What You'll Do:
Lead end-to-end technology projects focused on HR Information Systems (HRIS).
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
Manage and drive SharePoint-based projects and solutions.
Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders to understand business needs, optimize processes, and deliver technology solutions.
Work with IT teams, developers, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Define project plans, manage timelines, track milestones, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Oversee development, testing, implementation, and user adoption processes.
Identify opportunities to improve and automate HR processes through technology.
Requirements:
Experience managing technology projects from initiation to delivery - Must
Hands-on experience working with HRIS platforms and HR technology solutions - Must
Experience working with Microsoft SharePoint - Must
Experience gathering business requirements and writing functional specifications - Must
Experience collaborating with HR stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors - Must
Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading HR digital transformation and process automation initiatives - Advantage
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform - Advantage
Experience working in large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders - Advantage
