Trullion · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description Trullion is transforming the accounting world with an AI-powered platform built for accountants and auditors. Our technology automates complex financial workflows, boosts efficiency, reduces costly errors, and fosters real collaboration. Founded in 2019, Trullion is on a mission to make accounting and audit technology people truly love, driving a more efficient, transparent, and human-oriented industry. From rapid onboarding to a seamless managed service model, we deliver a customer-first experience at every step. Headquartered in New York, with offices in Tel Aviv and London, we are backed by top investors, including Aleph, Third Point Ventures, Greycroft, StepStone Group, as well as leading global CFOs and accounting firms. About the Role Most AI in accounting is hype. We’re building Auditable AI that finance and audit teams can actually stake their name on. We're looking for a Product Manager to shape our lease accounting product: lease abstraction, financial calculations, workflows, reports, and the AI agents behind them. These capabilities are used by corporate accounting teams, internal auditors, and external audit firms. You’ll sit at the crossroads of engineering, design, customer success, and go-to-market, turning deep customer problems into shipped product that is accurate, explainable, and trusted. You’ll own a meaningful part of the roadmap end to end, spend real time with accountants and auditors, and make the calls on where AI should help, where a human must stay in the loop, and how we prove it. If you love building B2B products, are excited to solve deep complex technical problems, get energy from applied AI, and want to define what trusted AI looks like in a profession built on trust, this is your role. Responsibilities • Own the roadmap for our lease accounting product, prioritizing across customer needs, standards and regulatory changes, strategic bets, and technical constraints, and tying every initiative to measurable outcomes. • Run continuous discovery with lease accountants, controllers, auditors, and finance leaders to understand how accounting work really gets done, and turn those insights into clear problem statements and requirements. • Partner with engineering and data science to design AI-powered features with transparency, citations, and human-in-the-loop controls built in. • Define quality bars for AI features, including accuracy benchmarks and edge cases, and decide when a feature is ready to ship. • Drive delivery with engineering and design: write sharp specs and acceptance criteria that capture complex accounting logic, unblock the team, and ship iteratively. • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on launches and customer rollouts, and feed what you learn in the field back into the roadmap. Requirements • 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a track record of taking products from discovery to launch and measuring their impact. • Hands-on experience with AI or data-intensive products (LLMs, agents, document processing, automation), and real curiosity about where AI helps, where it doesn’t, and where it shouldn’t in a regulated, trust-sensitive space. • Working knowledge of lease accounting standards, or the ability to build it quickly. Experience in lease accounting or financial close software is a plus. • Strong customer discovery skills and comfort working directly with senior finance, accounting, or audit stakeholders. Being a CPA or having a strong accounting or finance background is a huge advantage. • Strong written and verbal communicator who can translate complex technical and accounting concepts from customer needs to development requirements. • Ability to work onsite at the Tel Aviv office 3 days per week. About us We embrace our core values in everything that we do: • Think BIG. We are ambitious, proactive, and we love challenging the status quo. • Live by truth. We uphold the highest standards of accuracy and accountability. • On your side. We are on this journey together and want to collaborate and empower each other to succeed. • Committed. Committed to execution. Committed to delivery. Committed to excellence.

