Product Manager - Base44
Base44 · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Job Description As a Product Manager, you'll lead one of Base44's newest products end to end: strategy, roadmap, and the calls on what ships. It's already live with real users, there's a lot still to shape, and some of our strongest engineers and designers are already on it. You'll work closely with engineering, AI and design to define what we build, why we build it, and how we measure success. This is a hands-on role. You should be as comfortable discussing architecture and model behavior with engineers as you are talking to users and digging into data. What you'll do: • Own the strategy, roadmap and execution for the product, from discovery to launch and iteration. • Work closely with engineering and AI teams on technical product decisions: agent capabilities, integrations, and how the product fits into the way teams already build and ship software. • Deeply understand our users, from solo builders to product, design and engineering teams inside companies, through research, feedback, usage data and hands-on use of the product. • Define clear requirements, priorities and success metrics, and make fast, well-reasoned trade-offs. • Use data and experiments to understand how users build, where they get stuck, and what drives activation, retention and growth. • Track the fast-changing AI landscape and turn new model capabilities into product opportunities. • Build prototypes and internal tools yourself with Base44 and other AI tools to test ideas quickly. • Work with Design, Marketing, Sales and Support to make sure what we ship lands well with users. Qualifications • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, including leading technical products in SaaS, developer tools, platforms or AI. • A strong technical background: a degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or previous experience as a developer. You understand APIs, data models, backend systems and how modern web apps are built. • Proven experience owning a product end to end, from idea to launch to growing it over time. • Hands-on experience with AI products, LLMs or agent-based systems, and a strong intuition for what makes them work well for users. • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decisions. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align engineering, design and business teams around a clear product vision. • A builder mindset: high ownership, a bias for action, and comfort with the speed and ambiguity of a startup. • Advantages: experience with AI coding tools, developer platforms, PLG products or no-code/low-code tools; hands-on coding experience. Additional Information We're Base44, a newly acquired part of Wix, on a mission to change how software gets built. Our AI-powered platform empowers anyone to create custom software applications using natural language—no traditional coding required. Operating like a startup within Wix, we're fast, collaborative, and focused on turning complex problems into simple, powerful solutions. We exist for creators, solo founders, startups, entrepreneurs, side hustlers, and everyone who wants to turn their ideas into reality. Whether you're launching a product, validating a concept, or exploring a hunch, Base44 helps you build it. We're growing fast, the opportunity is huge, and with your help, our user-driven growth can become unstoppable.

Backslash Security · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description About Backslash Security Backslash Security secures the new way software gets built. AI coding agents such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, and OpenClaw now write and run code on developer workstations, connect to MCP servers, and follow prompt rules and skills that nobody reviews. Backslash gives security teams visibility and control over this agentic layer. That covers agents, MCP servers, rules, models, and the endpoints they run on, so organizations can adopt "vibe coding" safely without slowing developers down. We are a fast-growing startup of about 30 people. Every person here has a large impact on the product and the company. The Role We're hiring a Senior Product Manager / Director of Product who reports directly to the VP of Product. You will own major parts of the Backslash platform from discovery through launch and adoption. You'll define what we build and why, work closely with engineering to ship it, and work with customers, sales, and customer success to make sure it wins in the field. This is a senior, hands-on role in a category that is still taking shape. The job is less about managing a backlog and more about deciding what the right answer is when no one has solved the problem before. What You'll Do • Own product areas end to end. Set strategy, write specs, prioritize, launch, and track adoption for key parts of the platform, such as agent and MCP discovery, risk detection, policy and guardrails, and endpoint coverage. • Shape the roadmap with the VP of Product. Turn market signals, customer feedback, and competitive dynamics into a clear, prioritized plan. • Be deep in the market. Stay ahead of how AI coding agents, MCP, and developer tooling are evolving, and turn that into product bets and positioning. • Work with customers directly. Run discovery interviews, join POVs and strategic customer calls, and turn what you learn into product decisions that close deals and drive renewals. • Partner with engineering to ship high-quality product quickly. Write clear PRDs and user stories, define acceptance criteria and success metrics, and make trade-offs with the engineering leads. • Enable go-to-market. Work with sales, sales engineering, customer success, and marketing on launches, messaging, demos, and competitive positioning. • Make decisions with data. Define and track product KPIs, including adoption, detection quality, time-to-value, and POV conversion, and use them to steer. • At the Director level: help build the product function, raise the