As we expand, we're looking for a rockstar Operations Monetization Specialist to join our great team. Responsibilities: Manage monetization and product activities within the game's Back End system including: Setting up promotions, Controlling game features, Creating segments and pricing configurations, Implementing segmentation, etc. Ensure smooth operation of promotions, events, and live tests. Set up campaigns in the game's Back Office system, including managing assets and pricing configurations. Enable/disable game features and events through the Back Office system. Collaborate with monetization, economy, and product teams. Work with the QA team to verify campaign configurations in the live version. Daily monitoring of tests. Requirements B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or related field / Fourth-year Industrial Engineering student. Strong technical background Excellent management skills to prioritize work effectively Proficiency in spoken and written English Advanced computer skills, adept at handling multiple applications and platforms simultaneously Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Proactive and creative mindset, driven to enhance and continuously learn Flexibility to work off-hours when required

Responsibilities • Develop and manage quarterly and monthly strategies that utilize all product features and marketing tools, alongside generating innovative ideas. • Manage the segmentation of all players who have joined our game, categorizing them based on their motivations and behaviours. • Design and implement monetization strategies aimed at motivating players to stay, play, and pay, ensuring alignment with retention and monetization KPIs. • Create and execute daily promotional plans, managing their implementation from campaign design and creative development across all communication channels to operational launch, QA, monitoring, and analysis of results, and making necessary adjustments. • Collaborate closely with creative and operation teams, product owners, and the business analytics team. Requirements • 3+ years of experience as a Monetization Manager in a gaming company. • Methodological approach to data, together with the ability to present the data clearly and efficiently to support business decisions. • Structural approach to data with strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills. • Advanced Excel, Looker and Big Query knowledge - advantage. • Strong English written/verbal skills. • ‘Team worker’& a ‘people person’ - positive, initiator, curious, independent and a quick learner.
