Senior Forward Deployed Engineer
FDE Times · Israel

Salesforce is hiring Senior Forward Deployed Engineers — the Technical Builders, responsible for deciding that leads who design, build, and deploy the most complex agentic AI solutions directly inside enterprise customer environments. You'll lead technical delivery on your team, mentor the next wave of engineers, and set the engineering standards that define how agentic AI gets deployed at scale. Partnering closely with a Deployment Strategist (Strategic Builder - a customer-facing advisor who shapes AI strategy and drives adoption), you'll own outcomes end-to-end, from architecture decision to production. Your passion for well-crafted software that solves real problems will be supported by best-in-class AI tools and a team of talented builders around you. The Senior Builder Experience Technical Ownership: Partner with a Deployment Strategist to own customer outcomes end-to-end. You're the senior technical authority in the room, ensuring deliverables meet the highest engineering standards, whether it was generated by an AI tool by a colleague or written by you directly. AI-Supported Engineering: Cursor, Claude, and Salesforce coding products like Vibes are embedded in your daily workflow. The conventions and patterns you develop tend to propagate through the team because other Builders look to your work as reference. Roadmap Influence: Your field experience routes directly to Product and Engineering. The gaps you hit and the edge cases you encounter in real life customer environments become the features they ship. Senior Forward Deployed Engineers are the most credible voice in agentic AI product evolution. Continuous Innovation: You're expected to stay at the forefront — piloting emerging AI tools, experimenting with new models and frameworks, and sharing what you learn with your team and customers. What You'll Actually Be Building Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for Salesforce's most strategic customers — from architecture decisions through production handoff. Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform: agent logic, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration, deterministic guardrails, and the integration patterns that hold up in enterprise environments. Your reference implementations become the basis for how other Builders approach similar problems. Own the data lifecycle: model design, processing pipelines, and data readiness for AI applications across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer-specific platforms. Resolve the technical blockers that other engineers can't — data integration failures, model deployment issues, orchestration breakdowns, performance regressions. These problems are routed to you because of your track record of solving them. Build and maintain agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes across engagements. Develop proofs-of-concept and MVPs quickly, with the judgment to know which decisions can be deferred and which need to be right the first time. Codify what you learn. The patterns, reusable assets, and internal frameworks that come out of your real customer work become the playbooks the rest of the org draws from. Mentor other Engineers through code reviews, pair sessions, and shared work. Most of your influence on developing engineers happens inside the same codebases you're building in. Provide technical depth on at-risk or strategically critical deployments when senior engineering judgment is needed. Surface field insights directly to Product and Engineering. The gaps and edge cases you encounter in real customer environments are some of the most valuable inputs to the Agentforce roadmap. Partner with the Deployment Strategist on your team to translate complex customer business challenges into agentic solutions that actually ship. You're Our Senior Forward Deployed Engineer If… You have 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, with proven end-to-end ownership of scalable production systems in enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS environments. Forward Deployed Engineer at Baseten
FDE Times · Israel

