GTM Ops/GTM Engineer
Alta · Tel Aviv-Yafo

The Role As we scale fast, the constraint isn't strategy — it's trustworthy data and automated motions. You'll own all marketing attribution, all CRM data hygiene, all sales & marketing reporting, and the GTM-engineering automation behind our inbound and outbound motions. Put simply: you make every number in our board deck trustworthy, and every handoff automatic. What You'll Own Attribution. A single source of truth for source and channel performance. Not just platform-level Google vs. Meta — we need ROI cut by campaign type and buyer intent, because that's where the real differences hide. Multi-touch where it earns its complexity. CRM data quality. HubSpot is our system of record. Deduplication, enrichment, field governance, lifecycle-stage definitions, and the known gaps: firmographic enrichment (which drives our entire segmentation and routing model), country coverage, "Not a Deal" hygiene, and account-vs-deal grain. Reporting and analytics. Every sales and marketing dashboard: the funnel (MQA → meeting → opportunity → won), pipeline, cohort and conversion analysis, cost per MQA by channel, and the board metrics. GTM engineering and automation. The systems behind inbound — routing, scoring, speed-to-lead, lifecycle plumbing — that let a small team run a large motion. Outbound. You own the outbound motion end to end, including Katie, our AI SDR agent. Alta runs its own go-to-market on Alta, and you're the operator. What you learn running it goes straight back to the product team. Process and SLAs. Lead scoring, routing rules, and the operational contract between marketing and sales — defined, documented, and enforced in the system rather than in Slack. Who You Are Technically fluent. Deep HubSpot admin and ops expertise — properties, workflows, lifecycle stages, reporting — and comfortable diving into any API, enrichment tool, or automation platform to figure out how it works. A data perfectionist. You believe every number in a board deck should be trustworthy. Deduplication, field governance, lifecycle definitions and attribution models are things you own, not chores you tolerate. A builder. You'd rather build the system than describe it. You default to hands-on execution and wire tools together instead of writing a requirements doc and waiting. Analytical. You can model a full funnel, build multi-touch attribution, run cohort and conversion analysis, and turn it into recommendations someone can act on this week. AI-native. You work alongside AI agents the way other operators work alongside tools — you know what they're good at, where they break, and how to design a motion around them. This isn't a bonus at Alta; it's the job. Proactive and curious. You look for where pipeline leaks and where data breaks, and you fix it before anyone asks. Comfortable being the only one. No ops team behind you, no ticket queue in front of you. You'll be the single owner of this domain, working directly with marketing, sales leadership and finance — and you'll need to communicate clearly on deeply technical topics to people who don't share your context. Preferred Experience • • 3+ years in RevOps, Marketing Ops or GTM systems at a B2B SaaS company. • Built a marketing attribution model in B2B SaaS from scratch - not just maintained one. • Deep HubSpot expertise. (Salesforce background is welcome, but HubSpot is what you'll live in.) • Experience building GTM automation: routing, scoring, enrichment, workflow orchestration. • CRM data quality, attribution and reporting at real volume. • Bonus: SQL and data modeling, outbound tooling, hands-on experience with AI agent workflows. • Excited by a high-paced, hyper-growth environment where the scope grows faster than the org chart.

