Product Manager jobs in Tel Aviv-Yafo
Job Description As a Product Manager, you'll lead one of Base44's newest products end to end: strategy, roadmap, and the calls on what ships. It's already live with real users, there's a lot still to shape, and some of our strongest engineers and designers are already on it. You'll work closely with engineering, AI and design to define what we build, why we build it, and how we measure success. This is a hands-on role. You should be as comfortable discussing architecture and model behavior with engineers as you are talking to users and digging into data. What you'll do: • Own the strategy, roadmap and execution for the product, from discovery to launch and iteration. • Work closely with engineering and AI teams on technical product decisions: agent capabilities, integrations, and how the product fits into the way teams already build and ship software. • Deeply understand our users, from solo builders to product, design and engineering teams inside companies, through research, feedback, usage data and hands-on use of the product. • Define clear requirements, priorities and success metrics, and make fast, well-reasoned trade-offs. • Use data and experiments to understand how users build, where they get stuck, and what drives activation, retention and growth. • Track the fast-changing AI landscape and turn new model capabilities into product opportunities. • Build prototypes and internal tools yourself with Base44 and other AI tools to test ideas quickly. • Work with Design, Marketing, Sales and Support to make sure what we ship lands well with users. Qualifications • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, including leading technical products in SaaS, developer tools, platforms or AI. • A strong technical background: a degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or previous experience as a developer. You understand APIs, data models, backend systems and how modern web apps are built. • Proven experience owning a product end to end, from idea to launch to growing it over time. • Hands-on experience with AI products, LLMs or agent-based systems, and a strong intuition for what makes them work well for users. • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decisions. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align engineering, design and business teams around a clear product vision. • A builder mindset: high ownership, a bias for action, and comfort with the speed and ambiguity of a startup. • Advantages: experience with AI coding tools, developer platforms, PLG products or no-code/low-code tools; hands-on coding experience. Additional Information We're Base44, a newly acquired part of Wix, on a mission to change how software gets built. Our AI-powered platform empowers anyone to create custom software applications using natural language—no traditional coding required. Operating like a startup within Wix, we're fast, collaborative, and focused on turning complex problems into simple, powerful solutions. We exist for creators, solo founders, startups, entrepreneurs, side hustlers, and everyone who wants to turn their ideas into reality. Whether you're launching a product, validating a concept, or exploring a hunch, Base44 helps you build it. We're growing fast, the opportunity is huge, and with your help, our user-driven growth can become unstoppable.

Description Popai is on a mission to transform the millions of conversations that happen between care teams and patients every day. We’re building the AI platform that turns every patient interaction into action - helping care teams understand what patients need, close gaps in care, and reach the people who need them most. Our goal is simple but ambitious: make healthcare more proactive, personal, and accessible for millions of patients. What you'll do: As a Senior Product Manager, you will own key product areas end-to-end. This includes: • Defining strategy and roadmap for product lines under your responsibility • Owning product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration • Collecting requirements through frequent touchpoints with users/stakeholders: interviews, feedback sessions, workflow observations and maintaining relationships (US-based customers) • Working closely with internal teams: Engineering, Data, Customer Success, Business Development, Marketing and more. Build trust, engage people in the mission • Running comprehensive product and market research • Project management — balancing high execution standards with deadlines, while making thoughtful trade-offs and tough decisions • Conducting hands-on work to complement work done by Engineering and Data teams and expedite self-learning Requirements What we’re looking for: • 5+ years of Product Management experience • Great communication skills - able to build trust and strong relationships both internally and with customers • Hands-on willingness — comfortable using advanced AI tools (e.g., Claude, Codex) to independently handle basic data analysis, build lightweight automations, submit simple PRs, and create visual mockups • Sharp analytical thinking - able to distinguish essential from non-essential • Able to steer conversations from open-ended discussion toward clarity, decisions, and execution • Hands-on experience working directly with US clients and stakeholders • Background in Healthcare - significant advantage
Description We're a well-funded cybersecurity startup building the future of secure networking, and we're looking for a Product Manager to lead our AI Security product line. Enterprises are adopting AI faster than they can secure it. Employees are pasting sensitive data into chatbots, teams are wiring LLMs into production, and agents are starting to act on their own. Security leaders are being asked to get visibility and control over all of it, and the tooling to do that barely exists yet. That's the product you'll own. This is a zero-to-one role in a space that is being defined right now, and you'll help define it. If you're deep in AI, obsessive about what's shipping every week, and want to build security products for a threat surface that didn't exist two years ago, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI Security product line • Define how we deliver AI visibility, governance, and control: shadow AI discovery, prompt and response inspection, data protection for LLM traffic, and policy enforcement • Build for the agentic era, including agent identity, authorization, tool access, and guardrails for autonomous systems • Go deep on the threat landscape: prompt injection, data exfiltration through AI apps, model and supply chain risk, and emerging attack patterns • Turn a fast-moving, ambiguous space into clear specs and a shippable roadmap • Work directly with CISOs, AI governance leads, and security architects to understand what they're actually struggling with • Partner with engineering, research, and design to ship quickly and iterate on customer feedback • Align the product with real-world requirements from frameworks like the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and OWASP for LLMs • Support GTM with positioning, messaging, and technical narrative in a noisy, crowded market Requirements What We're Looking For • 5+ years in Product Management, building security, AI/ML, or developer platform products • Strong understanding of LLMs and the modern AI stack: model APIs, RAG, agents, MCP, and orchestration frameworks • Solid security foundation, ideally in data protection, DLP, identity, application security, or cloud security • Track record of shipping zero-to-one products in ambiguous, fast-moving markets • Genuine hands-on curiosity about AI. You build with these tools, not just read about them • Excellent communication skills with technical teams, executives, and customers • Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity startup • Familiarity with SASE, SSE, or Zero Trust architectures is a strong advantage • Technical background or ability to prototype (Python, JavaScript, SQL) is a strong advantage Why Join Us? • Own an entire product line in one of the most important emerging categories in security • Be early enough to shape the category, not just compete in it • Join a fast-growing, well-funded cybersecurity startup • Work directly with experienced founders and industry leaders • Ship fast, learn from real enterprise customers, and iterate • Huge growth opportunity as we scale the product organization If you want to build security for how enterprises actually work now, and you're energized rather than intimidated by a category that's still being written, we'd love to hear from you.