Onyx Security · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description Join Onyx Security and help build the control plane for autonomous AI in a fast-moving, high-impact environment. Onyx is building the control layer that enables enterprises to safely adopt and scale AI agents across the organization, with the visibility, governance, and operational control needed to understand what agents exist, what they do, how they behave, and what risks they introduce. About the role Onyx is looking for a Product Manager to help shape the future of our AI security platform and lead the evolution of our AI Control Plane. This role sits at the intersection of customers, engineering, and security, translating real enterprise AI challenges into scalable product capabilities. You will spend significant time working directly with customers and the go-to-market team to deeply understand how enterprises adopt AI agents, where control breaks down, and what risks matter most. This is a highly hands-on role where you will prototype solutions quickly using AI tools, validate them with customers, and then partner with engineering to bring proven ideas into production. What you will do • Spend significant time in the field with customers, prospects, and the GTM team to develop a deep, firsthand understanding of where enterprises struggle with AI adoption and where visibility, governance, and control break down. • Rapidly prototype solutions using coding agents and AI tools before involving engineering, building working demonstrations that customers can react to within days. • Validate prototypes directly with customers until you reach a clear, proven solution, then partner with engineering to deliver a de-risked product capability. • Drive the product roadmap and strategic direction of Onyx’s AI Control Plane based on real customer insight, market dynamics, and product vision. • Partner closely with R&D, Security, and GTM teams to prioritize and deliver high-impact capabilities, acting as the connective tissue between customer reality and engineering execution. • Leverage AI tools extensively to increase speed, experimentation, and productivity across the product development process. Nice to Have • Experience working on AI, LLM-based products, or AI governance / observability platforms. • Background working closely with security teams or enterprise security workflows. • Technical background (Engineering / Computer Science / equivalent hands-on experience). • Strong AI-first mindset and comfort using AI tools in day-to-day product development.

Head of Product
Chamelio · Tel Aviv-Yafo

About us Chamelio is revolutionizing legal tech with an AI-powered Legal Intelligence Platform trusted by some of the world's fastest-growing companies, including Wiz, Socure, Appsflyer and Monday. We help in-house legal teams accelerate negotiations, reduce risk, and unlock institutional knowledge through automated workflows. About the job We're hiring our first Head of Product to own product at Chamelio: the vision, the roadmap, and the business outcomes they drive. Today product is founder-led, and you'll take it over. We're not looking for a backlog manager or a spec writer. We're looking for someone who thinks like a founder: sets the direction, makes the hard calls on what we won't build, and owns the result. Most of your time will be spent outside the building, with the legal teams who use Chamelio, the buyers evaluating it, and the market we're shaping. When it matters, you'll still go deep on the work yourself. You'll be the bridge between our customers and R&D, and you'll build the product function as we scale. If you want to define what AI-native contract management looks like for in-house legal, and own the outcome, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do • Own Chamelio's product vision, strategy, and roadmap end to end, and the outcomes they're measured by adoption, expansion, and retention • Own product metrics and usage: define what success looks like for every capability, make sure it's measured, and track activation, adoption, and depth of usage across every customer account. Use that data, alongside what you hear from customers, to decide what to build, double down on, or kill, and make it the shared scoreboard for the company • Spend most of your time with in-house legal teams (GCs, legal ops, commercial counsel) and turn what you learn into opinionated product decisions • Be the face of the product to customers and prospects: lead strategic customer conversations, executive briefings, and design partnerships • Own how Chamelio shows up in the market, partnering with sales and marketing on positioning, pricing, packaging, and launches • Track the legal tech and AI landscape closely, and turn competitive and market signals into where we play and how we win • Define how AI shows up in the product: where agents act on their own, where humans stay in the loop, and what "good enough to trust" means for legal work • Partner with R&D, design, and our R&D attorneys to take what you hear from the market to production, fast • Hire and grow the product team as we scale What You'll Bring • Passion to own and deliver – you take full responsibility for product outcomes, not just outputs, and drive them from idea to adoption • Curiosity and adoption of AI tools – you use tools like Claude, Cursor, or Claude Code in your own work and have a point of view on how AI is changing how products get built • 8+ years in product management, including owning product strategy and roadmap (not just a feature area) in B2B SaaS • A strong customer-facing presence: you're credible in front of GCs and executive buyers, and comfortable leading high-stakes customer and sales conversations • A track record of shipping AI-powered products where outputs aren't deterministic and you had to define what "correct" means • Experience building for enterprise buyers with complex, high-stakes workflows • Executive-level judgment: you can set direction for the company, defend it to founders and the board, and change course when the evidence says so • A clear writer and communicator who creates clarity out of ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment Bonus Points • Experience as a first product hire, or taking over product from founders • Experience building and leading a product team (PMs and designers) • Background in legal tech, CLM, or other document-heavy, high-stakes domains (legal, compliance, finance) • Hands-on familiarity with LLM evals, agentic workflows, or RAG systems • A technical background (engineering or data) that lets you go deep with R&D • Experience with enterprise integrations ecosystems (CRM, procurement, e-signature) Why Chamelio? • Make an impact: Your work will transform how legal teams at leading companies worldwide operate • Own the product: Set the direction for the whole platform, not a slice of it • Ship fast: Work in a lean, high-velocity environment where decisions turn into production quickly • Grow with us: Join early, build the product function, and grow with it as we scale