GTM AI Engineer
Buildots · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description About Buildots Buildots is the world’s most advanced construction intelligence platform. By comparing schedules and BIM against site reality, its advanced AI transforms granular data into insights that unlock operational excellence. Over 100 global giants trust Buildots, including HOCHTIEF, Bouygues, Intel, NCC and VINCI Construction. Its impact is proven at every scale, from multi-family projects to multi-gigawatt data centers. With $297M raised, this is your opportunity to join a high-growth company that's already closing in on unicorn status. We hire curious people with bold ambitions. If you’re driven to solve ‘impossible’ challenges and want to see the tangible impact of your work shaping critical global projects and the skylines of the world’s largest cities, you belong at Buildots. About the role Our Revenue Operations team has already begun experimenting with AI agents and automation across the go-to-market lifecycle. We’ve seen enough to know there is a much bigger opportunity. Now we’re looking for an AI builder to take that from experimentation to a real capability across the Go To Market teams at Buildots. You’ll identify high-value opportunities, build and deploy AI-powered workflows and agents, create the foundations that allow them to operate safely in production, and help define how AI becomes part of the everyday operating model for our GTM organization. This is a hands-on builder role with broad ownership. You’ll work across Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, Marketing and RevOps, combining engineering ability with a strong understanding of how commercial organizations actually work. What you'll do • Build AI into the GTM lifecycle- Design and ship agents, automations and AI-powered workflows across areas such as prospecting and enrichment, lead management, account planning, deal support, approvals, pipeline management, forecasting, call intelligence and expansion. • Turn prototypes into production systems- Take promising internal experiments and build them into reliable services that can be used across the organization. You’ll work with our engineering and DevOps teams to make sure what we build is secure, maintainable and scalable. • Design for trust and appropriate autonomy- Define where AI can act independently, where people should remain in the loop, and how those boundaries are enforced. You’ll build the evaluation, monitoring, permissions and audibility needed for agents that interact with real commercial systems and data. • Build on strong data foundations- Agents are only as useful as the systems and data they can rely on. You’ll work across our CRM, GTM tools and data warehouse to improve how information is connected, structured and made available to AI-powered workflows. • Measure real business impact- We care less about the number of agents shipped than what they change. You’ll measure impact through outcomes such as faster cycle times, better data quality, higher productivity, improved conversion or time returned to teams — and communicate that impact clearly to the business. • Make the whole organization more capable- You won’t be the only person building with AI. Part of your role is creating the patterns, tooling and standards that allow others to build safely and effectively — while making it easy for the wider organization to discover, trust and use what has been created. Requirements: • 3-7 years of relevant experience, in roles such as GTM Engineer, AI GTM Engineer, RevOps Engineer, Business Applications Engineer, a Solutions/Sales Engineer with a strong technical background, an AI-forward Salesforce Developer, or a Forward Deployed Engineer. • Strong engineering ability. You can take an idea from prototype to working production system, integrate with APIs and existing applications, and make pragmatic technical decisions along the way. • Hands-on experience building with LLMs and agents. You’ve built systems involving tool use, structured workflows, context management, retrieval, agent frameworks or similar approaches, and understand how to evaluate whether they are actually working reliably. • Production mindset. You’re comfortable deploying and operating cloud-based services and working with concepts such as authentication, permissions, CI/CD, secrets, monitoring and observability. • Integration experience. You’re comfortable working with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, Slack applications, SQL and data warehouses. • Good judgment about AI autonomy. You understand the difference between generating an answer and taking an action, and know how to design systems appropriately when AI interacts with important business processes. • Commercial curiosity. You naturally look for high-leverage problems. You can understand a workflow, determine whether it is worth automating, and connect what you build to a measurable business outcome. • The ability to bring people with you. You can explain technical choices clearly, work across functions and build confidence in new ways of working. You don’t need to have used every technology in our stack or already know the answer to every architectural question. We care much more about whether you have built real things, learn quickly and can make good decisions in an environment where the playbook is still being written. Why join us? You’ll be joining at the point where AI inside Buildots is moving from individual experimentation to organizational capability. There is executive backing, a strong pipeline of opportunities and teams that already want to use what you build — but there is no fixed blueprint for how it should all work. You’ll have the opportunity to define that blueprint: what we build, how we build it, where AI should act autonomously, how we measure its impact and ultimately how an AI-native GTM organization operates. If that sounds like an interesting problem to own, we’d love to talk. *To support our hiring process, we may leverage AI-powered tools for tasks such as application screening, resume analysis, and response evaluation. All decisions remain under the oversight of our recruitment team. *By submitting your application, you agree that Buildots will process your personal data in accordance with Buildots' Privacy Policy.

Our vision is a world where care teams can stay one step ahead, rather than constantly catching up. Weʼre helping shift an entire industry from reactive to proactive, and we need talented people to help us get there. Who are you? You are someone who gets energized by turning a messy, manual process into something that runs automatically and at scale. You think in systems — you see how tools, data, and workflows connect across teams, and you know how to design solutions that are coherent. You do not wait for perfect requirements, you move fast but do not compromise on things that matter. You ship, you learn, and you improve. You are excited about doing this work in a behavioral health company where the downstream impact of getting operations right is real. How will you contribute? • Map current-state processes, identify automation and optimization opportunities, and build end-to-end workflows that reduce manual work and improve consistency across GTM and operations • Develop and deploy AI agents, copilots, and automation tools that support daily operations — integrating AI into existing systems to enhance decision-making and execution, not as a bolt-on layer but as a first-class component • Connect tools, data sources, and workflows across the tech stack to ensure seamless data flow between systems and enable real-time insights and actions • Create scalable frameworks for how workflows are built, maintained, and improved — establishing best practices for automation governance and performance tracking so others can operate and extend what you build • Monitor workflow performance, iterate quickly based on user feedback and operational impact, and translate ambiguous stakeholder problems into structured, executable solutions • Constantly track the AI landscape and new innovations, bringing in best practices, new tools and capabilities that move the needle • Take charge of solution deployment end-to-end from discovery to adoption. Support teams in developing enablement and the incorporation of solutions. The platform only matters if people use it. What qualifications and skills will help you be successful? • Hands-on experience building production workflows using automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, or similar • Practical experience applying AI and LLM tools to real operational workflows — including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or open-source models — with at least one deployed example you can speak to concretely • Logical approach, thinking in structured steps and knowing how to break down workflows, sequence them correctly, and designing how they should run before building them. • Comfort working across both technical and non-technical stakeholders and translating between the two • • Prioritizing building and shipping over prolonged planning; moving from idea to production quickly. • Driving initiatives forward with minimal oversight; proactively engaging the right stakeholders without being directed to. Taking ownership and leading confidently. • Experience in teaching and change management; treating adoption as part of the job, not an afterthought. Demonstrated patience with others. • 2–5 years of relevant experience in workflow automation, AI operations, RevOps, or a technical GTM or systems role Some nice-to-haves: • Experience with APIs, data pipelines, or low-code / no-code platforms • Exposure to CRM, support, or operational SaaS systems • Background in operations, systems design, or process improvement

