IT Specialist
Minute · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description Minute Media is a global sports & entertainment media and technology company with all technological needs developed in-house, end-to-end, within a dynamic, big-data environment. Minute Media’s platform serves as the company's backbone, powering its content and enabling the growth of other leading digital media brands. Our owned and operated destinations include The Players’ Tribune, 90min, Sports Illustrated, Mental Floss, and FanSided. For more information, visit www.MinuteMedia.com. We’re looking for a Junior IT Specialist to join our team and provide day-to-day IT support to employees across our global offices. From onboarding new employees and troubleshooting technical issues to managing permissions and supporting Mac and Windows devices, you’ll play an important role in creating a smooth and secure employee experience. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their IT career who is hands-on, service-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment. Responsibilities: • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests, mainly for our Israel team with backup for our UK and US colleagues, managing each request through Zendesk and Slack from first response through resolution. • Onboard new employees and offboard leavers, including creating and closing accounts, granting and removing access, and making sure everyone is ready to work on day one. • Help employees access the tools they work with, including sign-in and MFA issues, access requests, mail groups, and software licences, mostly in Okta and Google Workspace. • Prepare, hand over, and support Mac and Windows laptops, from setting up a new device to troubleshooting and replacing an old one. • Act as the first stop for employees who want to use AI tools, understanding what they are trying to achieve, pointing them to the right approved tool, and helping them get started safely. Requirements • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in IT support, IT operations, or system administration, gained at a company, in military service, or in a similar setting. • Confidence working with user accounts, permissions, and troubleshooting on macOS and Windows. Experience with Google Workspace or Okta is an advantage. • Real curiosity about AI: you already use AI tools yourself and see them as a way to do your job better. • A fast, independent learner who takes on new challenges and can keep things running when the rest of the team is away. • Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English, with the patience to support both technical and non-technical employees while handling several requests at once.

IT Specialist
Blockaid · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description Money is becoming software. That changes everything about how it has to be protected. Stablecoins, tokenized assets, and payments made by AI agents are moving real value at machine speed. That’s where Blockaid comes in. We build the security technology behind how money moves. Coinbase, MetaMask, Uniswap, and many of the largest platforms moving money today rely on us to screen billions of transactions and stop fraud, scams, and hacks before they reach a single user. We’re backed by investors including Sequoia Capital, Ribbit Capital, and Cyberstarts, firms behind some of the biggest names in cybersecurity. We're looking for an IT Manager to own how Blockaid works day to day: how people get access, how their machines operate, how the network runs, and how the offices function. What You'll Do: • Help Desk & Support. Serve as the single point of contact for all IT support. Handle everything from day-to-day access requests and software hiccups to laptop troubleshooting, ensuring the team gets fast, hands-on help directly from you. • Identity. Own Okta as our primary IdP. Automate the full joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle from HiBob into every downstream app, and own SAML and OIDC integrations, SCIM provisioning, and adaptive MFA policies. Access should be a function of someone's role, not a ticket. • Endpoints. Own our Apple fleet in Jamf Pro: zero-touch enrollment, configuration profiles, patch policies, and scripted deployments. A new hire's Mac should be compliant and fully configured before they open it. • Network and offices. Own the firewall and wireless infrastructure end to end: policies, VPN, segmentation, 802.1X, and zero-trust remote access. Own every meeting room too, including Meet and Zoom hardware, displays, booking, and cabling, and standardize the build so a new office is a deployment rather than a project. • SaaS. Primary admin for Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Linear, GitHub, and dozens more. Integrate through APIs and webhooks rather than manual sync, and drive license and vendor consolidation. • Automation and AI. Treat every recurring manual task as a bug. Write code against the Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, and HiBob APIs, and use LLM tooling, coding agents, and MCP integrations to build support workflows that resolve requests without a human in the loop. • Security and compliance. Partner with Security on zero-trust access, patch remediation, access reviews, and automated evidence for SOC 2 and ISO 27001. Support incident response with the logs and device actions the team needs, fast. Requirements • 2-3 years experience running IT in a fast-paced environment. • Experience supporting and troubleshooting macOS environments - a must. • A strong service mindset and the ability to independently manage and resolve everyday tech issues end-to-end. • Deep hands-on Okta: lifecycle management, group rules, SAML and OIDC, SCIM, and authentication policies. • Advanced Jamf Pro engineering and macOS troubleshooting at the command line. • Real network experience: firewalls, controller-based wireless, VLANs, VPN, and 802.1X. • Google Workspace administration in depth, plus experience owning conference room AV. • Strong scripting and comfort working straight against REST APIs. You should be able to read an API doc and have something working the same day. • Demonstrated use of AI tools to ship real work.

IT Specialist
Guardio · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description Guardio is one of the fastest-growing companies in consumer cybersecurity - we’ve doubled revenue four years running, passed $150 million in ARR, and now protect over a million people, at a moment when AI has made scams more convincing than ever. AI has democratized cybercrime: scams that once required sophisticated hacking teams are now cheap, personalized, and everywhere. Traditional security wasn’t built for this - so we’re building it, protection that sees the person, connects all the dots - and stop attacks and scams wherever vector they come from. And honestly, we all feel here - it’s just the beginning! Let's cut to the chase. What's the job? We're looking for an IT Specialist to own the systems every Guardio employee runs on - identity, devices, access, tools and the office itself. Our IT is cloud-first and deliberately broad: 100+ people, a Mac-first fleet, everything behind SSO, and a stack that runs from Okta to Claude Code. Plenty of it still works because someone does it by hand - and your mission is to change that. Solve things once, automate them, and build the checks that catch what automation misses. You'll work alongside our Director of IT with real ownership from day one - and since we're a security company, doing all of it securely isn't an extra requirement. It's just how we work. You will: • Own the employee lifecycle end to end - onboarding to offboarding: device, identity, access, and licenses - with SSO on every app, permissions driven by groups and access that grants and revokes itself as people join, move, and leave. • Automate everything worth automating: workflows, APIs, scripts and agents that turn manual IT work into systems that run themselves. • Own the fleet: MDM across Mac and Windows, plus the full hardware lifecycle - procurement to secure retirement. • Own vendor relationships: sourcing, negotiation, landing new tools properly inside the company, licenses and renewals. No surprises on renewal day. • Keep the office running: network, AV, and everything physical. • Be the person everyone's thrilled to work with - prompt, articulate and committed to taking every issue across the finish line. Sounds great! Am I the right fit? Well, our guess is you have a good chance of being that person if you check as many of these as possible: • 2-5 years in IT operations at a tech company. • You've run an enterprise MDM (Jamf, Kandji, Intune, JumpCloud or equivalent) and an identity provider (Okta, Google Workspace, Entra ID or similar). These two are the non-negotiables. • Strong on macOS, competent on Windows and solid on networking fundamentals. • You're AI-native: you already use AI tools to move faster, you've built something real with them and you know when to verify the output before trusting it. • The third time you do something manually, you automate it. That instinct matters more to us than any specific tool on your CV. • You write things down. The next person shouldn't have to ask you how it works. • Excellent English, written and spoken. Talk nerdy to me. Don't mind if we do. What you'd be running: • Identity: Okta + Google Workspace • Endpoints: Mac-first fleet with some Windows, fully MDM-managed, EDR on everything • Access: Zero Trust via Tailscale, cloud-managed Wi-Fi • The rest of the stack: Slack, Notion, Atlassian, GitHub, 1Password, BambooHR, GCP • Tooling: Claude Code with an in-house plugin marketplace of skills, MCP servers and CLIs - the same one R&D uses Thinking of a great addition? Let's do it.