A Security · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description We are a fast growing cybersecurity startup redefining how organizations defend themselves. As attackers leverage AI for high speed strikes, we provide defenders with the same capabilities. Our platform creates an AI driven Autonomous Attacker that thinks like a hacker, generating end to end attack chains across Web, Cloud, and AI applications to prioritize mitigation where it matters. Translate complex cybersecurity workflows into a clean, customer-facing interface that simplifies the user’s life. • Tackle deep technical challenges (AI agents, cloud environments) and distill them into clear, actionable product requirements and value propositions. • Work closely with R&D to deliver high quality releases in a fast paced startup environment. • Collaborate with large B2B enterprise customers to validate needs, ensure adoption, and build a product that sells itself through value and ease of use. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in Product Management within the B2B SaaS space (Cybersecurity experience is a must). • Proven experience in a fast-growing startup environment, ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to rapid changes. • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem and modern cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP). • A strong eye for design and user experience. Experience building products that are customer facing and intuitive, despite their technical complexity. • Familiarity with AI driven products or agent-based systems. • Ability to take the complex and make it simple whether you're talking to a developer or a C-level executive. • Previous experience as a Software Engineer is an advantage.

Act Security · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Building a New Foundation for Cloud Security The best security control doesn't detect a bad action. It removes the ability to perform it in the first place. That's what Act does. We're an action-centric cloud security company focused on reducing cloud risk by removing excessive and unintended access across cloud environments. As AI is making attacks faster and less predictable, patching and detection can only go so far. So we make sure every identity in the cloud, human or machine, has only the access it actually needs, without turning security into an operational burden. We're early-stage, well-funded, and built by repeat security operators who previously created Medigate (acquired by Claroty). We're building a team of exceptional people who take ownership from idea to outcome, with the autonomy to make decisions and drive their work forward. We care deeply about the customer, move fast, and enjoy building together. If you want to build something that matters from the ground up and see your work go live within days, this is the place. The role You'll own a product lane end to end. At Act, PMs don’t hand off a backlog, they take an area from raw customer signal to GA and deliver the win. Our PMs own end-to-end use cases like external perimeter hardening across IAM and network dimensions, human access boundaries, application perimeter enforcement, and agentic application least-privilege enforcement. You’ll take on an end-to-end boundary use case and everything it touches. You’ll shape how Act turns raw cloud configuration data into deterministic, enforceable boundaries, working closely with R&D, design, and customers to ship a product that materially shrinks the attack surface, reduces lateral movement opportunities, and eliminates exfiltration routes - preventing modern agentic attacks before they can take hold. What you’ll do • Shape and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your area, translating Act's mission of shrinking the cloud access surface into a clear, prioritized plan. • Manage the entire product capability lifecycle - from discovery and requirements through design, execution, and release. • Learn customer environments, threat models, and security workflows to ensure the product drives real operational success for cloud and security teams. • Gather and analyze requirements, and write clear, detailed PRDs and user stories. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams - R&D, UI/UX, security research, and GTM - to guarantee smooth, efficient implementation. • Deep dive into the technical layers of identity, network, and AI access to make sound product and prioritization calls. • Engage directly with customers and prospects to validate ideas, gather feedback, and inform strategy. What you’ll bring • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager. At least 2 in cybersecurity, cloud, or application security (AppSec) - a must! • Solid understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and security practices, tools, and frameworks. • Strong technical orientation, with the ability to engage deeply with engineering teams • Proven ability to own an entire product feature / capability / module end-to-end, with a comprehensive understanding of system flows and user interactions beyond a single feature or domain. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, dynamic startup environment with a hands-on approach. • Background in network analysis, active directory, cloud IAM - an advantage. • Background in intelligence, cyber operations, or security research - an advantage. Our culture We live by three values: Win, Learn, Have Fun. We play to win - we set ambitious goals and hold ourselves to high standards. We learn constantly - from customers, from each other, and from our mistakes. And we have fun doing it: we believe great work happens when people enjoy working together.

