Operation Manager, Content Moderation
Fiverr · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description We are looking for a highly proactive and experienced Operations Manager to help lead the operational evolution in content moderation of the Trust & Safety (T&S) department. This role sits at the intersection of moderation operations, product, technology, data, policy and external vendors. The person will be responsible not only for maintaining existing operations, but for identifying gaps, building scalable solutions and driving complex T&S initiatives from problem definition through implementation. This is a role for someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, operates with a high degree of independence and naturally takes ownership. We are looking for someone who does not wait for a fully defined task or process, but can identify what needs to happen, build the plan, align the right stakeholders and move the work forward. What am I going to do? • Own complex Trust & Safety operational initiatives from definition through execution, rollout and measurement. • Lead operational aspects of new moderation technologies, external vendor integrations and tooling improvements, including solutions such as automated and AI-assisted moderation. • Act as the operational owner for integrations: define requirements, identify dependencies, coordinate Product, Engineering, Data, Policy, Legal and vendor stakeholders, manage timelines and drive decisions to closure. • Translate T&S problems and policy requirements into scalable operational workflows, enforcement logic, rules, tooling requirements and implementation plans. • Continuously identify operational gaps, inefficiencies and emerging abuse trends and proactively propose solutions rather than waiting for predefined projects. • Build and improve moderation workflows across automation and human review, balancing accuracy, operational efficiency, user impact and business needs. • Own relationships with relevant moderation and T&S vendors, including implementation, performance management, escalation and ongoing optimization. • Drive cross-functional projects involving Policy, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Legal, Customer Care, QA and Training. • Support incident and escalation management when operational or platform-integrity risks require rapid cross-functional response. • Help shape the longer-term operating model and capabilities of the Trust & Safety function. Requirements • 3+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, marketplace integrity, risk operations, fraud operations, content moderation, platform operations or another complex operational environment. • Demonstrated experience independently leading large or cross-functional projects. • Strong ownership mentality and bias for action — you naturally ask “what needs to happen next?” and make it happen. • Ability to take an ambiguous problem and turn it into a structured plan with clear decisions, owners and execution. • Strong stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to influence Product, Engineering, Data and business teams. • Comfortable working with technical teams and learning new systems, APIs, workflows and technical concepts. Engineering experience is not required, but technical curiosity is. • Strong analytical judgment and ability to use data to make decisions and measure operational impact. • Excellent written and verbal communication, with an ability to simplify complex topics and drive conversations toward decisions. • High level of independence, reliability and follow-through. Strong Advantages • Experience implementing or managing third-party Trust & Safety, moderation, fraud or risk technology. • Experience working with AI/ML-powered moderation, detection or enforcement systems. • Experience with moderation operations at scale or with BPO/vendor environments. • Familiarity with data analysis, SQL, dashboards or experimentation. • Experience working within a two-sided marketplace or other UGC-heavy platform. • Previous experience leading people or acting as the senior operational owner of a function. Working with AI AI and automation are integral to enhancing our Trust & Safety operations. You will leverage AI-assisted moderation tools to improve efficiency and accuracy, and potentially work with AI-driven analytics to identify emerging abuse trends. Your role will involve guiding the operational application of these technologies and ensuring their effective integration with human oversight and policy enforcement. Equal opportunities At Fiverr, we know that talent has no single face. We welcome talent from everywhere and everyone because it makes everything we build better. Need accommodations? Just ask. VP Operations
ScaleOps · Tel Aviv-Yafo

ScaleOps is redefining autonomous cloud and AI infrastructure. We're on a mission to free DevOps and platform engineers from manual resource management so they can focus on innovation, not tuning resources. The results: maximized performance and a reduction of cloud costs by up to 80%. As the category leader in Autonomous Cloud and AI Infrastructure Resource Management, we're trusted by leading enterprises including Adobe, Wiz, Epic Games, Northwestern Mutual, Coinbase, DocuSign, and Fortune 100 companies to autonomously manage their most critical production environments. Backed by Insight Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and other leading VCs with over $210M in funding, ScaleOps is the leading player in a massive and growing market. We are building the autonomous infrastructure management platform that will power the next decade of enterprise compute. We're hiring a hands-on VP of Operations to own daily operations, office management, business systems, and employee experience end to end. This is the person who makes sure every office runs well, every new hire has a great first day, every tool actually works, and every internal event comes off without a hitch - while building the playbooks that let all of that keep working as we double and triple in size. What You'll Own • Office & workplace management: Run the day-to-day of our offices (Tel Aviv HQ, Boston, and any new locations) - facilities, space planning, supplies, health & safety, work policy, and the relationships with landlords, cleaners, caterers, and building management. • Business systems: Own the internal tools stack (Google Workspace, Slack, expense & procurement tools, equipment provisioning, workplace tech) - select, implement, and administer new systems as the company scales, and manage IT vendor and helpdesk relationships. • Process ownership & cross-functional initiatives: Spot operational inefficiencies that cut across teams, design and roll out standardized processes (new-hire ramp, procurement requests, cross-department handoffs), and lead the cross-functional initiatives that keep GTM, R&D, and G&A in sync as headcount scales — partnering directly with functional leaders rather than owning their teams. • Employee experience: Design and run onboarding and offboarding (equipment, desk setup, first-week experience), internal communications, and the full company events calendar - all-hands, offsites, team celebrations, and holiday events - for a multi-office workforce. • Process & playbooks: Build the operational playbooks - new-hire onboarding, equipment procurement, travel & expense policy, office-opening checklist - needed as headcount doubles and triples. • Cross-office consistency: Keep the employee experience and operational standards consistent across the US and Israel offices, navigating different local norms, holidays, and vendors. • Special projects: Lead office moves and new-office openings, company offsites, and other one-off logistics-heavy initiatives. What We're Looking For • 5+ years in Workplace Operations, Office Management, People Operations, or general Operations, including experience leading a team • Has personally run office management, business systems, or employee experience at a company that scaled from roughly 100 → 500+ employees - MUST • Hands-on experience selecting and administering business/workplace tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, expense & procurement platforms) and managing IT/vendor relationships • Track record designing onboarding, internal events, and employee-experience programs that scale, not just one-off logistics • Strong vendor negotiation and budget management skills • Excellent project management with a genuine "no task too small" mentality, balanced with the instinct to build repeatable systems rather than solve the same problem twice • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with shifting daily priorities Strong pluses • Experience managing multiple offices/geos, ideally including Israel or another international location • Experience opening or building out a new office location outside of Israel from scratch • Background partnering closely with People/HR and IT/Security teams
