The Company Mixtiles is a $300M profitable consumer brand reinventing how homes feel. We build products people didn't know they needed - and now can't imagine living without. Wall photos. Self-watering plants. Smart lighting. Behind those products is a team of about 100 exceptional people. Our job is to make sure nothing gets in the way of them doing their best work. The Role Technology should be an accelerator, not a bottleneck. We're looking for an IT Manager to own the technology experience across Mixtiles. From the moment someone joins the company to the day they leave, you'll make sure every tool, device, system, and workflow helps people move faster. This is a true one-person team. You'll own the day-to-day while continuously improving it. Supporting teammates, leading company-wide initiatives, strengthening security, introducing AI and automation, and building the systems that allow Mixtiles to scale. You'll work closely with Engineering, our CISO, and DevSecOps to continuously raise the bar on security while keeping technology simple and frictionless. As Mixtiles grows, you'll also help build the IT, security, and compliance foundations required of a global company preparing for future milestones, including a potential IPO. What You'll Do • Own the end-to-end internal technology experience across the company. • Deliver fast, thoughtful support that keeps people productive. • Lead seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences. • Manage our Mac environment, SaaS applications, identity management, devices, and workplace infrastructure. • Partner with our CISO and DevSecOps teams to strengthen security across the company. • Lead company-wide IT initiatives that improve scalability, security, and employee experience. • Introduce AI and automation to eliminate repetitive work and help the company move faster. • Build systems and processes that scale as the company grows. Who You Are • You love solving problems for people, and you move fast when they need you. • You combine exceptional service with strong technical judgment. • You're AI first. Your instinct is to automate before doing something manually twice. • You enjoy building systems that scale instead of relying on heroics. • You care deeply about security without losing sight of usability. • You're highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning an entire function. • You thrive in environments where you can roll up your sleeves, take ownership, and continuously improve how things work. Why This Role This isn't about keeping the lights on. It's about building an AI-first, security minded, modern IT function that helps our team to move faster every day. If you're excited by the challenge of building that, we'd love to meet.
We're looking for a product-minded IT leader to help Lemonade scale how teams get work done internally. You'll lead IT in Tel Aviv, manage a team of IT Solutionists, and build more autonomous Maker experiences - partnering across Product, Engineering, and Security to turn business needs into coherent strategies, systems, and automations using AI-powered products. We believe three things matter for every role at Lemonade: drive to push through challenges, efficiency that keeps standards high while moving fast, and adaptability that lets you pivot with data and AI insights. These aren't buzzwords, they're how we actually work. Our AI-first approach isn't just a tagline either. We're building the future of insurance with AI at the center, and we need people who are genuinely excited to learn and grow alongside these tools. In this role you'll • Build and execute the Autonomous Maker Experience across the employee lifecycle, workplace technology, and technical support • Manage and develop IT Solutionists into stronger owners, builders, and advisers • Partner with leadership to identify, frame, and prioritize high-impact automation and AI opportunities • Apply problem decomposition and system design to turn incomplete ideas into clear plans and recommendations • Personally prototype and build automations, agents, workflows, and internal tools • Own cross-functional AI opportunities from discovery through rollout, adoption, and impact measurement • Own the Tel Aviv tech experience - networks, AV, MSPs, vendors, budgets, AI governance, and Security partnership • Build solutions that fit cohesively into Lemonade's wider agentic systems and Maker experience What you'll need • 7+ years across IT engineering, internal products, automation, business systems, technical operations, or adjacent roles • 3+ years leading and developing technical teams • Strong problem abstractions and the ability to structure and solve ambiguous business problems • Technical credibility to work as a peer with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Security • Strong understanding of AI, APIs, data flows, integrations, MCPs, security, and scalable system design • Experience with tools such as Claude, Cursor, Workato, or similar platforms • Comfort prototyping with Python, TypeScript, Ruby, or comparable languages • Strong communication and upward-management skills • A track record of creating direction, developing others, and shipping meaningful outcomes • Ready to work in an office environment most days of the week