Technical Product Manager
Wonderful · Tel Aviv-Yafo

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to own the tools that make every Wonderful deployment a high-quality one. This role sits between Product and Deployment, and is responsible for the strategy, roadmap and adoption of the tooling our Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) and Deployment Strategists use to build, test, launch and improve AI agents for our customers, across all our products. Our deployment teams are fast and creative. Where the product had no answer, they built their own: command-line tools, test harnesses, local helpers, workbenches. Some of it entered the product, much of it lives with the person who built it. As one of the first Technical PMs, you will turn this field experience into product, so that every FDE gets the speed-up, not only the one who wrote the script, and so that the same issue does not repeat in the next deployment. You will work closely with Deployment leadership, FDEs, Deployment Strategists, HQ product groups and R&D. Deployment quality is where an AI company earns or loses trust. An agent that worked in the pilot has to keep working in production, in every language, channel and customer system it touches. That takes a loop that does not fully exist yet: monitor, collect, diagnose, improve. Building that loop, and making it part of the product, is the heart of this role. Technical PM - What You'll Do • Drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for deployment tooling across all Wonderful products. • Own the tools that help FDEs and Deployment Strategists build, test, evaluate, launch and monitor agents, from the first build to production. • Build the quality loop for agents in production: evals, test suites, regression checks, monitoring and the path from a detected issue to a fix. • Find what the field has already built, decide what becomes product, and bring it in, in partnership with HQ product groups and R&D. • Decide where each tool belongs: the core platform for what has a long life, the catalog or an FDE section for the rest, or not at all. • Run the intake of field needs into product: one clear channel, a regular ranking with the deployment teams, and a fast, visible answer on every request. • Review FDE contributions from a product view, with clear criteria and response times, so that good field work reaches the product and does not wait in a queue. • Spend real time in deployments. Understand how FDEs and Deployment Strategists work day to day, and treat them as your customers. • Define and track the metrics that show deployment quality and speed are improving, such as time to production, issues found before go-live and repeat incidents, and communicate progress to leadership. • Work with the PM of every product group so that what you learn in deployments shapes their roadmaps, not only yours. • Lead a cross-functional team of engineers from discovery to production, while maintaining team health. • Operate independently, think strategically and communicate clearly with technical and executive audiences. Who You Are • 4+ years in technical product management, forward-deployed engineering, solutions engineering or software engineering in B2B or enterprise software • Experience as an FDE, solutions engineer or developer tools PM, building or shipping tools that other engineers use • Hands-on technical ability: you write code, read pull requests and system logs, and can build a working prototype yourself • Experience working closely with engineering and customer-facing technical teams • Experience taking an internal or developer-facing product from discovery to wide adoption • AI-native PM with demonstrated ability to use AI tools to build prototypes and to redesign workflows Preferred Qualifications • Experience with AI agents or LLM-based products in production, including prompt and context engineering, evals and quality or accuracy reviews • Experience with testing, observability or CI/CD tooling • Experience deploying software inside enterprise customers, including integration with customer systems • Experience working across several countries or markets • Experience in a fast-growing startup Candidate Privacy Notice

