what "good enough to trust" means for legal work • Partner with R&D, design, and our R&D attorneys to take what you hear from the market to production, fast • Hire and grow the product team as we scale What You'll Bring • Passion to own and deliver – you take full responsibility for product outcomes, not just outputs, and drive them from idea to adoption • Curiosity and adoption of AI tools – you use tools like Claude, Cursor, or Claude Code in your own work and have a point of view on how AI is changing how products get built • 8+ years in product management, including owning product strategy and roadmap (not just a feature area) in B2B SaaS • A strong customer-facing presence: you're credible in front of GCs and executive buyers, and comfortable leading high-stakes customer and sales conversations • A track record of shipping AI-powered products where outputs aren't deterministic and you had to define what "correct" means • Experience building for enterprise buyers with complex, high-stakes workflows • Executive-level judgment: you can set direction for the company, defend it to founders and the board, and change course when the evidence says so • A clear writer and communicator who creates clarity out of ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment Bonus Points • Experience as a first product hire, or taking over product from founders • Experience building and leading a product team (PMs and designers) • Background in legal tech, CLM, or other document-heavy, high-stakes domains (legal, compliance, finance) • Hands-on familiarity with LLM evals, agentic workflows, or RAG systems • A technical background (engineering or data) that lets you go deep with R&D • Experience with enterprise integrations ecosystems (CRM, procurement, e-signature) Why Chamelio? • Make an impact: Your work will transform how legal teams at leading companies worldwide operate • Own the product: Set the direction for the whole platform, not a slice of it • Ship fast: Work in a lean, high-velocity environment where decisions turn into production quickly • Grow with us: Join early, build the product function, and grow with it as we scale

Sr. Product Manager, Mobile SDK — 9-Month Fixed-Term The team + the role Pendo's mobile SDK is embedded in hundreds of enterprise applications — native iOS and Android, plus React Native, Flutter, .NET MAUI, and Ionic/Capacitor — delivering analytics, in-app guides, and session replay to over 110M monthly active users. It is a developer-integrated product at an inflection point: hybrid framework parity, cross-surface guide delivery, and version fragmentation across an installed base that cannot be forced to upgrade are all live, unsolved problems with revenue implications. We're looking for a Sr. Product Manager to own Pendo Mobile end-to-end for nine months while our current PM is on maternity leave. This is a full mobile role with no secondary product area. You'll own the SDK roadmap, run live enterprise escalations, and make the architectural and commercial tradeoffs that protect at-risk revenue. This role requires SDK product experience specifically — not mobile app PM experience. The distinction matters: you're shipping software that other companies' engineering teams integrate into their own production applications, on their release cycles, with their performance budgets, and with their users affected when something goes wrong. We need someone useful in week two, not month two. This is a full-time Pendo employee position with full benefits for the nine-month fixed-term. This role is based in Herzliya, Israel, in-office 2–3 days per week. What this looks like day-to-day • Own the mobile SDK roadmap end-to-end: release planning, versioning and deprecation strategy, and driving version adoption across a fragmented installed base — a shipped fix isn't a delivered fix until customers upgrade. • Bring Mobile into Pendo's AI surface: from AI tagging to agentic installation, AI guide building extensions, and exposing mobile behavioral data through Pendo's MCP so customers' own agents can use it. • Run the escalation motion: own the weekly customer status update, triage sev-level issues with Engineering and Support, and lead customer communication when the SDK is implicated in a production incident. • Deliver named enterprise commitments on schedule — offline guide serving, hybrid app guide delivery, and session replay payload reduction all have dates attached. • Protect at-risk ARR: $3M+ of mobile revenue is exposed to SDK capability gaps across hybrid architectures; partner with CE, CSM, and Sales on renewal-critical accounts. • Own cross-platform unification and developer experience — close hybrid framework gaps, solve cross-surface guide delivery across the native/WebView boundary, and reduce the integration cost for customers' engineering teams. Who you are Beyond the qualifications, we hire through a specific lens. These aren't buzzwords; they're the things we'll actually look for in how you talk about your work. You're a builder, not a maintainer. You're most energized when there isn't a clear path yet, and you get to define it. You don't wait for direction; you identify gaps, shape solutions, and drive them forward. At Pendo, great PMs don't manage backlogs — they make architectural and commercial calls that show up in renewal conversations within weeks. You'll join a product mid-flight, take ownership fast, and be the named PM on every active customer issue before the end of your first month. You're AI-curious — genuinely. You're not using AI tools occasionally. You're rewiring how you work around them. You're faster, sharper, and more prolific because of it, and you bring that energy to everything: how you synthesize escalations, how you reason about where AI genuinely improves a workflow versus where it's decoration, how you move from insight to decision in a matrix organization operating heavily on async Slack. This is how the team operates. Must-haves • 5+ years of B2B SaaS product management in a multicultural and global organization. • 3+ years owning an SDK or developer-integrated product as the PM — with command of versioning and release strategy, backwards compatibility and deprecation, adoption across a fragmented installed base, and crash impact on software you do not control. This is a hard requirement. • Mobile platform fluency: native iOS and Android, and the practical differences between hybrid frameworks from an integration standpoint. • Demonstrated AI product judgment — you've shipped an AI-powered capability or can reason clearly about where AI improves a workflow versus where it adds noise; you use AI tooling actively in your own work. • Escalation temperament: you've owned sev-level escalations where your SDK caused a production issue in a customer's app and stayed credible through it. • Enterprise customer-facing skill in English, with large regulated accounts and their engineering teams; comfort operating in a matrix organization with US stakeholders and heavy async communication. • Available to start as soon as possible and committed to the full nine-month term. Nice-to-haves • Experience with product analytics, session replay, crash reporting, or digital