Sentra · Remote

Description About Us Sentra is the AI Data Readiness platform for enterprises deploying AI at scale. Sentra continuously discovers, classifies, and governs sensitive data across cloud, SaaS, data warehouses, and AI environments - giving security teams complete visibility into what AI systems can access, what they can expose, and where compliance violations exist. Unlike alternatives that copy data to vendor clouds or require customer-managed outpost infrastructure, Sentra provisions ephemeral scanners directly inside the customer's environment, delivering petabyte-scale classification at a fraction of the cost. Trusted by Lyft, SoFi, Munich Re, PennyMac, Glovo and others. About the Role Sentra's revenue engine runs on state-of-the-art AI-enhanced infrastructure that was made possible with GTM Engineering: GTM data syncs continuously into a warehouse. AI pipelines score every open deal daily and write their conclusions back into the CRM. Attribution models run across a hundred thousand touchpoints. A partner deal-registration portal, a content platform and an internal dashboard suite are all in production, deployed through CI with automated rollback. All of it was designed and shipped in-house, in a matter of hours to days, not weeks. You will be the founding GTM Engineer within the GTM Engineering & RevOps team, where you’ll take over production systems, be asked to own them, harden them, and extend them into the parts of the revenue lifecycle we have not automated yet. The GTM team is your user base. You will find where revenue is leaking, build the system that closes the gap, and own both halves: the commercial reasoning about why a deal moves and the AI-systems that enable the team to act on it. Responsibilities • Build and enhance the revenue data platform and AI automations and workflows: The CRM-to-warehouse sync, the enrichment and scoring pipelines, revenue forecasting systems. You will operate these processes, improve them, and keep them reliable where the team never second guesses the output. • Own the full revenue lifecycle systems management: One system from first touch to renewal, from demand capture and lead flow, pipeline and forecast, to renewals and expansion. Not three disconnected stacks with handoffs between them; this is genuine end-to-end ownership. • Create analytics infrastructure that allows decision-makers to scale the business. Every number we publish is versioned and carries a reason; you will keep it that way. • Drive Adoption: Building is half the job; you will measure whether reps use what we build, and treat non-adoption as a defect in the system rather than a failure of the rep. Requirements • LLM tooling as an engineer, not a consumer. You have built something where an LLM is a component in a pipeline, and you have opinions about how you verified the output. Agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor or equivalent) are part of how this team works. • 5+ years in GTM operations, sales engineering, revenue operations, marketing operations or sales systems at a B2B SaaS company, preferably at high-growth startups scaling from $10M - $100M+ ARR. • Data & Git fluency: You can write the joins and window functions behind a pipeline report without help, and you can tell when a number is wrong because the query is wrong. Branches, pull requests, code review, resolving your own conflicts. Everything here ships through version control and CI. • Practical scripting and API work: Python, TypeScript or JavaScript. You have read API docs, handled auth, paginated a response and dealt with rate limits without supervision. • Deep Salesforce knowledge: You can design an object model, write and debug a record-triggered flow, reason about sharing and field-level security, and you know when the right answer is a formula field rather than automation. • Enterprise marketing automation: Marketo strongly preferred (Pardot, Eloqua or comparable considered). Sync behavior, dedupe and lead-to-contact matching are part of the job, not someone else's problem. • Commercial judgment: You can explain what a stalled deal looks like in the data, and why that matters to a quarter.