Vertical PM - Telco, Media and Tech
Wonderful · Tel Aviv-Yafo

We are looking for a Vertical Product Manager to own Wonderful's solutions for telco, media and technology: mobile and broadband operators, streaming and media brands, and technology platforms. This role is responsible for the strategy, roadmap and go-to-market of repeatable solutions for these industries: products that solve a specific business problem for an operator, a media brand or a platform, and that we can sell and deploy again and again, in every country we work in. Our teams in the field already build valuable agents for operators, media brands and technology platforms. As one of the first Vertical PMs, you will turn this field experience into a catalog of solutions that sales can pitch from the first meeting, and that our deployment teams can take to production faster each time. You will work closely with country GMs, Deployment Strategists, FDEs, HQ product groups, R&D and marketing. These are subscription businesses, so the agent is part of the commercial relationship and not only the support queue: activating a new subscriber, fixing a service problem before the customer calls, keeping a customer who is one minute from leaving. They also run at a volume and with peaks that most industries never see, which makes scale and latency a product problem here and not an infrastructure footnote. What You'll Do • Drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Wonderful's telco, media and technology solutions, from the first solutions to a full catalog. • Identify the highest-value repeatable solutions, using what we have already built for customers in these industries, input from the field and market research. • Convert repeated customer needs into productized solutions rather than one-off builds, in partnership with HQ product groups and R&D. • Own the full solution offering for go-to-market, including demos, pricing, business case and reference deployments, so that solutions win deals in pre-sale. • Partner with marketing and sales on positioning, sales enablement and conversations with senior buyers at operators, media brands and platforms. • Build a deep understanding of operator and subscription economics, buyer needs, regulation and competitors, and use it to shape priorities. • Make the solutions hold up at operator scale: peak events, low-latency voice, proactive outbound, and the local language of every market we sell in. Turn what the vertical needs into clear asks on the HQ product groups and R&D. • Own the market rollout for each solution: which countries it enters and in what order, what has to change for it to work in each one, and how we grow penetration from there. A solution is judged by its total across every market, not by a single deal. • Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and designers from discovery to production, while maintaining team health. • Define and track the metrics that show each solution is working, and communicate progress to leadership. • Operate independently, think strategically and communicate clearly with executive and technical audiences. Who You Are • 5+ years of product management, solutions or strategy experience in B2B or enterprise software. • Experience building products for telecom operators, media or subscription businesses, or technology platforms, or working inside one. • Experience taking a product from customer discovery to repeatable sales. • Experience working closely with engineering, sales and customer-facing teams. • Experience presenting to and influencing senior executives. • AI-native PM with demonstrated ability to use AI tools to build prototypes and demos, and to redesign workflows. Advantages • Experience with AI agents, LLM-based products or workflow automation. • Experience in a pre-sales, solutions or forward-deployed role. • Knowledge of core telco and media processes and systems, such as billing and charging, provisioning and activation, number porting, identity, technical support, or subscription and retention. • Experience with a product that had to hold up under peak load or in several languages at once. • Experience working across several countries or markets, or in a fast-growing startup. Vertical PM - Financial Services
Wonderful · Tel Aviv-Yafo

We are looking for a Vertical Product Manager to own Wonderful's solutions for the financial services industry: retail and commercial banks, digital banks, and insurers. This role is responsible for the strategy, roadmap and go-to-market of repeatable financial services solutions: products that solve a specific business problem for a bank or an insurer and that we can sell and deploy again and again, in every country we work in. Our teams in the field already build valuable agents for banks and insurers. Financial services conversations sit at the points where a customer is most exposed and the institution is most procedural: a mortgage decision, a disputed charge, a lost card, a claim after an accident. Solutions in this vertical have to be accurate, explainable and auditable, in the local language and under the local regulator, or they do not get bought. What You'll Do • Drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Wonderful's financial services solutions, from the first solutions to a full catalog across banking and insurance. • Identify the highest-value repeatable solutions, using what we have already built for bank and insurer customers, input from the field and market research. • Convert repeated customer needs into productized solutions rather than one-off builds, in partnership with HQ product groups and R&D. • Own the full solution offering for go-to-market, including demos, pricing, business case and reference deployments, so that solutions win deals in pre-sale. • Partner with marketing and sales on positioning, sales enablement and conversations with senior banking and insurance buyers. • Build a deep understanding of bank and insurer operations, buyer needs, regulation and competitors, and use it to shape priorities. • Set the accuracy, explainability, audit and escalation bar that a regulated financial institution will accept, together with R&D, security and legal, so that a solution can reach production and not only pilot. • Experience building products for banks, insurers or other financial institutions, or working inside one. • Knowledge of core financial services processes, such as lending and mortgages, payments, cards and disputes, claims and underwriting, or financial crime and compliance. • Experience working across several countries or markets. • Experience in a fast-growing startup. Vertical PM - Retail
Wonderful · Tel Aviv-Yafo

