Description What is Vetric? Vetric is the intelligence behind the teams that stop crime online. Investigators, analysts and platform defenders use Vetric to see what bad actors do in the open, from fraud and impersonation to organized crime, terror networks and foreign influence, so they can act before harm spreads. Vetric doesn’t do that work itself but powers the people who do. The social and video intel runs inside customers’ own products, as a dependency their roadmaps are built on, which is why reliability and depth count for as much as coverage. Operating globally, Vetric serves industry leaders across more than 20 countries in cybersecurity, digital risk protection and public safety teams. Why Vetric? Vetric is profitable from day one (fully bootstrapped - we haven’t raised external funding), and we’re building foundational technology - not chasing trends. This is a highly technical product role, requiring a deep understanding of APIs, data infrastructure, and software systems, alongside strong business judgment and customer orientation. Responsibilities • Own and continuously evolve Vetric’s product strategy, translating company goals, customer needs, market opportunities, and technical capabilities into clear product priorities and direction. • Own the product roadmap and prioritization process, making thoughtful trade-offs between customer needs, business opportunities, technical investments, and long-term scalability. • Stay deeply hands-on in product work, personally leading strategic product initiatives from discovery and problem definition through requirements, execution, launch, and iteration. • Lead and grow the Product team, setting a high bar for product thinking and hiring as we scale. • Lead product discovery, working directly with customers, prospects, partners, R&D, and GTM teams to identify problems, validate opportunities, and define solutions. • Identify and validate new markets and product layers, taking new technical products from discovery to first paying customers. • Develop a deep understanding of our customers and market, using customer insights, product usage, competitive intelligence, and market trends to guide product decisions. • Partner closely with R&D leadership and engineering teams, translating customer and business needs into clear product requirements and navigating technical trade-offs around architecture, scalability, performance, and feasibility. • Drive product execution and outcomes, ensuring strong alignment between Product and R&D, clear requirements and priorities, effective delivery, and successful adoption. • Define and track product success metrics, including adoption, usage, customer impact, and relevant technical KPIs, and use them to continuously improve product decisions. • Build strong relationships with strategic customers and partners, acting as a senior product counterpart while remaining close to their day-to-day needs and challenges. • Partner closely with GTM, supporting product positioning, launches, and strategic opportunities and ensuring Sales and Customer Success have a clear understanding of our product capabilities, roadmap, and value proposition. • Build and continuously improve Vetric’s product function, establishing scalable processes while maintaining the speed, ownership, and hands-on approach of a growing startup. Requirements • 6+ years of product management experience, with significant ownership of technical B2B products and product strategy. • Experience leading Product Managers and raising the bar on product thinking, while remaining personally involved in hands-on product work. • Strong technical background, with a B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent technical experience, and the ability to deeply understand APIs, data infrastructure, backend systems, and software architecture. • Proven track record of personally taking complex technical products and features from discovery and definition through execution, launch, adoption, and iteration. • Experience bringing a new technical product to market, from discovery to first paying customers. • Fluent with AI tools in your own day-to-day product work. • Experience working closely with engineering teams and making product decisions involving technical trade-offs, scalability, performance, and infrastructure. • Strong strategic thinking combined with a willingness and ability to dive into details and execute. • Highly customer-obsessed, with experience working directly with enterprise customers to understand complex problems and turn them into scalable product solutions. • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience defining metrics and using quantitative and qualitative data to guide decisions. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to create alignment across technical, commercial, and leadership teams. • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, navigate ambiguity, make decisions with incomplete information, and take end-to-end ownership. • Experience building API or data products for technical users. • Excellent written and verbal English.
