P
Sr. Product Manager, Mobile SDK - 9-Month Fixed-Term
Pendo · Tel Aviv-Yafo, Herzliya

Sr. Product Manager, Mobile SDK — 9-Month Fixed-Term The team + the role Pendo's mobile SDK is embedded in hundreds of enterprise applications — native iOS and Android, plus React Native, Flutter, .NET MAUI, and Ionic/Capacitor — delivering analytics, in-app guides, and session replay to over 110M monthly active users. It is a developer-integrated product at an inflection point: hybrid framework parity, cross-surface guide delivery, and version fragmentation across an installed base that cannot be forced to upgrade are all live, unsolved problems with revenue implications. We're looking for a Sr. Product Manager to own Pendo Mobile end-to-end for nine months while our current PM is on maternity leave. This is a full mobile role with no secondary product area. You'll own the SDK roadmap, run live enterprise escalations, and make the architectural and commercial tradeoffs that protect at-risk revenue. This role requires SDK product experience specifically — not mobile app PM experience. The distinction matters: you're shipping software that other companies' engineering teams integrate into their own production applications, on their release cycles, with their performance budgets, and with their users affected when something goes wrong. We need someone useful in week two, not month two. This is a full-time Pendo employee position with full benefits for the nine-month fixed-term. This role is based in Herzliya, Israel, in-office 2–3 days per week. What this looks like day-to-day • Own the mobile SDK roadmap end-to-end: release planning, versioning and deprecation strategy, and driving version adoption across a fragmented installed base — a shipped fix isn't a delivered fix until customers upgrade. • Bring Mobile into Pendo's AI surface: from AI tagging to agentic installation, AI guide building extensions, and exposing mobile behavioral data through Pendo's MCP so customers' own agents can use it. • Run the escalation motion: own the weekly customer status update, triage sev-level issues with Engineering and Support, and lead customer communication when the SDK is implicated in a production incident. • Deliver named enterprise commitments on schedule — offline guide serving, hybrid app guide delivery, and session replay payload reduction all have dates attached. • Protect at-risk ARR: $3M+ of mobile revenue is exposed to SDK capability gaps across hybrid architectures; partner with CE, CSM, and Sales on renewal-critical accounts. • Own cross-platform unification and developer experience — close hybrid framework gaps, solve cross-surface guide delivery across the native/WebView boundary, and reduce the integration cost for customers' engineering teams. Who you are Beyond the qualifications, we hire through a specific lens. These aren't buzzwords; they're the things we'll actually look for in how you talk about your work. You're a builder, not a maintainer. You're most energized when there isn't a clear path yet, and you get to define it. You don't wait for direction; you identify gaps, shape solutions, and drive them forward. At Pendo, great PMs don't manage backlogs — they make architectural and commercial calls that show up in renewal conversations within weeks. You'll join a product mid-flight, take ownership fast, and be the named PM on every active customer issue before the end of your first month. You're AI-curious — genuinely. You're not using AI tools occasionally. You're rewiring how you work around them. You're faster, sharper, and more prolific because of it, and you bring that energy to everything: how you synthesize escalations, how you reason about where AI genuinely improves a workflow versus where it's decoration, how you move from insight to decision in a matrix organization operating heavily on async Slack. This is how the team operates. Must-haves • 5+ years of B2B SaaS product management in a multicultural and global organization. • 3+ years owning an SDK or developer-integrated product as the PM — with command of versioning and release strategy, backwards compatibility and deprecation, adoption across a fragmented installed base, and crash impact on software you do not control. This is a hard requirement. • Mobile platform fluency: native iOS and Android, and the practical differences between hybrid frameworks from an integration standpoint. • Demonstrated AI product judgment — you've shipped an AI-powered capability or can reason clearly about where AI improves a workflow versus where it adds noise; you use AI tooling actively in your own work. • Escalation temperament: you've owned sev-level escalations where your SDK caused a production issue in a customer's app and stayed credible through it. • Enterprise customer-facing skill in English, with large regulated accounts and their engineering teams; comfort operating in a matrix organization with US stakeholders and heavy async communication. • Available to start as soon as possible and committed to the full nine-month term. Nice-to-haves • Experience with product analytics, session replay, crash reporting, or digital adoption platforms. • Hands-on background in mobile engineering before moving into product. • Experience joining a product mid-flight and taking ownership quickly — an interim, transition, or turnaround assignment. • Experience running a design partner or early-access programme with enterprise engineering teams. • Previous experience with Pendo or comparable mobile SDK tooling. About Pendo Pendo was founded in 2013 by former product managers, who combined their heads and hearts to build something they wanted but never had as product managers: a simple way to understand and attack what truly drives product success. Our mission is to improve society's experience with software. Come join one of the fastest-growing startups, supported by best-in-class institutions like Battery Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, Spark Capital and Meritech. Pendo core values: Bias to Act, Hone Your Craft, The Team is Pendo, and Maniacal Focus. Location: This role is based in Herzliya, Israel, in-office 2–3 days per week. This is a nine-month fixed-term, full-time Pendo employee position with full benefits. Benefits: Premium, day-one benefits across health, pension, meals, and lifestyle — plus strong in-office perks and financial upside. EEOC: We are an equal opportunity employer and believe having diverse teams where everyone brings their whole self to Pendo is key to our success. We welcome all people of different backgrounds, experiences, abilities and perspectives. Accessibility: Pendo is committed to working with, and providing access and reasonable accommodation to, applicants with mental and/or physical disabilities. If you think you may require an accommodation for any part of the recruitment process, please send a request to: [email protected]. All requests for accommodations are treated discreetly and confidentially, as practical and permitted by law.

