Product Manager jobs in Netanya
Description Fetcherr builds responsible AI that transforms market complexity into measurable profit growth. At the core of the company is the Market Model — a proprietary AI-powered model delivering accurate, granular demand predictions with 96% forecast accuracy and real-time decision intelligence for commercial teams. Built on a glass-box architecture, it uses market data — not personal data — with full transparency into logic and outcomes. First deployed in global aviation, the technology is industry-agnostic and scales across volatile markets. Fetcherr delivers a consistent average profit uplift of 7%, with corporate partners including Delta, Virgin Atlantic, WestJet, Viva, and Azul. The Role We are looking for an SVP of Product to own and lead our product function. This is a hands-on leadership role for a strong product operator who can drive strategy and execution in equal measure — managing a growing team of Product Managers and different domains SMEs, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, and delivering complex AI-driven products that create measurable value for the world's leading airlines. This role reports directly to the CEO. What You'll Do • Lead and execute Fetcherr's product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals, customer needs, and commercial priorities. • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers, setting clear expectations, building strong product practices, and driving accountability. • Own the full product lifecycle — from discovery and definition through delivery and iteration — working hands-on with Engineering, Data, and Design. • Be the product voice in customer relationships: lead roadmap reviews, gather requirements, and present product direction to enterprise stakeholders. • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support onboarding, renewals, and expansion by ensuring the product delivers on its promise. • Translate complex AI and algorithmic capabilities into clear, user-friendly experiences and compelling value propositions. • Collaborate with company leadership on business priorities, surfacing product insights that inform strategy and investment decisions. • Drive execution discipline — managing timelines, trade-offs, and delivery in a fast-moving, resource-conscious environment. Requirements • 15+ years of product management experience, with at least 6 years in a product leadership role. • Track record of owning and shipping complex, technical products — ideally involving AI, data platforms, or algorithmic systems. • Hands-on leader who is equally comfortable setting direction and rolling up their sleeves to get things done. • Strong people manager who can coach PMs, build a healthy team culture, and hold a high performance bar. • Customer-facing confidence — experience engaging directly with enterprise buyers, presenting to senior stakeholders, and turning feedback into product decisions. • Solid grasp of UX principles and experience working closely with designers throughout the product process. • Business-minded: understands how product decisions connect to revenue, retention, and company growth. • Clear, direct communicator who can simplify complexity for both technical and non-technical audiences. • Thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and takes full ownership of outcomes. Why Join Fetcherr • Own the product function at a high-growth AI company solving real problems in massive, complex industries. • Work with cutting-edge technology — and see it directly impact airline revenue and operations at global scale. • Make a tangible difference: your product decisions will show up in P&L results for some of the world's largest carriers. • Meaningful autonomy to shape how the product team operates, what it builds, and how it grows. • A collaborative, low-ego leadership team that values clear thinking, speed, and ownership.
Description PassportCard Labs is where innovation meets impact. As the technological powerhouse behind PassportCard, we design and build cutting-edge solutions that revolutionize the insurance industry. Whether it's real-time claims payments or predictive analytics, our Labs team is at the forefront of driving change and shaping the future of insurance. Ready to innovate with us? About the role You will own AI products end to end, from discovery with the business, through vendor and platform selection, to production launch and measured business impact. This is not a roadmap-only role. You will be in the tools, prototyping with LLM platforms, writing and testing prompts, reviewing agent conversations, querying data and building working demos yourself before handing anything to engineering. What you'll do • Own the full lifecycle of one or more AI products: problem framing, PRD, launch, iteration and scale-up. • Work directly with business units (service, sales, claims, underwriting) to turn operational pain points into measurable AI use cases. • Build hands-on: prototype agents and internal tools on approved platforms, test them yourself, and iterate on prompts, flows and guardrails. • Analyse agent performance data and drive quality improvements. • Define and track product KPIs tied to business outcomes. • Partner with GRC, legal, privacy, security and data teams to move solutions through our AI SDLC and governance gates, including EU AI Act obligations. • Manage AI vendors and technology partners across evaluations, POCs, commercial and delivery milestones. • Support our AI Center of Enablement: help business builders scope, build and safely deploy their own solutions, and know when to escalate to professional development. • Manage backlog, sprint planning and releases in a fast-moving, multi-country environment. • Track the market and bring back what's actually usable: new models, agent frameworks and platforms. Requirements Requirements • 3+ years in product management, with at least 1 year on AI/ML or GenAI products. • Hands-on builder. You have personally built and shipped something with LLMs, whether an agent, an automation, an internal app or a data pipeline. Please tell us what, and show us if you can. • Working fluency with GenAI concepts: LLMs, RAG, agents and tool use, prompt and context engineering, evaluation and guardrails. You know what breaks in production and why. • Comfortable with data: SQL or equivalent, building your own analyses, defining metrics and reading dashboards without waiting for BI. • Experience working with enterprise vendors and cross-functional stakeholders, including security, legal and compliance. • Strong written English, with clear PRDs and crisp executive communication. • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data, business or a related field. Advantages • Insurance, fintech or other regulated-industry experience. • Conversational AI, contact-center or voice-agent products. • Experience with AI governance frameworks or the EU AI Act. • Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and spoken) + experience working on multilingual products. Why this role You'll own products that are already live and used by real customers, with direct access to executives and a mandate to scale AI across the group, not a lab experiment with no path to production.