Tonkean is the world’s first totally customizable process experience platform. With Tonkean, you can create intelligent, personalized automations that integrate with every app or system your organization uses. You can cultivate an employee experience that democratizes access to innovative technologies traditionally only available to highly trained developers. You can enable employees to focus more fully on high-value tasks, because you can enable them to automate low-value tasks. You can create inbox solutions that automatically analyze, prioritize, and route unstructured requests coming from any source, and you can track the status of action items as employees collaborate across teams to complete them. And you can design processes that employees are guaranteed to adopt and benefit from no matter their technical acumen, because Tonkean meets employees where they are—eliminating the need for change management—and is 100% no-code. At Tonkean, we believe that all this—compliance, efficiency, operational excellence—requires high levels of process adoption. But to ensure high levels of process adoption, you need to create processes that provide a great employee experience: that serve employees’ needs, understand their preferences, and solve their problems. To that end, you need a barrier-breaking technology partner. That’s what Tonkean seeks to be. We are looking for a senior Product Manager with a strong consumer-product mindset to join our Israel team. ROLE OVERVIEW This role is ideal for someone passionate about building products people genuinely want to use, not just products organizations buy. Tonkean operates in a B2B2C environment: our customers are enterprises, but our users are employees across legal, procurement, finance, HR, operations, and other business teams. Success in this role requires understanding both sides: the business needs of our customers and the day-to-day experience of the end users who adopt and rely on our product. In this role, you will own key product initiatives, work closely with customers, users, designers, and a global engineering team, and help shape product experiences that deliver meaningful user value and drive real adoption. We are looking for a product leader who combines strong product thinking, excellent UX judgment, curiosity about user behavior, and the ability to drive execution in a fast-paced environment. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON • Own the product lifecycle from discovery and customer/user research through product vision, prioritization, execution, launch, and adoption. • Develop a deep understanding of both enterprise customer needs and end-user behavior in order to build products that create business value and are easy and enjoyable to use. • Partner closely with customers, users, designers, and engineers to build intuitive, impactful, consumer-grade product experiences. • Translate user insights, customer feedback, and business needs into clear product requirements and product decisions. • Lead product initiatives that improve user adoption, engagement, usability, and overall product experience. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, design, engineering, customer success, sales, and marketing to deliver products that create value for users and the business. • Create clear product documentation, requirements, and enablement resources to align teams and support product adoption. • Act as a product leader by driving innovation, influencing product direction, and fostering strong collaboration across the company. ABOUT YOU • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager. • A deep passion for user behavior, product adoption, and consumer-grade product experiences. • A strong user-centric mindset with the ability to turn user needs into simple, intuitive, and valuable product experiences. • Experience building products where user experience, usability, and adoption were key drivers of success. • Experience building B2B products with a strong end-user experience component, B2B2C products, marketplace products, or consumer products. • Experience working with mid-market or enterprise customers and understanding how to balance customer needs with end-user needs. • Strong product discovery skills, including the ability to speak with customers and users, identify patterns, and translate insights into product direction. • Experience working closely with engineering and design teams while leading product initiatives from concept to launch. • Demonstrated success in defining, launching, and iterating on outstanding products. • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority. • Strong product documentation skills, with at least one example of an effective product document created in a previous role. • Experience working in startups or smaller companies is preferred. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills. OUR VALUES • There Is Always A Way. At Tonkean, we believe that nothing is impossible. There is a solution to every problem - you just need to find it. • Think People First. We believe in investing in, empowering, and prioritizing people. We work as a team and win as a team. We listen with purpose as we speak with courage. We believe in diversity. We always ask ourselves: Is this giving value to our customers? Is this improving our team? Is this helping me be better? • Start With Why And Fail Fast. We believe that progress is the only way forward; that action is always better than no action; that innovation requires bravery. We believe that every worthwhile “how” starts with an important “why.” If you know the “why”, and you can learn from it, It’s never a failure. It is the operational cost of progress. • No BS. To matter, you must - stay focused, keep it simple and always move the needle. We don’t have time for BS. We don’t waste energy; we prioritize efficiency; we stay focused; and we always try to optimize for what’s important.