Senior Product Manager
AppsFlyer · Herzliya

AppsFlyer is the global leader in mobile attribution and marketing analytics, empowering thousands of the world's leading apps and brands to make smarter growth decisions. For most of these brands, the website is just as important as the app: it's where many customers discover them, sign up and buy. Yet web measurement is still fragmented, built on last-click, cookies and siloed tools that don't connect to the rest of the customer journey. Our Web Attribution product brings AppsFlyer's trusted, independent measurement to the web. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead AppsFlyer's expansion from mobile to web. In this role, you will own Web Attribution end-to-end: how AppsFlyer measures the paid and owned channels that drive website conversions, from search and social to video, AI assistance, CTV and influencers, and how those results connect with app and other platforms into one view of the customer. Join one of AppsFlyer's most strategic bets: bringing the market leader in mobile measurement to the web, in a small, fast-moving team with real visibility across R&D, data and customers. Help leading global brands get independent, trusted web measurement, while shaping a brand-new product area from the ground up. What you’ll do • Own the Web Attribution product end-to-end, from discovery and strategy to execution, launch, adoption and continuous improvement. • Define and drive the roadmap for web performance measurement: attribution of any channel to web conversions (clicks, views, CTV and more), multi-touch, web analytics and reporting, and ad network integrations and optimization postbacks. • Lead in a privacy-first world: build durable measurement as cookies, identifiers and browser rules keep changing, through first-party data, probabilistic and modeled approaches, and partner integrations. • Work closely with R&D (Backend, Frontend, Data Engineering, Data Science) to build scalable, high-performance measurement products. • Work with ad networks and platform partners to build and expand web integrations, bringing mobile-grade measurement to the web: granular, independent attribution and conversion data sent back to partners to power campaign optimization. • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions and Marketing on positioning, competitive strategy, pricing and adoption, in a market with well-established competitors. • Engage directly with customers, from mobile-first brands to web-first ecommerce, fintech and subscription businesses, to validate direction and drive adoption. • Drive prioritization in a high-demand environment with multiple stakeholders and competing initiatives. What you have • Passion to solve, build, and provide real value to your customers • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in data-heavy B2B SaaS environments. • Proven experience building and scaling measurement, analytics, or performance marketing products. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define KPIs, interpret data, and use data to guide product decisions. • Experience working closely with engineering and data teams on complex, scalable systems. • Ability to operate in ambiguity and bring structure to complex problem spaces. • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working cross-functionally in large organizations. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex measurement concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences Bonus points • Deep familiarity with the web measurement ecosystem: web analytics tools, tag managers, conversion APIs, and how the major ad platforms report web conversions. • Familiarity with attribution models, view-through and multi-touch attribution, incrementality, and privacy-related measurement challenges (cookie loss, browser restrictions, consent). • Experience with web-to-app, cross-device or cross-platform measurement. • Technical background in web development, analytics, data science, or engineering. • Recommended by an AppsFlyer employee As a global company operating from 25 offices across 19 countries, we reflect the human mosaic of the diverse and multicultural world in which we live. We ensure equal opportunities for all of our employees and promote the recruitment of diverse talents to our global teams without consideration of race, gender, culture, or sexual orientation. Principal Product Manager - AI Agent Platform
Payoneer · Tel Aviv-Yafo, Herzliya

About Payoneer Founded in 2005, Payoneer is the global financial platform that removes friction from doing business across borders, with a mission to connect the world’s underserved businesses to a rising global economy. We’re a community with over 2,500 colleagues all over the world, working to serve customers, and partners in over 190 countries and territories. By taking the complexity out of the financial workflows–including everything from global payments and compliance to multi-currency and workforce management, to providing working capital and business intelligence–we give businesses the tools they need to work efficiently worldwide and grow with confidence. Glilot Hybrid Full-time Payoneer is building the AI platform that will enable teams across the company to create, deploy, and operate AI agents safely, consistently, and at scale. We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead our AI Control Plane, the platform layer that allows developers, and over time broader teams across Payoneer, to build agents without having to solve the underlying infrastructure challenges themselves. The vision is simple: teams should be able to focus on what an agent needs to accomplish, the business outcome it should drive, and how it should behave, while the platform takes care of the infrastructure, controls, governance, and reusable capabilities required to make it work reliably. This is not a role for someone who has only shipped individual AI features or customer-facing products. We are looking for a product leader who has built internal platforms that other teams build on, understands Agentic AI deeply, and is excited by the challenge of creating foundational capabilities that can unlock AI across an entire organization. You will operate at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, and AI, helping shape how Payoneer builds and scales agentic products for the future. What you'll do: • Own the AI Control Plane. Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the platform that enables teams across Payoneer to build and operate AI agents. • Build for builders. Create a platform experience that allows developers and other teams to focus on business logic and agent behavior while the platform handles the underlying complexity. • Create reusable platform capabilities. Define common services, patterns, and infrastructure that can support multiple agents, teams, and use cases rather than one-off implementations. • Shape the agent infrastructure. Partner deeply with Engineering and Architecture on the capabilities required to build, manage, and scale agentic systems. • Establish control and governance. Define how users, permissions, policies, monitoring, risk, and governance should work across the agent ecosystem. • Make agents observable and manageable. Build the capabilities needed to understand how agents behave, where they fail, how they are being used, and how teams can operate them safely. • Drive platform adoption. Make the platform simple enough and valuable enough that teams choose to build on it rather than creating their own infrastructure. • Set the product standards. Define what good looks like for agent infrastructure, platform quality, scalability, developer experience, and operational readiness. • Lead through ambiguity. This is a rapidly evolving space. You will make decisions with incomplete information, evaluate new technologies quickly, and turn emerging capabilities into a coherent platform strategy. • Move fast. We are accelerating significantly in this area and are looking for someone who can bring relevant experience from day one and quickly become a driving force behind the platform. Who you are: Experience • An experienced product leader. You have 9+ years of Product Management experience, with a track record of owning complex, technical products. • A proven platform builder. You have built or led an internal platform that other teams, products, or developers rely on and build on top of. • Principal-level in scope and impact. You have led complex, cross-organizational product areas with a high degree of independence, ambiguity, technical complexity, and influence. • Deeply fluent in Agentic AI. You understand how agentic systems work beyond the surface level and can engage meaningfully on agent architecture, orchestration, tools, context, control, reliability, and lifecycle. • Platform-minded. You naturally think in reusable capabilities, common infrastructure, self-service, and scalability rather than solving one use case at a time. • Technically strong. You can partner closely with senior engineers and architects, understand technical trade-offs, and translate infrastructure complexity into clear product decisions. • Comfortable building products for internal users. You do not need your product to be directly customer-facing to see its impact. You are motivated by enabling many teams and products through the capabilities you create. • Experienced in 0→1 and transformation. You know how to define a platform before all the answers are known, establish product principles, and evolve capabilities as adoption grows. • Strong at influence without authority. You can align Engineering, Architecture, Security, Product, and other stakeholders around a shared platform strategy. Advantage: • Experience building an AI Platform, Agent Platform, LLM Platform, Developer Platform, or other core technical platform. • Experience with AI Agents or Agentic Systems. • Experience with areas such as agent orchestration, tool use, MCP, evaluation, guardrails, observability, monitoring, human-in-the-loop, permissions, governance, or policy management. • Experience building self-service capabilities for developers or internal product teams. • Experience with SDKs, APIs, developer tooling, platform adoption, or developer experience. • Experience making build-vs-buy decisions around AI infrastructure or third-party technologies. #LI-MP2 The Payoneer Ways of Working Act as our customer’s partner on the inside Learning what they need and creating what will help them go further. Glilot Hybrid Full-time Serving users in over 190 countries, we have to keep them at the heart of what we build, and that is harder in a highly regulated industry. It means taking complex fintech processes and making them simple and transparent, connecting people to real value with minimal effort on their side. Onboarding and the customer lifecycle sit at the center of that - it's where a business decides whether Payoneer is worth its time, and where we either earn the relationship or lose it. We're looking for a strong product leader to own how customers discover, activate and grow with Payoneer across multiple surfaces. What you'll do: • Lead growth across the customer lifecycle. Own the journey from first touch through onboarding to activation and move the numbers that matter. • Take Payoneer to new surfaces. Define how we show up wherever our customers already are - mobile, partner and marketplace integrations, embedded and API-first flows - and make each one a real front door. • Own the customer experience end-to-end - discovery, solution definition, delivery, outcomes, and