Description groundcover is a fast-growing B2D company set to reinvent the way developers monitor their cloud-native applications and impact their organization’s scale. We help teams by providing them with the insights they need to troubleshoot better and faster when trouble hits. We believe that even the most complex systems can have a flawless and amazing user journey. Our product is built on a unique Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC) architecture, challenging the traditional SaaS model and introducing complex infrastructure challenges that require innovative solutions. We’re looking for a highly skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join our team and own the scaling, management, and automation of our platform’s distributed environments. If you’re excited about building high-scale distributed systems and solving deep DevOps and infrastructure challenges, let’s talk. What You’ll Do: • Own and scale infrastructure – Design, build, and optimize the backbone of our observability platform, ensuring seamless deployment across hundreds of distributed environments. • Solve complex scalability challenges – Tackle unique problems in multi-cluster Kubernetes environments, multi-cloud setups, and high-ingestion observability pipelines. • Manage data at scale – Build and optimize configurable data pipelines, ensuring efficient ingestion, storage, and querying of large volumes of observability data with resilience, consistency, and analytical capabilities. • Automate everything – Develop infrastructure as code, improve CI/CD processes, and automate environment provisioning for reliability and efficiency. • Enhance system reliability – Design robust monitoring, alerting, and self-healing mechanisms for a high-scale production environment. • Collaborate cross-functionally – Work closely with backend engineers, product teams, and customers to design scalable, developer-friendly infrastructure. • Adopt and implement cutting-edge technologies – Continuously evaluate and introduce new tools and frameworks to improve scalability, performance, and cost efficiency. • Improve deployment efficiency – Optimize Helm charts, Kubernetes operators, and Terraform configurations to streamline environment creation and lifecycle management. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles. • Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure). • Experience with scalable observability stacks (e.g., ClickHouse, VictoriaMetrics, OpenTelemetry) is a huge plus. • Deep understanding of distributed systems, networking, and containerized workloads. • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Go, Python, or similar) for automation and tooling • Passion for building scalable, reliable, and efficient infrastructure. • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges independently.
Description MER Group is looking for an Infrastructure & Network Engineer to manage a multi-site environment—including servers, virtualization, networking and communications, backup, and recovery—and to embed security requirements into the implementation phase. This role owns configuration and hardening baselines, ensures the resilience of core systems, and controls the production readiness gate. Responsibilities • Own configuration and hardening baselines for all platforms, including documented periodic reviews. • Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, and the virtualization layer. • Manage the FortiGate/FortiSwitch fabric, including policies, VLANs, and segmentation. • Implement outbound traffic controls and transition from broad allow rules to clearly defined restrictive policies. • Consolidate remote access and reduce unmanaged parallel access channels. • Ensure complete backup coverage for core systems, including actual recovery testing—not configuration alone. • Define RTO and RPO targets and develop a disaster recovery plan, including conducting recovery exercises. • Own and enforce the production readiness gate, including for external vendors. • Implement configuration as code so that baselines are consistently enforced rather than dependent on individual memory. Requirements Mandatory Requirements: • Experience: 3–5 years in enterprise infrastructure • Servers: Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization • Networking: Fortinet firewalls—policies, VLANs, and segmentation • Backup: Hands-on backup and real-world recovery experience—not policy configuration alone • Scripting: PowerShell—working scripts with error handling and logging • Hardening: Configuration baselines based on CIS or an equivalent standard • Work practices: Documentation and version control • Languages: Hebrew and technical English Significant Advantages: • Experience working in multi-site and international environments • Configuration as code using Ansible, Terraform, DSC, or an equivalent tool • Experience implementing Privileged Access Management (PAM) • Experience writing and executing disaster recovery plans and exercises • Certifications: NSE 4 or higher, Azure Administrator
Description About Finubit: Finubit is a fast-moving startup creating the bank’s next-generation cloud platform — a modern, Kubernetes-native and AI-driven foundation that powers engineering for over a thousand developers. We’re rethinking how banks build, deploy, and operate systems at scale — combining GitOps, ChatOps, and AI automation to enable self-service, reliability, and observability across every environment. At Finubit, you’ll join a small, expert team building the backbone of a modern engineering organization — from platform automation to AI-based infrastructure orchestration. About the Role: We're looking for an Infrastructure Engineer with a strong backend engineering mindset — someone who treats infrastructure as software. In this role, you won't just operate infrastructure — you'll design systems, write code, and build controllers and automation that power our Kubernetes-native platform. You'll work closely with platform, DevOps, and backend teams to create scalable, reliable infrastructure abstractions used by hundreds of developers. Responsibilities What You’ll Do: • Design and build backend-driven infrastructure workflows using Kubernetes controllers and declarative patterns. • Develop automation and tooling in Go or Python to manage infrastructure at scale. • Manage AWS resources through Kubernetes-native approaches (ACK or similar controller models). • Develop internal APIs, scripts, or services that improve developer workflows and platform capabilities. • Operate and evolve multi-cluster Kubernetes environments with a focus on automation and reliability. • Implement observability patterns and integrate monitoring signals into infrastructure logic. • Collaborate with backend engineers to design infrastructure that behaves like software — versioned, testable, and automated. Requirements What We’re Looking For: • At least 3 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure roles. • Strong backend development mindset. • Experience with Kubernetes, containers, and distributed systems concepts. • Programming experience in Go or Python. • Understanding of APIs, automation workflows, and system design. • Curiosity to learn and improve how infrastructure is built through code. Nice to have: • Experience with Kubernetes controllers, CRDs, or operator patterns. • Exposure to GitOps workflows. • Familiarity with monitoring and observability concepts. • Experience with Temporal or workflow engines is a strong advantage. • Interest in AI-driven automation or ChatOps workflows. Why You’ll Love Working Here: • Build infrastructure like a backend system — not just operate servers. • Work on a Kubernetes-native platform used by thousands of developers. • Be part of a startup shaping how modern banking infrastructure is built. • Grow into advanced platform and distributed systems engineering.