bar on product process, and mentor or eventually manage other PMs. Requirements Requirements • 7+ years of product management experience (5+ for Senior PM), with a significant part of it in cybersecurity or deeply technical B2B / developer products. • Proven track record of launching and scaling software products across the full lifecycle, from 0→1 through growth, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment. • Strong technical depth. You're comfortable talking with engineers about architecture and with security practitioners about threats and controls. Hands-on familiarity with developer workflows (IDEs, CLIs, CI/CD, SCM) is expected. • Strong analytical skills and a habit of data-driven decision-making. • Excellent communication and executive presence. You can write a crisp spec, present the roadmap to a CISO, and align a cross-functional team around a decision. • Customer-facing experience in enterprise sales cycles, such as discovery, POVs/POCs, and working with champions and security buyers. • Experience with modern product practices such as Agile/Scrum and continuous discovery, and with standard PM tools (Jira, Notion, analytics platforms). • Comfort with ambiguity, a bias to action, and a sense of ownership that goes well beyond your job title. Nice to Have • Experience in endpoint security, or supply-chain security (SAST, SCA, EDR, ASPM, secrets, etc.). • Hands-on experience with AI coding agents, LLMs, and MCP. You use these tools yourself and have opinions about where they break. • Background as an engineer, security researcher, or sales engineer before moving into product. • Experience building or leading a product team, for Director-level candidates. • Thought leadership presence, such as talks, writing, or podcasts in security or AI. Why Join • Define a brand-new security category at the moment it's forming. • Real ownership and direct impact on the product, the customers, and the company's trajectory. • Work closely with the VP of Product, the founders, and a strong engineering team. • Competitive compensation and meaningful equity.

Act · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Building a New Foundation for Cloud Security The best security control doesn't detect a bad action. It removes the ability to perform it in the first place. That's what Act does. We're an action-centric cloud security company focused on reducing cloud risk by removing excessive and unintended access across cloud environments. As AI is making attacks faster and less predictable, patching and detection can only go so far. So we make sure every identity in the cloud, human or machine, has only the access it actually needs, without turning security into an operational burden. We're early-stage, well-funded, and built by repeat security operators who previously created Medigate (acquired by Claroty). We're building a team of exceptional people who take ownership from idea to outcome, with the autonomy to make decisions and drive their work forward. We care deeply about the customer, move fast, and enjoy building together. If you want to build something that matters from the ground up and see your work go live within days, this is the place. The role You'll own a product lane end to end. At Act, PMs don’t hand off a backlog, they take an area from raw customer signal to GA and deliver the win. Our PMs own end-to-end use cases like external perimeter hardening across IAM and network dimensions, human access boundaries, application perimeter enforcement, and agentic application least-privilege enforcement. You’ll take on an end-to-end boundary use case and everything it touches. You’ll shape how Act turns raw cloud configuration data into deterministic, enforceable boundaries, working closely with R&D, design, and customers to ship a product that materially shrinks the attack surface, reduces lateral movement opportunities, and eliminates exfiltration routes - preventing modern agentic attacks before they can take hold. What you’ll do • Shape and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your area, translating Act's mission of shrinking the cloud access surface into a clear, prioritized plan. • Manage the entire product capability lifecycle - from discovery and requirements through design, execution, and release. • Learn customer environments, threat models, and security workflows to ensure the product drives real operational success for cloud and security teams. • Gather and analyze requirements, and write clear, detailed PRDs and user stories. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams - R&D, UI/UX, security research, and GTM - to guarantee smooth, efficient implementation. • Deep dive into the technical layers of identity, network, and AI access to make sound product and prioritization calls. • Engage directly with customers and prospects to validate ideas, gather feedback, and inform strategy. What you’ll bring • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager. At least 2 in cybersecurity, cloud, or application security (AppSec) - a must! • Solid understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and security practices, tools, and frameworks. • Strong technical orientation, with the ability to engage deeply with engineering teams • Proven ability to own an entire product feature / capability / module end-to-end, with a comprehensive understanding of system flows and user interactions beyond a single feature or domain. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, dynamic startup environment with a hands-on approach. • Background in network analysis, active directory, cloud IAM - an advantage. • Background in intelligence, cyber operations, or security research - an advantage. Our culture We live by three values: Win, Learn, Have Fun. We play to win - we set ambitious goals and hold ourselves to high standards. We learn constantly - from customers, from each other, and from our mistakes. And we have fun doing it: we believe great work happens when people enjoy working together.