post-launch learning - across onboarding, verification touchpoints, lifecycle journeys and the experimentation engine that improves them. • Act as our customers’ partner on the inside - spend real time with customers, and advocate for their needs in every prioritization decision. • Build and grow the team. Hire, coach, and set the bar for a team of product managers. Make them the visible owners of their areas, and create the space for yourself to think six months ahead. • Set the strategy and make the case for it. Define where the area goes, sequence the bets, defend the roadmap to senior leadership, and adjust as you learn. • Partner closely with stakeholders across Marketing, GTM, Partnerships, Compliance, Risk, Operations and Engineering - become fluent enough in their world to collaborate effectively, and drive initiatives responsibly. Growth in a regulated business means winning on conversion without giving ground on quality. • Communicate decisions clearly and proactively to your team and to senior management. Stakeholders should always know what the team is doing and why - without needing to ask. • Leverage AI to raise the bar - in the product and in how the team works. Bring AI into the customer journey where it removes real friction, and use it to accelerate research, synthesis, and execution while you and your PMs do the thinking. Who you are: Experience • 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years managing product managers, with a track record of owning growth or activation outcomes in fintech, marketplaces or consumer-grade B2B products - ideally in a regulated domain. • Experience launching and scaling new surfaces - mobile, partner-embedded, marketplace or API-driven experiences - and a clear view of how a multi-surface journey stays coherent while each surface plays to its strengths. • Data mastery across both halves. Fluent in analytics and quantitative reasoning - funnels, cohorts, experiments, statistical judgment - and equally committed to going and getting the qualitative evidence. • Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered product capabilities - personalization, guided or conversational onboarding, intelligent routing - and a grounded view of where AI earns its place in the journey and where it doesn’t. • Attention to detail is not negotiable in this domain - include the name of your favorite TV show in your resume. • Bias for action, Excellent judgment, and a great communicator. • Customer-centric with a designer’s eye. You think in terms of business impact through solving real customers’ problems, and you hold a high bar for craft in every flow that carries the Payoneer name. #LI-MP2 The Payoneer Ways of Working Act as our customer’s partner on the inside Learning what they need and creating what will help them go further. Role summary Glilot, Israel Hybrid Full-time The PM on an AI-native team is a business owner in the fullest sense. They own the problem space, the customer, the data, the roadmap, the communication, and the outcome. AI tools remove the operational overhead that previously prevented PMs from operating at this level. This is a demanding profile. The PM needs to be experienced enough to exercise judgment under ambiguity, commercially minded enough to connect product decisions directly to business outcomes, and technically literate enough to work alongside engineers without becoming a bottleneck. The three things that matter most: judgment, bias for action, and creativity. AI fluency is table stakes. What you’ll do • Own the full product lifecycle for your area - discovery, definition, delivery, and post-launch learning - end-to-end, without waiting for handoffs. • Develop deep customer understanding. Spend real time with users. Bring customer insight into every prioritization decision. • Run and interpret your own data - Define goals and KPIs, monitor and measures impact, and make decisions based on evidence you’ve constructed yourself. • Define and manage experiments with statistical rigor. Own the hypothesis, the design, and the interpretation of results. • Orchestrate AI agents and tools to accelerate research, synthesis, and execution. Use them to eliminate low-value work, not to replace thinking. • Communicate decisions clearly and proactively. Stakeholders should always know what the team is doing and why - without needing to ask. • Be a part of a learning organization. Share what you and your team learn across the organization. Treat cross-pollination as a core part of the job. • Operate in a high autonomy environment. Work with a high sense of ownership. Know when to move independently and when to bring others in. Who you are • 6+ years of product management experience with a track record of owning business outcomes, not just shipping features. • Commercially minded, users focused. You think in terms of business impact through solving real users' problems. Product decisions connect directly to metrics that matter. • Strong analytical instincts. You work directly with data - building queries, interpreting results, making the call. • High agency. You move without being pushed. You identify what needs to happen and make it happen. • Technically fluent. You understand how systems work well enough to have substantive conversations with engineers and make trade-offs. • AI-native. You use AI tools as a core part of how you work - research, synthesis, prototyping, analysis. This is not optional for this role. • Incredible communicator. You write and speak with precision. You know how to tailor context for different audiences. • Curious and honest. You ask hard questions, including of your own assumptions. You share what you learn, including what did not work. • Great to work with – You're a team player, eager to learn as you’re eager to teach.