Our mission is to help security teams operate faster, smarter, and at scale. As the industry’s only Agentic Security Automation Platform, Blink enables you to automate all aspects of your security operations by combining AI security agents with deterministic workflows. Retain full control as you deploy your own custom army of virtual security employees - each tasked and responsible for managing specific jobs and capable of taking autonomous decisions. These AI agents leverage the deterministic security workflows assigned to them or by calling upon peer agents as required. Blink empowers security teams to rapidly operationalize response to zero-day and emerging threats by automating detection ingestion, cross-environment hunting, containment, and coordination with human stakeholders. About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Security Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and growth of our product, shaping how security teams automate and scale their security operations across the enterprise. This is a strategic product role at the center of Blink's growth. You will define the product vision, translate deep security domain knowledge into scalable product capabilities, and partner across Engineering, R&D, GTM, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional outcomes. This role requires strong technical depth, security expertise, and an AI-first mindset. What Makes This Role Unique This role sits at the intersection of security operations, AI-powered automation, and enterprise product strategy. You will shape how BlinkOps helps security teams work faster and smarter — operating at the strategic level to drive innovation while staying close enough to the details to ensure every initiative lands with quality and impact. Your responsibilities What You'll Do • Define and execute product strategy – Own the roadmap for your product areas, balancing near-term customer needs with long-term vision. Think big, plan strategically, and dive deep into the details to ensure flawless execution. • Translate security expertise into product – Draw on your security domain knowledge to deeply understand how security teams operate, and shape features that solve real operational challenges at scale. • Drive end-to-end product development – Lead initiatives from discovery through design, development, release, and iteration — including full product launches in close partnership with GTM. • Go-to-market execution – Partner with GTM to plan and execute product launches end-to-end: develop positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and launch plans that land with security practitioners and buyers alike. • Engage directly with customers – Work with enterprise customers and internal teams to understand security architectures, workflows, and unmet needs. • Own product specifications – Write clear, rigorous technical and product requirements that guide engineering and ensure high-quality delivery. • Leverage AI throughout your workflow – Use AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, spec writing, and decision-making — and bring that same AI-first thinking to every product initiative you lead. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of owning and delivering complex product initiatives. • Strong security domain knowledge — deep understanding of how security teams operate, the challenges they face, and the tools and architectures they rely on (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, CSPM, EDR, IAM). • Proven ability to operate at both the strategic and tactical levels — capable of setting a long-term vision while also managing the nitty-gritty details of execution. • Proven ability to lead complex technical product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery to launch, including full GTM execution. • Experience planning and executing product launches in close partnership with GTM teams — including positioning, enablement, and cross-functional coordination. • AI-first mindset — you actively use AI tools to accelerate your own PM workflow (research, synthesis, spec writing, prototyping) • Experience working with automation platforms, workflow engines, APIs, and integrations. • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Customer Success. • Experience working with large enterprise customers in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Security Domain Knowledge This role requires deep familiarity with how modern security and IT operations teams work. Sr. Product Manager, Mobile SDK — 9-Month Fixed-Term The team + the role Pendo's mobile SDK is embedded in hundreds of enterprise applications — native iOS and Android, plus React Native, Flutter, .NET MAUI, and Ionic/Capacitor — delivering analytics, in-app guides, and session replay to over 110M monthly active users. It is a developer-integrated product at an inflection point: hybrid framework parity, cross-surface guide delivery, and version fragmentation across an installed base that cannot be forced to upgrade are all live, unsolved problems with revenue