Oak - Identity Security OS · Tel Aviv-Yafo

We're reimagining enterprise Identity and Access Management from the ground up. Founded by serial entrepreneurs Shai Morag and Tal Marom and backed by a $60M seed round from Greylock, Accel, and CRV, we're building the next generation of identity security. Identity is the gateway to everything- who's let in, who's kept out, and it's now the number one attack vector in the enterprise. The tools built to govern it were designed for a slower world of human users and static environments. That world is gone. Identities are exploding across human, machine, and AI agents faster than legacy systems can track, and security teams are left patching together five disconnected tools that still can't answer "who has access to what, right now." We think the answer isn't another point solution- it's a new foundation. Oak is the AI-native Identity Operating System: an AI connector framework that reaches any application, a live identity graph built from raw evidence, and a team of AI agents that governs the full lifecycle of every identity in one platform. We're building Oak's AI-native core from day one-engineered for what enterprise identity is becoming, not patched onto what it used to be. And we're just getting started. About the Role: We are looking for a high-ownership Product Manager to take full end-to-end responsibility for a core domain within Oak's platform. Reporting to a Director of Product, you will bridge the gap between customer discovery and technical R&D execution to ship market-ready, AI-native identity solutions at speed. What you will Do: • Own a product domain end-to-end within Oak's platform, driving it from zero to a shipped, market-ready capability. • Lead structured discovery: conduct customer interviews, engage with industry analysts and IAM/IGA consultants, and synthesize findings into sharp problem definitions and opportunity sizing. • Map the competitive landscape across identity governance, NHI management, and adjacent security tooling to identify differentiated positioning for your domain. • Translate discovery into a clear product strategy and roadmap, making deliberate prioritization decisions backed by evidence from the market and Oak's identity graph data. • Partner closely with R&D throughout the full build cycle - from shaping requirements and reviewing designs to driving execution and managing trade-offs under real delivery constraints. • Work hand-in-hand with GTM teams to define go-to-market strategy, equip sales and marketing with the right positioning, and ensure a tight feedback loop from the field back into the roadmap. What you will bring: • 8+ years of product management experience in cybersecurity, with a track record of shipping features that address real security or compliance challenges. • Proven, hands-on experience in the identity space – IAM, IGA, PAM, or related domains – with a demonstrated track record of shipping identity-focused capabilities. • Technically fluent enough to work shoulder-to-shoulder with R&D – able to translate complex identity, access, or security concepts into clear product requirements without losing fidelity. • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking: you connect product decisions to market opportunity, customer pain, and revenue impact, not just feature output. • Comfortable owning the full product lifecycle independently from discovery through delivery. • Confident, polished communicator in English who can lead customer-facing meetings, run discovery sessions, and present roadmaps to technical and executive audiences alike. • Able to hold ambiguity and make principled trade-offs in a fast-moving environment where IAM, IGA, and NHI security demands are evolving rapidly. Nice to have: • Hands-on experience with JIT access or Non-Human Identities (NHIs) specifically. • Background in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., Solutions Architecture or Cyber Consulting).

With tools like Claude Code, you’ll build working interfaces, experiment directly in code, and take features from idea to launch yourself. This requires supporting and continuing to improve the product for these customers under varying levels of visibility and access. • Ensure the Cyera Platform serves as the customer's central interface for visibility and control over how Cyera operates within their cloud environment—covering network configuration, cost, deployment, permissions, and related operational parameters. • Lead Cyera product security offering to help Cyera customers comply with industry standards while not compromising product performance. • Prepare the product to meet U.S. federal government security requirements (FedRAMP), enabling Cyera to sell to government agencies. This involves working with Security and Compliance teams to adapt the product to stricter regulatory standards. • Unify these efforts into a single roadmap, ensuring that as Cyera takes on customers with more demanding infrastructure and compliance requirements (in sectors such as finance, healthcare, and government), this work does not come at the expense of the broader product team's progress. Cross-Functional Leadership • Build and maintain the platform roadmap in collaboration with the Core engineering team, DevOps, and Security teams • Work across all product teams to collect and prioritize infrastructure requirements, ensuring the platform enables feature teams to deliver value • Partner with GTM teams (Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success) to understand customer deployment requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams on certification requirements (FedRAMP, SOC2, ISO 27001) and their product implications Product Strategy & Execution • Define product requirements for complex infrastructure initiatives involving networking, security, deployment automation, and version management • Manage quarterly (Q) planning cycles for infrastructure initiatives, balancing strategic projects with operational needs • Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture decision records, and customer-facing deployment guides • Drive continuous improvement in deployment efficiency, reducing time-to-value for customers with complex infrastructure requirements Customer & Market Focus • Engage directly with strategic customers to understand their infrastructure constraints and security requirements • Support pre-sales activities for deals requiring custom deployment architectures or compliance attestations • Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends in enterprise security infrastructure and compliance • Track and analyze infrastructure metrics that impact customer success and Cyera's operational efficiency • Requirements Who You Are Must-Haves • 4+ years of Product Management and/or Software Engineering experience in infrastructure, DevOps, security, or enterprise SaaS platforms • Strong technical background with deep understanding of: • Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment models • Kubernetes, containerization, and orchestration • Enterprise networking, VPCs, security groups, and connectivity patterns • Security and compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, SOC2, ISO 27001) • Hands-on technical experience with infrastructure and DevOps tools - not just product management oversight. Examples include: writing Terraform/CloudFormation code, managing Kubernetes clusters, building CI/CD pipelines, configuring cloud networking, or similar infrastructure work • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with dependencies across engineering, security, compliance, and GTM teams Technical Skills • Ability to read and understand infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation) • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and version management • Understanding of enterprise security concepts: RBAC, SSO/SAML, encryption, key management • Experience with observability, monitoring, and infrastructure operations Soft Skills • Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences • Strategic thinking combined with attention to operational detail • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information • Strong project management skills with ability to drive initiatives across multiple teams Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with large U.S. B2B enterprise companies, particularly in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government) • Previous experience with FedRAMP authorization or other government compliance programs • Background in self-hosted/on-premises enterprise software or managed service provider (MSP) platforms • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures and tenant isolation patterns • Prior work on projects involving BYOC, BYOK, or similar customer-controlled deployment models • Understanding of data security and privacy concepts (DSPM, DLP, data governance) • Technical degree (Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience Why Join Us? Product Manager, AI Security
Cyera · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description About Cyera Come join the company building the security operating model for the age of AI. AI has changed how data is used - and security must change with it. Cyera's mission is to empower businesses to accelerate AI Adoption by defining a holistic approach to securing AI - from data to access to model. Instead of perimeter controls and static policies, Cyera provides a unified control plane that understands relationships between data, access, and behaviors across humans, systems, and AI. Backed by the world’s leading investors and working with a large and growing list of Fortune 1000 companies, we are looking for world-class talent to join us as we usher in the new era of data and AI security. About the Role Earlier this year, Cyera established an entirely new group with a singular focus: Enabling our customers to safely adopt AI. Not just secure AI use after the fact - but discover it, govern it, and protect it end to end. You'll join this group as we define what enterprise-grade AI security looks like from scratch. The work spans detection and classification of AI usage across the enterprise, governance frameworks for AI agents and models, and the controls that let security teams move as fast as the technology they're protecting against. The market is moving fast - new models, new attack surfaces, new regulatory pressures, new customer needs - and keeping up isn't optional. You'll need to live at the edge of what's happening, synthesize signal from noise, and turn it into product decisions before others have even framed the question. This is a rare role: Deeply strategic, deeply technical, and deeply consequential. What You’ll Do • You'll own product initiatives across the AI security lifecycle - from how enterprises discover AI sprawl across their environments, to how they govern AI agent behavior, to how they enforce data protection in a world where models are the new attack surface. • You'll work across the full spectrum - partnering with world-class R&D teams pushing the boundaries of what's technically possible, engaging CISOs and security architects at Fortune 500 companies globally to understand real-world constraints, and collaborating with GTM to translate customer needs into product direction. The environment is fast, sometimes chaotic, and genuinely exciting - the kind of place where the problem space shifts under your feet and that's a feature, not a bug. Requirements Who You Are Must-Haves • You have a strong track record in B2B product management - ideally in security, data, or enterprise SaaS - but specific knowledge of any of these domains is less critical than authentic curiosity and a proven track record of building great products in a dynamic environment. • Exceptional product taste and passion for creating delightful product experiences. • You understand how large organizations actually operate: The compliance pressures, the procurement cycles, the gap between what security teams want and what they can deploy. • You have a clear point of view on AI and where enterprise security is headed. • You're as comfortable in a whiteboard session with an enterprise architect as you are deep in a research paper because something just dropped that changes everything. • You thrive on ambiguity, move with urgency, and find energy in the pace rather than fighting it. • You are excited about the opportunity to join a team of high performers in a high pressure environment and take an active role in contributing to the success of Cyera and our customers. Why Join Us? At Cyera, we own what we build and how we work. Cyerans are empowered to take initiative, move quickly, and turn ideas into impact. We push boundaries by challenging the status quo, learning fast, and continuously raising the bar - for ourselves and for the industry. We elevate together by lifting each other up, celebrating wins as a team, and recognizing that our success is shared. Feel free to apply even if your experience doesn’t tick every box.
