What will your job look like: • Responsibility for managing the executing Autonomous vehicle sensing projects, ensuring the company meets its commitments to our clients. • Lead complex development projects from the requirements phase through to implementation. • Closely track development progress and obtain approvals for technical requirements from R&D teams. • Work horizontally across internal teams (R&D, AV, REM) to unify and create a coherent product. • Create optimal connections between different interfaces that don't naturally communicate, to ensure projects move forward smoothly and efficiently. • Joint work with lead car manufacturers, including joined workshops, test drives, and functional tuning. • Managing debugging and validation of performance and functionality across the features within the autonomous vehicle sensing stack. All you need is: • Strong executor with vast leadership background and hard work ethic. • B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related engineering field. • At least 3 years of experience in closely managing and leading development teams in complex R&D projects/products. • Proven experience in customer-facing positions. • Excellent communication and management skills. • Fluent in English and Hebrew. All you need is: • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related engineering discipline. • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Systems Engineering, or a similar role involving complex technology products. • Strong technical foundation in software, hardware, AI, embedded systems, algorithms, sensors, or other deep-tech domains. • Experience defining products, translating complex concepts into clear requirements, and working with engineering teams. • Ability to quickly understand complex technologies and identify product opportunities. • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. • Hands-on experience using AI/GenAI tools to drive product definition and product management activities. • Experience in automotive, semiconductor, robotics, aerospace, defense, or other deep-tech industries- advantage. What will your job look like: • Lead the end-to-end execution of project deliverables, including requirements definition, planning, execution, and delivery. • Drive and participate in technical discussions, proactively remove obstacles, and act as both the unifying force within the team and the leader setting direction. • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of complex, multidisciplinary projects. • Coordinate work across a large cross-functional organization, covering diverse aspects of the system: from algorithm acceleration to sensor integration, from OS development to advanced in-vehicle visualization. • Represent the group in project-level forums, prepare status reports, and communicate effectively with senior management. • Collaborate closely with R&D groups, engaging in technical discussions within a highly multidisciplinary environment. All you need is: • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related Engineering/Scientific field- Must. • 10+ years of experience in technical project/program management, system engineering, or agile team leadership, with a strong technical background. • Solid experience in system design, architecture, and software development. • Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g. Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT) effectively, including prompt engineering, to accelerate analysis, documentation, and day-to-day technical work. • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships. • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Fluency in Hebrew and English.
