Sr. Product Manager – Data Security
Proofpoint · Tel Aviv-Yafo

About Us: Proofpoint is a global leader in human- and agent-centric cybersecurity. We protect how people, data, and AI agents connect across email, cloud, and collaboration tools. Over 80 of the Fortune 100, 10,000 large enterprises, and millions of smaller organizations trust Proofpoint to stop threats, prevent data loss, and build resilience across their people and AI workflows. Our mission is simple: safeguard the digital world and empower people to work securely and confidently. Join us in our pursuit to defend data and protect people. How We Work: At Proofpoint you’ll be part of a global team that breaks barriers to redefine cybersecurity guided by our BRAVE core values: Bold in how we dream and innovate Responsive to feedback, challenges and opportunities Accountable for results and best in class outcomes Visionary in future focused problem-solving Exceptional in execution and impact The Role Proofpoint's Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) product helps customers find sensitive data across the cloud, SaaS, and on-premises environments they run, then shows where the real risk sits and helps them act on it. It is one of the faster-moving products in Proofpoint's data security portfolio, and it is growing quickly. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own a core part of DSPM and drive it to market. This is a role with real ownership. You decide what gets built in your area, work shoulder to shoulder with engineering to ship it, and are measured on the impact it has with customers. It suits someone who wants to shape a fast-growing product, not maintain a settled one. This is a hands-on, senior individual-contributor product role. It reports into Data Security product management and partners closely with the engineering teams that build DSPM. It is built for someone who has been a product manager in cybersecurity, or a sales engineer or solutions architect with the technical depth to move into core product management. Responsibilities You will drive outcomes through ownership of your area and close work across teams, not by managing people. • Own a core area of DSPM end to end. Own its roadmap, help set its strategy, and carry it from idea through delivery and launch. • You own the outcome you drive: the adoption and the impact, not just the features you ship. • Take it to market with engineering. • Turn the roadmap into shipped releases at a predictable cadence and make the hard calls a data-scanning product forces, from coverage against accuracy to speed against cost. • Own the customer and market signal for your area. Stay close to customers and the field, track where your part of the market is moving, and turn what you learn into a prioritized plan you can defend with evidence. • Go after the messy, high-effort problems in your area and get them right, not just the quick wins. Grow your scope across DSPM. • The product runs from how sensitive data is discovered and scanned, to the risk that surfaces as findings, to what customers do about it. Start with one area, do it well, and take on more as you grow. What You Bring to the Team • Experience as a product manager in cybersecurity, or as a sales engineer / solutions architect ready to move into core product management, with the technical depth to back it. • A track record of owning a product area and driving it from roadmap to adopted product, and standing behind your priority calls with engineering and stakeholders • Evidence of relevant technical depth. • Ability to reason about how data gets discovered, scanned, and assessed for risk, and hold your own with the engineers who build that pipeline. • AI fluency - You already use AI tooling to do your own work faster, and you look for ways to build that same speed into how your product area and your team operate. • Clear writing and speaking. You can put a tight product brief and a defensible prioritization case on the page and in the room. Preferred Experience • Background in data security, DSPM, DLP, or an adjacent cloud and SaaS security area. • Experience owning a technically deep product: a detection or scanning engine, a data-processing pipeline, or a similar backend area where correctness and scale both matter. • Familiarity with the environments DSPM works across, such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Microsoft 365, Snow flake, and Salesforce. • Comfort working as a senior individual contributor, driving outcomes through influence rather than a reporting line. Why Proofpoint? At Proofpoint, we believe that an exceptional career experience includes a comprehensive compensation and benefits package. Here are just a few reasons you’ll love working with us: • Competitive compensation • Comprehensive benefits • Career success on your terms • Flexible work environment • Annual wellness and community outreach days • Always on recognition for your contributions • Global collaboration and networking opportunities Our Culture: Our culture is rooted in values that inspire belonging, empower purpose and drive success-every day, for everyone. We encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. Product Manager, AI Security
