Frontend Tech Lead
Guardio · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description Guardio is one of the fastest-growing companies in consumer cybersecurity - we’ve doubled revenue four years running, passed $150 million in ARR, and now protect over a million people, at a moment when AI has made scams more convincing than ever. AI has democratized cybercrime: scams that once required sophisticated hacking teams are now cheap, personalized, and everywhere. Traditional security wasn’t built for this - so we’re building it, protection that sees the person, connects all the dots - and stop attacks and scams wherever vector they come from. And honestly, we all feel here - it’s just the beginning! So, what's the job? Guardio's frontend runs in four places: a browser extension, a web app, a mobile app, and the growth funnel. Four surfaces, four teams, one user who never sees the seams. We're looking for a Frontend Tech Lead to own that craft across our frontend teams. You'll set the architecture, define the quality bar, and write the code on the hardest problems yourself. Not a generic fullstack role. Frontend is the discipline here, and you're the authority on it. Hands-on, no direct reports. You will: • Advance the frontend architecture across both web and mobile platforms. • Define the quality bar and make it measurable. Performance budgets, testing strategy, and review standards that hold in the age of AI. • Build the shared foundation. Design system, component library, and build tooling that every frontend engineer at Guardio works through. • Take the hardest problems yourself. Remove bottlenecks, speed up infrastructure, solve that time-critical bug in prod. • Make the engineers around you better through code review, design review, and mentoring across our teams. • Push how far AI can take frontend work at Guardio, and build the agents, skills, and workflows that let a small group ship like a much larger one. Sounds great! Am I the right fit? We're looking for a specific kind of person. • 5+ years in frontend engineering, with deep React and TypeScript. You've owned complex products from first design through production and kept them healthy afterwards. • You've been a frontend tech lead before. You owned the technical direction for a team, made the architecture calls, and set the standards. Formal management experience is not required. • AI-pilled. You build with a coding agent every day, you've built your own workflows, and you know exactly where they break. In production, not in demos. • You've built at consumer scale. Millions of users, real traffic, and a business that notices when a render path gets slower or a page stops converting. • You care about craft. UX, accessibility, and polish show up in what you've shipped, and you can explain why a screen feels right. • You're great to work with. You communicate clearly, argue with evidence, own your mistakes, and bring real energy without the ego. Talk nerdy to me. Don't mind if we do. Our tech stack: • Client: React and React Native in TypeScript • Backend: Python + Go • Cloud: Google Cloud on Kubernetes (GKE) • Data and experimentation: BigQuery, MySQL, Clickhouse, Redis, and our in-house A/B platform • AI tooling: Claude Code with an internal plugin marketplace of skills, MCP servers, and CLIs Thinking of a great addition? Let's do it.

Fronted Engineer – AI Datacenter Orchestration Platform
DriveNets · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description Location: Tel Aviv Hybrid DriveNets is a leader in high-scale disaggregated networking solutions. Founded in 2015, DriveNets modernizes the way service providers, cloud providers and hyperscalers build networks. Supporting the largest network in the world, more than half of AT&T’s backbone traffic runs on DriveNets’ Network Cloud open disaggregated architecture. Raising $587 million in three funding rounds, DriveNets is disrupting the networking market from high-scale architecture to AI platforms, and is bringing onboard the most talented people. The Role We’re building a new orchestration platform for AI datacenters—software that turns a complex, multi-vendor stack of compute, networking, and accelerators into something customers can deploy, operate, and optimize with confidence. You’ll join a small founding team (growing later) where every engineer ships. This is a hands-on architect role in the truest sense: you’ll own key architectural decisions and write production code 100% of the time, side-by-side with the team. If you like shaping systems at the “whiteboard-to-production” level—and you want your decisions to run at scale in real AI datacenters—this is that kind of role. You will work on all aspects of a new platform for managing AI Datacenters, building full on prem AI-first applications. Staff Frontend Engineer
ServiceNow · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Job Description ServiceNow's Advanced Technology Group is a customer-focused innovation team building intelligent software and AI-powered work experiences. We combine AI workers, workflows, chat, knowledge, and integrations to make complex enterprise operations accessible to everyday users. Our researchers, applied scientists, engineers, designers, and product managers have a dual mission: build end-to-end products for customers while experimenting with and de-risking the technologies that will shape how people work. The role We are looking for an experienced frontend engineer who cares deeply about product quality. You will turn complex, nondeterministic AI behavior into fast, clear, and trustworthy user experiences across our web application and embedded enterprise surfaces. You will help shape what we build and take features from idea to production. We look for people who move fast, ask good questions, care about users, and take pride in their work. What you will do • Build AI-native experiences for chat, workflows, integrations, approvals, and knowledge. • Own customer-facing features from product definition through implementation, testing, release, and iteration. • Create scalable components and shared product capabilities across our main application and ServiceNow experience. • Design reliable realtime and asynchronous interfaces, including streaming, partial results, retries, interruptions, and failures. • Own frontend foundations such as shared packages, build tooling, dependency upgrades, and CI. • Keep the frontend healthy over time by improving architecture, performance, developer experience, and maintainability. • Improve accessibility, responsiveness, performance, observability, and product polish. • Work closely with product, design, backend, and AI engineers while independently driving execution. • Help evolve our engineering practices as AI changes how software is designed and built. Qualifications To be successful in this role you have: • Strong React and TypeScript fundamentals with experience building high-quality customer-facing products. • A track record of driving meaningful features end to end, not only incremental changes. • Strong product judgment: you care about clarity, speed, accessibility, and details, and speak up when an experience is not good enough. • Experience with asynchronous server state, typed APIs, complex forms, realtime events, and failure handling. • Ability to design maintainable boundaries between applications, shared features, UI primitives, and API clients. • Experience maintaining frontend infrastructure, package ecosystems, build pipelines, and large codebases. • Experience with automated testing and confidence in owning production outcomes. • Comfort working with autonomy in a fast-moving environment with limited process overhead. AI Development Lifecycle Hands-on ADLC experience is mandatory. You must have shipped software using AI across discovery, design, implementation, testing, review, documentation, and production debugging—not only used a coding assistant occasionally. You know how to validate AI-generated work, define evaluations and regression criteria, manage context, and account for nondeterminism, hallucinations, latency, cost, privacy, and security. You retain human ownership of the architecture, code, and customer outcome. For product development, you understand prompts, tool calls, structured outputs, approvals, and model failure modes well enough to design trustworthy AI user experiences. Our technology React, TypeScript, Vite, Nx, TanStack Query, React Hook Form, Socket.IO, TipTap, SCSS Modules, i18next, Vitest, Playwright, Sentry, JSON Schema, Cursor, and Linear. Our platform runs on AWS and Kubernetes. You do not need to be an infrastructure expert, but you should be comfortable working with cloud-based systems. Experience with every technology is not required. Experience with rich-text editors, design systems, Web Components, Shadow DOM, ServiceNow, or AI automation products is a plus.
