Description Alice secures AI apps, agents and models from build to production. Enterprises are shipping AI faster than they can secure it, attack techniques evolve constantly, and every company draws the line on acceptable behavior in a different place. No enterprise can keep up with that on its own, and Alice is how they do it. At the heart of the platform sit two engines: the attack engine finds the failures before attackers do, and the defense engine blocks them in production without breaking legitimate traffic. We are hiring a Senior PM who will lead the strategy, vision, and execution of our core engines. This PM sits inside the DS workflow — and can read the notebooks, argue about the eval set, query the data themselves — and translate between model reality and customer reality in both directions. This is not a PM role that writes a PRD and waits. It is a PM role where “I pulled the data, here’s what moved the F1, and here’s what it means for customers” is the expected level of answer. What you'll own Attack engine roadmap. Coverage and depth of adversarial techniques, novel-attack generation quality, agentic/multi-turn testing, zero-day and model-risk research productization. You decide which harm categories, modalities, and attack families we invest in next, and you defend that call with evidence. Defense engine roadmap. Classifier quality across policies and languages, the precision/recall/latency triangle, customer-specific tuning, and the path from "a red team finding" to "a guardrail that blocks it." Closing that attack→defense loop is the single highest-leverage thing this role can do. Evaluation as a product surface. Own how we define, measure, and publish model quality — benchmark datasets, eval harnesses, golden sets, regression gates, and the metrics customers actually see. When a customer asks "how accurate is this," the answer and the evidence behind it are yours. Data strategy for the engines. What data we collect, label, retain, and feed back into training; how customer feedback (overrides, false-positive reports, session feedback) becomes a training signal; and how all of it stays within our customer data commitments The DS↔Engineering seam. Model artifacts, schemas, and pipelines. You keep that contract explicit and get research into production. Day to day • Run discovery with AI Product Owners, security engineers, and CISOs on what attacks they fear and what false positives they can't tolerate • Turn fuzzy customer harm into a testable engine requirement with a measurable bar • Prioritize the DS backlog with the DS lead; make the hard calls on coverage vs. depth vs. latency • Own the quality narrative for sales, solution engineering, and security reviews — backed by numbers you can defend • Partner with design and platform PMs so engine capability becomes a usable product, not a config flag • Track competitive and academic movement in adversarial ML and guardrails, and translate it into roadmap pressure Requirements Required • 5+ years in product management, with at least 2 shipping ML/data-science-backed products • LLM-era experience: evals, prompt engineering, RAG, agentic systems, LLM-as-judge and its failure modes • You can reason about model evaluation properly: precision/recall tradeoffs, class imbalance, train/test leakage, annotation quality, why a benchmark number is or isn't trustworthy • Experience defining and defending model quality metrics to customers or regulators • A track record of working with data scientists and research engineers Strongly preferred • Security or adversarial ML background • Familiarity with data pipeline tooling/feature and labeling infrastructure • Experience with enterprise buyers in regulated industries About Alice Alice is a trust, safety, and security company built for the AI era. Description Coralogix is a leader in AI-powered observability, providing a modern, full-stack platform that transforms how businesses process and understand their data. Our unique architecture leverages advanced AI to provide proactive insights and intelligent data analysis across logs, metrics, traces, and security events - all powered by in-stream analytics without reliance on expensive indexing. By integrating automated incident response and machine learning into the core of the observability workflow, Coralogix sits at the forefront of the AI revolution, helping engineering and security teams improve operational efficiency while cutting observability spend by up to 70%. About the Role This role sits squarely at the intersection of Cybersecurity and AI. We are looking for a hands-on, builder-minded AI Senior Product Manager to lead a high-stakes, 0-to-1 initiative. This is a rare opportunity to operate with the agility and autonomy of a startup founder while leveraging the massive datasets, engineering resources, and established market presence of an industry leader. You will be responsible for building a net-new product from the ground up - translating raw technical concepts into production-grade reality. We are looking for an entrepreneurial builder who thrives in ambiguity and is obsessed with rapid iteration and technical depth. This is