Job description We are looking for a Production Team Lead to run our electro-mechanical assembly line. You will manage a team of 5–10 employees, plan and oversee in-house and outsourced production, and work closely with our Engineering, Procurement and Quality teams. The role reports to the VP Supply Chain. What you'll do: • Plan and manage day-to-day production and assembly, including inventory and schedules • Meet throughout, quality and on-time delivery targets • Lead process improvement and continuous improvement on the production line • Maintain production documentation and ensure workplace safety • Maintain and calibrate equipment, certify employees and work to ESD and IPC standards • Plan capacity, run incoming inspection of components and ship systems to the field Requirements • Practical Engineer (Handasai) in Industrial Engineering and Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics or Electrical Engineering • 2+ years of experience in electro-mechanical production or assembly • 1+ years of team management experience • Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics • Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills • English proficiency Nice to have: • Experience with NetSuite • Experience managing subcontractors and working in a hardware startup

Description • ניהול מלאי: אחריות על רמות מלאי חו"ג ותוצ"ג. • ניהול תהליכי ייצור: פיקוח על ביצוע טיפולים תרמיים, תהליכי ניקוי וחיתוך, בהתאם לתוכנית הייצור וליעדי המלאי. • בקרה ותיעוד: ניהול רישום שוטף, מעקב ובקרת איכות של התהליכים במחלקה. • ניהול צוות: הובלת צוות, כולל קביעת סדרי עדיפויות, חלוקת משימות וחניכה Requirements • שפות: עברית ברמה טובה מאוד, אנגלית ברמה בסיסית. • מערכות מידע: שליטה ביישומי מחשב וניסיון עבודה עם מערכת ERP (הפקת פקודות עבודה ודיווח) • כישורים אישיים: יחסי אנוש מצוינים, “ראש גדול" ומחויבות גבוהה למערכת • נכונות למשמרת בוקר : א'-ד' - 07:00-16:21, ה' - 07:00-15:21, נכונות לביצוע שע"נ עד 19:00 לפי צורך.