Cyera · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description About Cyera Come join the company building the security operating model for the age of AI. AI has changed how data is used - and security must change with it. Cyera's mission is to empower businesses to accelerate AI Adoption by defining a holistic approach to securing AI - from data to access to model. Instead of perimeter controls and static policies, Cyera provides a unified control plane that understands relationships between data, access, and behaviors across humans, systems, and AI. Backed by the world’s leading investors and working with a large and growing list of Fortune 1000 companies, we are looking for world-class talent to join us as we usher in the new era of data and AI security. About the Role Earlier this year, Cyera established an entirely new group with a singular focus: Enabling our customers to safely adopt AI. Not just secure AI use after the fact - but discover it, govern it, and protect it end to end. You'll join this group as we define what enterprise-grade AI security looks like from scratch. The work spans detection and classification of AI usage across the enterprise, governance frameworks for AI agents and models, and the controls that let security teams move as fast as the technology they're protecting against. The market is moving fast - new models, new attack surfaces, new regulatory pressures, new customer needs - and keeping up isn't optional. You'll need to live at the edge of what's happening, synthesize signal from noise, and turn it into product decisions before others have even framed the question. This is a rare role: Deeply strategic, deeply technical, and deeply consequential. What You’ll Do • You'll own product initiatives across the AI security lifecycle - from how enterprises discover AI sprawl across their environments, to how they govern AI agent behavior, to how they enforce data protection in a world where models are the new attack surface. • You'll work across the full spectrum - partnering with world-class R&D teams pushing the boundaries of what's technically possible, engaging CISOs and security architects at Fortune 500 companies globally to understand real-world constraints, and collaborating with GTM to translate customer needs into product direction. The environment is fast, sometimes chaotic, and genuinely exciting - the kind of place where the problem space shifts under your feet and that's a feature, not a bug. Requirements Who You Are Must-Haves • You have a strong track record in B2B product management - ideally in security, data, or enterprise SaaS - but specific knowledge of any of these domains is less critical than authentic curiosity and a proven track record of building great products in a dynamic environment. • Exceptional product taste and passion for creating delightful product experiences. • You understand how large organizations actually operate: The compliance pressures, the procurement cycles, the gap between what security teams want and what they can deploy. • You have a clear point of view on AI and where enterprise security is headed. • You're as comfortable in a whiteboard session with an enterprise architect as you are deep in a research paper because something just dropped that changes everything. • You thrive on ambiguity, move with urgency, and find energy in the pace rather than fighting it. • You are excited about the opportunity to join a team of high performers in a high pressure environment and take an active role in contributing to the success of Cyera and our customers. Why Join Us? At Cyera, we own what we build and how we work. Cyerans are empowered to take initiative, move quickly, and turn ideas into impact. We push boundaries by challenging the status quo, learning fast, and continuously raising the bar - for ourselves and for the industry. We elevate together by lifting each other up, celebrating wins as a team, and recognizing that our success is shared. Feel free to apply even if your experience doesn’t tick every box. Product Manager - Enterprise Deployment Solutions
Cyera · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description About Cyera Come join the company building the security operating model for the age of AI. AI has changed how data is used — and security must change with it. About the Role Cyera is seeking an exceptional Product Manager for Enterprise Deployment Solutions. In this role, you'll enable the world's most security-conscious organizations to adopt Cyera on their terms—running our platform entirely within their controlled environments, meeting stringent compliance requirements, and maintaining complete data sovereignty. You’ll partner closely with our Core Infrastructure, Solution Architects, and DevOps teams to design, build, and deliver deployment architectures that give customers maximum control and security. Beyond executing deployments, you will help reshape our product architecture so it can be delivered into stringent customer environments without compromising scalability. Your work directly unlocks deals with Fortune 500 companies and federal agencies that cannot use traditional SaaS, while ensuring our engineering teams can scale these solutions efficiently. What You’ll Do Key Responsibilities • Drive Self-Managed Platform (SMP) and Bring Your Own Cluster (BYOC) initiatives—enable large enterprises to run Cyera entirely within their private cloud with full control and zero Cyera access. Own the full product lifecycle for these models, including POV design, monitoring and support under limited-access constraints, versioning and cross-component compatibility, as well as data residency, data processing requirements, and delivery of our proprietary ML capabilities. Strategic Infrastructure Initiatives • Enable large, security-conscious enterprises to deploy and operate Cyera within infrastructure environments they control, in line with their own security and access requirements. This requires supporting and continuing to improve the product for these customers under varying levels of visibility and access. • Ensure the Cyera Platform serves as the customer's central interface for visibility and control over how Cyera operates within their cloud environment—covering network configuration, cost, deployment, permissions, and related operational parameters. • Lead Cyera product security offering to help Cyera customers comply with industry standards while not compromising