Job description We are looking for a Production Team Lead to run our electro-mechanical assembly line. You will manage a team of 5–10 employees, plan and oversee in-house and outsourced production, and work closely with our Engineering, Procurement and Quality teams. The role reports to the VP Supply Chain. What you'll do: • Plan and manage day-to-day production and assembly, including inventory and schedules • Meet throughout, quality and on-time delivery targets • Lead process improvement and continuous improvement on the production line • Maintain production documentation and ensure workplace safety • Maintain and calibrate equipment, certify employees and work to ESD and IPC standards • Plan capacity, run incoming inspection of components and ship systems to the field Requirements • Practical Engineer (Handasai) in Industrial Engineering and Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics or Electrical Engineering • 2+ years of experience in electro-mechanical production or assembly • 1+ years of team management experience • Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics • Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills • English proficiency Nice to have: • Experience with NetSuite • Experience managing subcontractors and working in a hardware startup

A Day in the Life We are looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to join our manufacturing site in Medtronic Yokneam. In this role, you will support daily production activities on the shop floor, help guide operators, and make sure work is completed safely, on time, and according to quality standards. You will work with production team and other support functions to help resolve issues, improve workflow, and keep operations running smoothly. You will help create a culture of accountability, ownership, and operational excellence on the production floor while reporting to the production manager. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: • Supervise daily manufacturing activities on the shop floor • Support operators and help ensure production targets are met • Monitor safety, quality, delivery, and output • Work with quality, maintenance, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve production issues • Help maintain 5S and workplace organization standards • Communicate daily priorities and changes to the team • Support employee attendance, performance, and workplace conduct according to company procedures • Identify improvement opportunities in the production process • Follow company standards, policies, and manufacturing procedures Required Knowledge and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering/ Practical Engineer or equivalent relevant experience • 2 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment • Experience leading or supporting a small team • Basic problem-solving and analytical skills • Good communication and teamwork skills • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and shop floor operations • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment • Fluent in Hebrew and English Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement concepts • Previous experience in supervision, team coordination, or production support • The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing, good communication skills, and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced production environment.