implications. We're looking for a Sr. Product Manager to own Pendo Mobile end-to-end for nine months while our current PM is on maternity leave. This is a full mobile role with no secondary product area. You'll own the SDK roadmap, run live enterprise escalations, and make the architectural and commercial tradeoffs that protect at-risk revenue. This role requires SDK product experience specifically — not mobile app PM experience. The distinction matters: you're shipping software that other companies' engineering teams integrate into their own production applications, on their release cycles, with their performance budgets, and with their users affected when something goes wrong. We need someone useful in week two, not month two. This is a full-time Pendo employee position with full benefits for the nine-month fixed-term. This role is based in Herzliya, Israel, in-office 2–3 days per week. What this looks like day-to-day • Own the mobile SDK roadmap end-to-end: release planning, versioning and deprecation strategy, and driving version adoption across a fragmented installed base — a shipped fix isn't a delivered fix until customers upgrade. • Bring Mobile into Pendo's AI surface: from AI tagging to agentic installation, AI guide building extensions, and exposing mobile behavioral data through Pendo's MCP so customers' own agents can use it. • Run the escalation motion: own the weekly customer status update, triage sev-level issues with Engineering and Support, and lead customer communication when the SDK is implicated in a production incident. • Deliver named enterprise commitments on schedule — offline guide serving, hybrid app guide delivery, and session replay payload reduction all have dates attached. • Protect at-risk ARR: $3M+ of mobile revenue is exposed to SDK capability gaps across hybrid architectures; partner with CE, CSM, and Sales on renewal-critical accounts. • Own cross-platform unification and developer experience — close hybrid framework gaps, solve cross-surface guide delivery across the native/WebView boundary, and reduce the integration cost for customers' engineering teams. Who you are Beyond the qualifications, we hire through a specific lens. These aren't buzzwords; they're the things we'll actually look for in how you talk about your work. You're a builder, not a maintainer. You're most energized when there isn't a clear path yet, and you get to define it. You don't wait for direction; you identify gaps, shape solutions, and drive them forward. At Pendo, great PMs don't manage backlogs — they make architectural and commercial calls that show up in renewal conversations within weeks. You'll join a product mid-flight, take ownership fast, and be the named PM on every active customer issue before the end of your first month. You're AI-curious — genuinely. You're not using AI tools occasionally. You're rewiring how you work around them. You're faster, sharper, and more prolific because of it, and you bring that energy to everything: how you synthesize escalations, how you reason about where AI genuinely improves a workflow versus where it's decoration, how you move from insight to decision in a matrix organization operating heavily on async Slack. This is how the team operates. Must-haves • 5+ years of B2B SaaS product management in a multicultural and global organization. • 3+ years owning an SDK or developer-integrated product as the PM — with command of versioning and release strategy, backwards compatibility and deprecation, adoption across a fragmented installed base, and crash impact on software you do not control. This is a hard requirement. • Mobile platform fluency: native iOS and Android, and the practical differences between hybrid frameworks from an integration standpoint. • Demonstrated AI product judgment — you've shipped an AI-powered capability or can reason clearly about where AI improves a workflow versus where it adds noise; you use AI tooling actively in your own work. • Escalation temperament: you've owned sev-level escalations where your SDK caused a production issue in a customer's app and stayed credible through it. • Enterprise customer-facing skill in English, with large regulated accounts and their engineering teams; comfort operating in a matrix organization with US stakeholders and heavy async communication. • Available to start as soon as possible and committed to the full nine-month term. Nice-to-haves • Experience with product analytics, session replay, crash reporting, or digital adoption platforms. • Hands-on background in mobile engineering before moving into product. • Experience joining a product mid-flight and taking ownership quickly — an interim, transition, or turnaround assignment. • Experience running a design partner or early-access programme with enterprise engineering teams. • Previous experience with Pendo or comparable mobile SDK tooling. About Pendo Pendo was founded in 2013 by former product managers, who combined their heads and hearts to build something they wanted but never had as product managers: a simple way to understand and attack what truly drives product success. Our mission is to improve society's experience with software. About the Role Nexxen's SSP connects publishers to programmatic demand across web, ctv mobile app and mobile web. Because publishers integrate with us in different ways, we need someone who can be the