We are looking for a Vertical Product Manager to own Wonderful's solutions for retail: apparel and beauty, grocery and big box, home and DIY, marketplaces, and consumer services. This role is responsible for the strategy, roadmap and go-to-market of repeatable retail solutions: products that solve a specific business problem for a retailer and that we can sell and deploy again and again, in every country we work in. Our teams in the field already build valuable agents for retailers. Retail is the vertical where an agent is judged on revenue and not only on cost. The same agent that tracks an order can also help a shopper find the right product, bring back an abandoned basket, or answer the store phone calls that nobody picks up today and turn them into visits. Our solutions have to prove both sides of that, in the brand's own voice. What You'll Do • Drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Wonderful's retail solutions, from the first solutions to a full catalog. • Identify the highest-value repeatable solutions, using what we have already built for retail customers, input from the field and market research. • Convert repeated customer needs into productized solutions rather than one-off builds, in partnership with HQ product groups and R&D. • Own the full solution offering for go-to-market, including demos, pricing, business case and reference deployments, so that solutions win deals in pre-sale. • Partner with marketing and sales on positioning, sales enablement and conversations with senior retail buyers. • Build a deep understanding of retail and e-commerce operations, buyer needs, seasonality and competitors, and use it to shape priorities. • Build solutions that move revenue as well as cost, and make the revenue case provable: define how each solution is attributed and measured so that a retailer's commercial team will accept the number. • Experience building products for retailers, marketplaces or consumer brands, or working inside one. • Knowledge of core retail processes and systems, such as order management, returns and exchanges, product catalog and search, loyalty, or store operations. • Experience with revenue-side programs such as product discovery, recommendations, basket recovery or win-back campaigns. • Experience working across several countries or markets, or in a fast-growing startup. Vertical PM - Healthcare
Wonderful · Tel Aviv-Yafo

We are looking for a Vertical Product Manager to own Wonderful's solutions for the healthcare industry: health insurers and payers, hospitals and provider networks, and the platforms that sit between them. This role is responsible for the strategy, roadmap and go-to-market of repeatable healthcare solutions: products that solve a specific business problem for a payer or a provider and that we can sell and deploy again and again, in every country we work in. Our teams in the field already build valuable agents for healthcare organizations. Healthcare has the highest stakes and the least room for a wrong answer of any industry we sell into. A member asking what their cover actually includes, a patient trying to move an appointment, a family trying to understand a bill. Solutions here have to be accurate, careful with patient data, and know exactly when to hand the conversation to a person. What You'll Do • Drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Wonderful's healthcare solutions, from the first solutions to a full catalog across payers and providers. • Identify the highest-value repeatable solutions, using what we have already built for healthcare customers, input from the field and market research. • Convert repeated customer needs into productized solutions rather than one-off builds, in partnership with HQ product groups and R&D. • Own the full solution offering for go-to-market, including demos, pricing, business case and reference deployments, so that solutions win deals in pre-sale. • Partner with marketing and sales on positioning, sales enablement and conversations with senior payer and provider buyers. • Build a deep understanding of payer and provider operations, buyer needs, regulation and competitors, and use it to shape priorities. • Set the patient privacy, accuracy and human-handover bar that a payer or a provider will accept, together with R&D, security and legal, and define how a solution integrates with the clinical and administrative systems a customer already runs. • Experience building products for healthcare payers, providers or health technology companies, or working inside one. • Knowledge of core healthcare processes, such as benefits and eligibility, claims and billing, scheduling and patient intake, or care navigation. • Familiarity with the clinical and administrative systems that healthcare organizations already run. • Experience working across several countries or markets, or in a fast-growing startup. Vertical PM - Travel, Transportation and Hospitality
Wonderful · Tel Aviv-Yafo