adoption platforms. • Hands-on background in mobile engineering before moving into product. • Experience joining a product mid-flight and taking ownership quickly — an interim, transition, or turnaround assignment. • Experience running a design partner or early-access programme with enterprise engineering teams. • Previous experience with Pendo or comparable mobile SDK tooling. About Pendo Pendo was founded in 2013 by former product managers, who combined their heads and hearts to build something they wanted but never had as product managers: a simple way to understand and attack what truly drives product success. Our mission is to improve society's experience with software. Come join one of the fastest-growing startups, supported by best-in-class institutions like Battery Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, Spark Capital and Meritech. Pendo core values: Bias to Act, Hone Your Craft, The Team is Pendo, and Maniacal Focus. Location: This role is based in Herzliya, Israel, in-office 2–3 days per week. This is a nine-month fixed-term, full-time Pendo employee position with full benefits. Benefits: Premium, day-one benefits across health, pension, meals, and lifestyle — plus strong in-office perks and financial upside. EEOC: We are an equal opportunity employer and believe having diverse teams where everyone brings their whole self to Pendo is key to our success. We welcome all people of different backgrounds, experiences, abilities and perspectives. Accessibility: Pendo is committed to working with, and providing access and reasonable accommodation to, applicants with mental and/or physical disabilities. About the Role Nexxen's SSP connects publishers to programmatic demand across web, ctv mobile app and mobile web. Because publishers integrate with us in different ways, we need someone who can be the technical expert across openRTB, prebid.js, mediation SDKs. This role owns the technical, end to end integrations with publishers: helping publishers implement and troubleshoot their chosen integration path, validating that ad requests and responses are flowing correctly, and translating publisher feedback and issues into clear requirements for product and engineering. This role is based in our Tel Aviv office and works daily with publishers, partners, and colleagues across global markets. You'll report into Product, working closely with SSP product leadership and platform engineering to make sure integrations are scoped accurately, shipped reliably, and supported after launch. What You'll Do • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for publisher integrations across all three paths into the SSP: third-party mobile mediation SDKs, Prebid client-side wrappers, and direct server-to-server OpenRTB. • Support commercial teams and provide technical guidance for publishers through implementation — reviewing their mediation SDK setup, Prebid config (ad units, params, adapter/module set), or OpenRTB request construction — and troubleshoot integration issues end to end. • Review publishers’ integration specs and requirements, and analyze and validate bid request/response payloads (OpenRTB) and Prebid.js configurations to confirm parameters are being passed, parsed, and rendered correctly across each integration path. • Apply a working understanding of ad delivery and rendering (including VAST-based video ad delivery on web) to debug tag/creative rendering, tracking, and playback issues raised by publishers. • Translate publisher technical questions, bug reports, and ad hoc requirements into clear, structured input that product and engineering can act on. • Partner with SSP product managers to scope integration-related roadmap items, distinguishing quick technical fixes from larger initiatives that require product or platform changes. • Write and maintain publisher-facing integration documentation, implementation guidesand troubleshooting runbooks for each integration path, as well as the documentation for internal hand-off process. • Triage and debug integration issues in production — delivery discrepancies, malformed bid or ad-tag responses, misconfigured mediation waterfalls, Prebid setup errors — in partnership with engineering and data science. • Represent the technical feasibility and constraints of the SSP platform in conversations with publishers, sales, and account teams, helping set realistic scope and timelines. • Contribute to internal tooling and self-serve documentation that reduces the manual lift of future publisher onboarding. What You Bring • 3+ years in a technical, publisher- or partner-facing role in programmatic advertising or ad tech (solutions engineering, technical account management, publisher integration/support, or similar). • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; able to switch between a deeply technical conversation with a publisher's engineers and a scoping conversation with internal product/commercial stakeholders. • Working understanding of how publishers integrate mobile app inventory via third-party mediation SDKs — comfortable troubleshooting SDK configuration and ad-call issues from the publisher's side, even without owning SDK development. • Hands-on experience with Prebid.js (or Prebid Mobile) client-side integrations — ad unit setup, bidder/module configuration, and debugging auction behavior. • Solid understanding of OpenRTB and server-to-server bidding — comfortable reading and reasoning about raw bid request/response JSON. • Working knowledge of VAST-based video ad delivery on web — tag structure, wrappers, tracking events, and common player integration issues. • Strong analytical skills - comfortable pulling and interpreting data (SQL or similar) to validate whether an integration is working as intended. • A track record of owning ambiguous, cross-functional problems and driving them to a clear, documented outcome. • Comfortable working directly with product management in an agile/sprint-based environment, even without a formal engineering reporting line. Nice to Have • Experience with CTV/OTT app ad delivery and associated standards. • Familiarity with specific mobile mediation platforms and how their waterfalls/adapters are configured. • Basic scripting ability (Python, JavaScript) for building quick validation tools or parsing bid/ad-tag logs. • Prior experience onboarding publishers across more than one integration path (SDK, Prebid, and/or OpenRTB) from scoping through launch. Reporting & Team This role reports into the SSP Product organization (not Engineering), and works in close daily collaboration with SSP product managers, platform engineering and platform operations. You'll also regularly interface with publisher technical teams and internal account/commercial teams supporting those relationships. Why Nexxen Nexxen operates a full-stack programmatic platform — SSP, DSP, and Discovery — giving this role visibility into both sides of the marketplace and a direct line to how integration decisions affect publisher yield. You'll help shape how publisher onboarding gets built and supported, not just handle tickets after the fact. #LI-BO1 At Nexxen, we value our differences, varied experiences, and collective contribution.