Description FlowRx is a newly funded, post-seed AI startup dedicated to making a positive impact on US pharmacies. By building advanced automation technology, we improve connectivity across the healthcare ecosystem and make pharmacies more efficient. We're looking for a creative Product Manager to help us build an exciting new product that truly does good. If you're ready to lead, innovate, and grow — join us! The Role: We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to own key product areas end-to-end. This role is ideal for someone hands-on and US client-facing who thrives in a dynamic startup environment and is eager to build and ship quickly with a high-impact team. We need someone smart who can quickly master the pharmacy world. In this role, you will research problem statements and turn them into flows, screens, and shipped functionality. This is a tactical build role: you'll work directly with management, engineers, and our advisory panel of clinical ops leaders to define system needs, run discovery, and produce production-ready specs and prototypes. What You'll Do: • Own product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration: problem → design → spec. • Map integrations and data flows; define MVP scope, dependencies, and acceptance criteria. • Define requirements, user stories, and priorities aligned with business goals • Run structured customer/advisor research, synthesize insights, and prioritize a lean roadmap. • Work closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. • Balance customer needs, technical constraints, and speed of execution • Use data and customer feedback to continuously improve the product. • Play a key role in shaping the company's product roadmap. Requirements What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of product management experience • Experience in regulatory infrastructure and healthcare systems — a big plus • Strong track record of shipping and scaling B2B customer-facing products • Comfortable working in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats • Excellent communication and decision-making skills • Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams • Hands-on experience working directly with US clients and stakeholders • A background in health or pharmacy (education or previous roles) — a significant advantage • Design, UI/UX, or project management skills are a plus Why Us: • High ownership and real influence on the product • Small, collaborative team with a strong bias for action • Opportunity to build do-good products in the Health Tech and Pharmacy space
Description We're a well-funded cybersecurity startup building the future of secure networking, and we're looking for a Product Manager to own the infrastructure at the heart of our SASE platform. This is the deep end of the product. Global PoPs, traffic steering, tunnels, identity-aware access, and the data plane that everything else in the platform depends on. You'll work shoulder to shoulder with engineering on hard distributed systems problems, and directly with enterprise customers who are betting their network on what we build. If you think in packets and policies, care about latency as much as roadmaps, and want to define a category rather than iterate on someone else's, keep reading. What You'll Do • Own the product roadmap for our SASE infrastructure: PoP architecture, connectivity, tunnels, routing and traffic steering, and the enforcement data plane • Translate enterprise network and security requirements into a clear, opinionated product strategy • Partner daily with engineering on architecture trade-offs across performance, scale, reliability, and cost • Define requirements for ZTNA, SWG, and secure connectivity capabilities, and drive them from spec to GA • Work directly with CISOs, Network Architects, and IT leaders to pressure-test the roadmap against real deployments • Own the metrics that matter: latency, availability, throughput, time-to-deploy, and policy correctness • Partner with Solution Engineering and Sales on POCs, pilots, and strategic enterprise engagements • Track the competitive landscape and sharpen our differentiation against incumbent SASE and SSE vendors Requirements What We're Looking For • 5+ years in Product Management, building networking, network security, or cloud infrastructure products • Strong technical foundation in networking: TCP/IP, DNS, BGP, TLS, tunneling (IPsec, WireGuard), proxies, and routing • Hands-on understanding of SASE, SSE, and Zero Trust architectures, including ZTNA, SWG, CASB, and firewall-as-a-service • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern distributed infrastructure • Proven ability to ship complex infrastructure products with engineering teams, from spec to production • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with both engineers and executive stakeholders • Comfortable in enterprise customer conversations and technical discovery • Experience at a high-growth B2B startup is a strong advantage • Background as a network engineer, security engineer, or solution architect before moving into product is a strong advantage Why Join Us? • Own the core infrastructure product of a platform being built from the ground up • Join a fast-growing, well-funded cybersecurity startup • Work side by side with experienced founders and industry leaders • Solve genuinely hard technical problems at global scale • Real influence over architecture, strategy, and how we go to market • Huge growth opportunity as we build the product organization together If you want to build the network layer that enterprises actually trust, and you'd rather define the standard than follow it, we'd love to hear from you.