product performance. • Prepare the product to meet U.S. federal government security requirements (FedRAMP), enabling Cyera to sell to government agencies. This involves working with Security and Compliance teams to adapt the product to stricter regulatory standards. • Unify these efforts into a single roadmap, ensuring that as Cyera takes on customers with more demanding infrastructure and compliance requirements (in sectors such as finance, healthcare, and government), this work does not come at the expense of the broader product team's progress. Cross-Functional Leadership • Build and maintain the platform roadmap in collaboration with the Core engineering team, DevOps, and Security teams • Work across all product teams to collect and prioritize infrastructure requirements, ensuring the platform enables feature teams to deliver value • Partner with GTM teams (Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success) to understand customer deployment requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams on certification requirements (FedRAMP, SOC2, ISO 27001) and their product implications Product Strategy & Execution • Define product requirements for complex infrastructure initiatives involving networking, security, deployment automation, and version management • Manage quarterly (Q) planning cycles for infrastructure initiatives, balancing strategic projects with operational needs • Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture decision records, and customer-facing deployment guides • Drive continuous improvement in deployment efficiency, reducing time-to-value for customers with complex infrastructure requirements Customer & Market Focus • Engage directly with strategic customers to understand their infrastructure constraints and security requirements • Support pre-sales activities for deals requiring custom deployment architectures or compliance attestations • Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends in enterprise security infrastructure and compliance • Track and analyze infrastructure metrics that impact customer success and Cyera's operational efficiency • Requirements Who You Are Must-Haves • 4+ years of Product Management and/or Software Engineering experience in infrastructure, DevOps, security, or enterprise SaaS platforms • Strong technical background with deep understanding of: • Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment models • Kubernetes, containerization, and orchestration • Enterprise networking, VPCs, security groups, and connectivity patterns • Security and compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, SOC2, ISO 27001) • Hands-on technical experience with infrastructure and DevOps tools - not just product management oversight. Examples include: writing Terraform/CloudFormation code, managing Kubernetes clusters, building CI/CD pipelines, configuring cloud networking, or similar infrastructure work • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with dependencies across engineering, security, compliance, and GTM teams Technical Skills • Ability to read and understand infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation) • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and version management • Understanding of enterprise security concepts: RBAC, SSO/SAML, encryption, key management • Experience with observability, monitoring, and infrastructure operations Soft Skills • Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences • Strategic thinking combined with attention to operational detail • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information • Strong project management skills with ability to drive initiatives across multiple teams Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with large U.S. B2B enterprise companies, particularly in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government) • Previous experience with FedRAMP authorization or other government compliance programs • Background in self-hosted/on-premises enterprise software or managed service provider (MSP) platforms • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures and tenant isolation patterns • Prior work on projects involving BYOC, BYOK, or similar customer-controlled deployment models • Understanding of data security and privacy concepts (DSPM, DLP, data governance) • Technical degree (Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience Why Join Us? At Cyera, we own what we build and how we work. Cyerans are empowered to take initiative, move quickly, and turn ideas into impact. We push boundaries by challenging the status quo, learning fast, and continuously raising the bar - for ourselves and for the industry. We elevate together by lifting each other up, celebrating wins as a team, and recognizing that our success is shared. Feel free to apply even if your experience doesn’t tick every box. We’re building something special here—and we welcome Cyerans with diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences.

Zenity · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description About Us: Zenity is the leading AI agent security platform, helping enterprises secure AI agents everywhere: SaaS, homegrown, and on the endpoint. Our platform gives security teams visibility into every agent and its actions, enforces what agents are allowed to do, and detects and responds to threats across the full agent lifecycle. Backed by top-tier investors including Norwest, SoftBank Vision Fund 2, and Microsoft's M12, Zenity is a fast-growing company with a world-class team of researchers, engineers, and security practitioners. We're defining a new category, and the problems we solve are ones no one has solved before. About the Role: We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own two strategic areas of our platform: Endpoint and Outpost.