technical expert across openRTB, prebid.js, mediation SDKs. This role owns the technical, end to end integrations with publishers: helping publishers implement and troubleshoot their chosen integration path, validating that ad requests and responses are flowing correctly, and translating publisher feedback and issues into clear requirements for product and engineering. This role is based in our Tel Aviv office and works daily with publishers, partners, and colleagues across global markets. You'll report into Product, working closely with SSP product leadership and platform engineering to make sure integrations are scoped accurately, shipped reliably, and supported after launch. What You'll Do • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for publisher integrations across all three paths into the SSP: third-party mobile mediation SDKs, Prebid client-side wrappers, and direct server-to-server OpenRTB. • Support commercial teams and provide technical guidance for publishers through implementation — reviewing their mediation SDK setup, Prebid config (ad units, params, adapter/module set), or OpenRTB request construction — and troubleshoot integration issues end to end. • Review publishers’ integration specs and requirements, and analyze and validate bid request/response payloads (OpenRTB) and Prebid.js configurations to confirm parameters are being passed, parsed, and rendered correctly across each integration path. • Apply a working understanding of ad delivery and rendering (including VAST-based video ad delivery on web) to debug tag/creative rendering, tracking, and playback issues raised by publishers. • Translate publisher technical questions, bug reports, and ad hoc requirements into clear, structured input that product and engineering can act on. • Partner with SSP product managers to scope integration-related roadmap items, distinguishing quick technical fixes from larger initiatives that require product or platform changes. • Write and maintain publisher-facing integration documentation, implementation guidesand troubleshooting runbooks for each integration path, as well as the documentation for internal hand-off process. • Triage and debug integration issues in production — delivery discrepancies, malformed bid or ad-tag responses, misconfigured mediation waterfalls, Prebid setup errors — in partnership with engineering and data science. • Represent the technical feasibility and constraints of the SSP platform in conversations with publishers, sales, and account teams, helping set realistic scope and timelines. • Contribute to internal tooling and self-serve documentation that reduces the manual lift of future publisher onboarding. What You Bring • 3+ years in a technical, publisher- or partner-facing role in programmatic advertising or ad tech (solutions engineering, technical account management, publisher integration/support, or similar). • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; able to switch between a deeply technical conversation with a publisher's engineers and a scoping conversation with internal product/commercial stakeholders. • Working understanding of how publishers integrate mobile app inventory via third-party mediation SDKs — comfortable troubleshooting SDK configuration and ad-call issues from the publisher's side, even without owning SDK development. • Hands-on experience with Prebid.js (or Prebid Mobile) client-side integrations — ad unit setup, bidder/module configuration, and debugging auction behavior. • Solid understanding of OpenRTB and server-to-server bidding — comfortable reading and reasoning about raw bid request/response JSON. • Working knowledge of VAST-based video ad delivery on web — tag structure, wrappers, tracking events, and common player integration issues. • Strong analytical skills - comfortable pulling and interpreting data (SQL or similar) to validate whether an integration is working as intended. • A track record of owning ambiguous, cross-functional problems and driving them to a clear, documented outcome. • Comfortable working directly with product management in an agile/sprint-based environment, even without a formal engineering reporting line. Nice to Have • Experience with CTV/OTT app ad delivery and associated standards. • Familiarity with specific mobile mediation platforms and how their waterfalls/adapters are configured. • Basic scripting ability (Python, JavaScript) for building quick validation tools or parsing bid/ad-tag logs. • Prior experience onboarding publishers across more than one integration path (SDK, Prebid, and/or OpenRTB) from scoping through launch. Reporting & Team This role reports into the SSP Product organization (not Engineering), and works in close daily collaboration with SSP product managers, platform engineering and platform operations. You'll also regularly interface with publisher technical teams and internal account/commercial teams supporting those relationships. Why Nexxen Nexxen operates a full-stack programmatic platform — SSP, DSP, and Discovery — giving this role visibility into both sides of the marketplace and a direct line to how integration decisions affect publisher yield. You'll help shape how publisher onboarding gets built and supported, not just handle tickets after the fact. #LI-BO1 At Nexxen, we value our differences, varied experiences, and collective contribution.