We are looking for a Vertical Product Manager to own Wonderful's solutions for travel, transportation and hospitality: airlines, hotel groups, rail and ground transport, car rental, cruise, and travel technology. This role is responsible for the strategy, roadmap and go-to-market of repeatable solutions for these industries: products that solve a specific business problem for a travel operator and that we can sell and deploy again and again, in every country we work in. Our teams in the field already build valuable agents for travel and hospitality customers. This vertical has two modes and a solution has to do both. On a normal day the job is commercial: bookings, changes, upgrades and extras. On a bad day, a cancelled flight or a storm, thousands of people need to be rebooked in the same hour and the agent is the only thing that can absorb the volume. A solution that only works on a quiet day will not be bought. What You'll Do • Drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Wonderful's travel, transportation and hospitality solutions, from the first solutions to a full catalog. • Partner with marketing and sales on positioning, sales enablement and conversations with senior travel and hospitality buyers. • Build a deep understanding of airline, hotel and transport operations, buyer needs, seasonality and competitors, and use it to shape priorities. • Design for both modes of this industry, the growth day and the disruption day, and define how each is measured. Set what the solution must do when volume spikes and plans have to be rewritten at once. • Experience building products for airlines, hotels, transport operators or travel technology companies, or working inside one. • Knowledge of core travel processes and systems, such as reservations and booking, changes and cancellations, disruption handling and rebooking, loyalty programs, or property and fleet operations. • Experience with a product that had to hold up during a demand spike or a service failure. • Experience working across several countries or markets, or in a fast-growing startup. Product Manager - Base44
Wix · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Job Description As a Product Manager, you'll lead one of Base44's newest products end to end: strategy, roadmap, and the calls on what ships. It's already live with real users, there's a lot still to shape, and some of our strongest engineers and designers are already on it. You'll work closely with engineering, AI and design to define what we build, why we build it, and how we measure success. This is a hands-on role. You should be as comfortable discussing architecture and model behavior with engineers as you are talking to users and digging into data. What you'll do: • Own the strategy, roadmap and execution for the product, from discovery to launch and iteration. • Work closely with engineering and AI teams on technical product decisions: agent capabilities, integrations, and how the product fits into the way teams already build and ship software. • Deeply understand our users, from solo builders to product, design and engineering teams inside companies, through research, feedback, usage data and hands-on use of the product. • Define clear requirements, priorities and success metrics, and make fast, well-reasoned trade-offs. • Use data and experiments to understand how users build, where they get stuck, and what drives activation, retention and growth. • Track the fast-changing AI landscape and turn new model capabilities into product opportunities. • Build prototypes and internal tools yourself with Base44 and other AI tools to test ideas quickly. • Work with Design, Marketing, Sales and Support to make sure what we ship lands well with users. Qualifications • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, including leading technical products in SaaS, developer tools, platforms or AI. • A strong technical background: a degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or previous experience as a developer. You understand APIs, data models, backend systems and how modern web apps are built. • Proven experience owning a product end to end, from idea to launch to growing it over time. • Hands-on experience with AI products, LLMs or agent-based systems, and a strong intuition for what makes them work well for users. • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decisions. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align engineering, design and business teams around a clear product vision. • A builder mindset: high ownership, a bias for action, and comfort with the speed and ambiguity of a startup. • Advantages: experience with AI coding tools, developer platforms, PLG products or no-code/low-code tools; hands-on coding experience. Additional Information We're Base44, a newly acquired part of Wix, on a mission to change how software gets built. Our AI-powered platform empowers anyone to create custom software applications using natural language—no traditional coding required. Operating like a startup within Wix, we're fast, collaborative, and focused on turning complex problems into simple, powerful solutions. We exist for creators, solo founders, startups, entrepreneurs, side hustlers, and everyone who wants to turn their ideas into reality. Whether you're launching a product, validating a concept, or exploring a hunch, Base44 helps you build it. We're growing fast, the opportunity is huge, and with your help, our user-driven growth can become unstoppable.