not a role for a traditional "project manager." You must be a hands-on owner who brings strong, opinionated perspectives formed by real-world technical experience. You will own product initiatives from deep problem discovery through engineering execution, validating and shipping products that security practitioners rely on every day. What You'll Do • Drive 0-to-1 Cybersecurity & AI Products End-to-End • Operate with a founder's mentality: own the product lifecycle from initial discovery and definition to UX design, technical execution, customer validation, and production release. • Frame ambiguous market opportunities into simple, well-scoped milestones, specs, and rapid execution plans. • Act as a hands-on builder-owning the outcome end-to-end rather than just managing processes or tickets. • Build Practical, Production-Grade Capabilities for Security • Identify key leverage points in security workflows (e.g., threat hunting, incident response) where AI can unlock step-function improvements. • Harness and build on top of existing AI agentic frameworks to solve complex cybersecurity challenges - translating model strengths and limitations into practical UX decisions. • Go beyond theoretical AI buzzwords to ship reliable, predictable, and value-driving security features in production. • Partner Deeply with Engineering & Security Experts • Work daily with Tech Leads, AI Engineers, Security Analysts, and Designers in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. • Get comfortable looking at raw logs, trace data, system architectures, and security vulnerabilities alongside engineers to deeply understand root causes and technical tradeoffs. • Challenge unnecessary technical complexity and continuously push for the simplest, most elegant solution. • Own UX & Product Quality for Technical Users • Maintain an exceptionally high bar for product quality, clarity, and system reliability. • Abstract dense technical data, security alerts, and complex AI outputs into intuitive, actionable user workflows. • Treat launch day as the start of continuous learning - actively monitoring usage metrics, validating edge cases, and rapidly iterating based on live system feedback. • Stay Connected to Technical Customers • Engage directly with security practitioners, DevOps, and SREs to uncover genuine friction points in their daily operations. • Translate raw customer feedback into prioritized product roadmaps grounded in real operational impact. Requirements What We're Looking For • Extensive Product Management Experience: Proven track record in B2B SaaS, specifically leading 0-to-1 product units. An entrepreneurial, founder-level mindset is critical for success here. • Practical AI Application: We need a practitioner, not a researcher. You have experience harnessing LLMs, RAG, or AI agents to solve real-world problems, translating model strengths and limitations into practical UX decisions. • Non-Negotiable Cybersecurity Mastery: Theoretical or "buzzword" knowledge is insufficient. You must demonstrate deep, hands-on technical mastery of how vulnerabilities and exploits work at a code and infrastructure level. You are comfortable inspecting raw logs, reviewing API structures, and debating technical tradeoffs with engineers. • Builder Mindset: Strong ownership instincts. You care deeply about execution speed, customer impact, and shipping high-quality software end-to-end. • Outcome-Driven Impact: You focus on delivering tangible value to users, ensuring the complexity of technical data is simplified into immediate, actionable outcomes rather than just features that look good. • Clear Communication & Influence: Concise, high-signal written and verbal communication style with a strong preference for actionable docs over unnecessary meetings, and the ability to influence others without direct authority. Huge Advantage If You Have • Deep Domain Expertise: Hands-on experience with SIEM, or cybersecurity workflows. • Ex-Engineer / Security Background: Prior experience as a Software Engineer, Security Analyst, DevOps Engineer, or System Architect. • 0-to-1 AI Production Track Record: Experience taking an AI capability from early concept/POC all the way to enterprise-grade production. • Inbound Passion: You are an active user, tinkerer, or follower of the modern AI and cybersecurity tooling ecosystems and have genuine excitement for the space. Why Join Us? You will have direct ownership over building a net-new product at the intersection of AI and cybersecurity. This role offers high visibility, significant autonomy, and the chance to operate like an entrepreneur within a growing company, solving high-stakes technical problems every day. Cultural Fit We're seeking candidates who are hungry, humble, and smart. Coralogix fosters a culture of innovation and continuous learning, where team members are encouraged to challenge the status quo and contribute to our shared mission. If you thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to shape the future of observability solutions, we'd love to hear from you. Coralogix is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applicants from all backgrounds to apply.