ABOUT BASETEN Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products. THE ROLE Forward Deployed Engineering is Baseten's swat team. We're deeply technical, great with customers and fast, and we make the platform better with everything we learn in the field. FDEs take on the hardest inference problems for our most strategic customers: novel architectures, extreme scale, tight latency budgets. Then we turn those solutions into a platform no one can match. We're scaling the team quickly. We need someone to build the operating system that lets a fast-growing team of engineers stay focused on hard problems instead of coordination. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to our largest customers and to company leadership. You'll shape how a new kind of engineering team operates in the AI industry. RESPONSIBILITIES Run the priority account cadence. Own the operating rhythm for our top accounts: daily hot-account check-ins, the weekly "forest view" review with leadership, and the account list itself with Sales leadership. Goal: zero surprise escalations to our execs. Make the bridges work. Our FDE team connects to SA and Sales, Product, engineering (inference, infra), capacity and on-call. You'll make sure each connection has a clear owner, cadence and SLA, with no hand-offs falling through the cracks: Account transitions between solution architect and FDE, with exit criteria and runbooks Non-P0 escalations to engineering teams, tracked and burned down weekly Customer patterns and gaps flowing into the product roadmap Drive cross-team programs for our largest customers. Coordinate multi-team efforts such as dedicated-capacity rollouts, cluster migrations, capacity reservations and large customer launches. Bring together various teams so these run on a plan, not on heroics. Reduce toil and protect platform time. Track where engineering time goes: incidents another team owns, manual routing and config changes, after-hours pages. Work with engineering leads to remove the biggest sources of obstacles, so FDEs keep 30% of their time for shaping the platform. Own the metrics. Build and report the metrics scorecard (account health, response times, toil, load per engineer, team health) to leadership. Help us scale the team. Drive programs like new-hire enablement and certification, account load balancing, and run book coverage. Partner with Recruiting on hiring operations as we grow. Manage risk and dependencies. Maintain a clear-eyed view of cross-team dependencies and risks; surface them early, drive mitigation, and keep leadership informed with honest, signal-rich updates. Communicate up, down, and across. Translate between deeply technical teams and senior leadership. Run effective program reviews and write the kind of crisp statuses that let busy people make fast decisions. REQUIREMENTS 5+ years as a TPM (or engineer turned TPM) on infrastructure, cloud or customer-facing technical programs Technical depth: you're comfortable with ML Infra systems, Kubernetes, GPUs and distributed systems, and can follow an incident channel or a design doc without a translator. Experience with LLM inference is a strong plus. You've run programs across many teams at once and kept them moving without formal authority Calm in the middle of an escalation: you bring structure to chaos and close the loop You write clearly and concisely, for engineers and for execs High ownership, and you'd rather fix the process than work around it NICE-TO-HAVES Experience working on AI / ML Infra stack. Background in solutions engineering, SRE or forward-deployed teams WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE In your first few months, you'll have taken ownership of one or more in-flight programs, established the operating rhythm they were missing, and built the trust that makes teams want you in the room. Within a year, the programs you run are the ones leadership doesn't worry about, because the structure is clear, the risks are visible early, and the follow-ups always close. BENEFITS Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!) Paid parental leave Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k) Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities. Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you. At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

Production experience required. Builder mindset non-negotiable. The FDE Voice is a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer role with a special focus on Voice. In this role, you will work directly with customers to design, build, and deploy AI-powered voice experiences in production, using Agentforce Voice, Service Cloud Voice, and contact center telephony integrations. You will own the full delivery cycle, from discovery and solution design to configuration, testing, and go-live, and you will be responsible for voice-specific quality, including latency, call flow logic, interruption handling, multilingual performance, and seamless escalation to human agents. The work matters because the customers depend on it. Design agent intelligence: prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integration with customer systems, leveraging our Agentic AI platform and current LLM techniques. Own technical components end-to-end: from architecture choice to deployed, validated, and observable in production. Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms. Model the data, ship the pipeline, and validate the output. Build and maintain agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes. Contribute to proofs-of-concept and MVPs that move from sketch to deployable in days, not months. Co-build alongside customers and partners, sharing best practices and enablement as you go. Leaving teams more capable after each engagement than before. Surface platform gaps, edge cases, and field insights to senior Engineers and the product team. Your real-world experience is the product feedback loop. Partner with the Deployment Strategist in your pod to translate customer business challenges into agentic solutions that actually ship. You're Our Person If... You have 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, with at least one production system you'd be proud to walk us through - ideally in an AI tech stack, full-stack development, or working with frontier models. You have prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering) - this is a requirement, not a nice-to-have. You're fluent in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex - and willing to add to that list as the work demands. You've been hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering. You can explain why a prompt failed and what you'd change. You understand data modelling, APIs, and integration patterns deeply enough to design them, not just consume them. You can hold your own in a room with sales teams and customer architects. You ship quality code and evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigour. You actively tinker with the evolving AI/data landscape - piloting new tools, experimenting with new models, and staying genuinely curious about what's coming next. You thrive in the group chat that's building something, not just talking about it. You're excited to travel ~25% of the time and work directly alongside customers. Even Better If... Salesforce platform experience or certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I, Agentforce Specialist). Familiarity with agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) and orchestration patterns. Hands-on with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery). Experience across specialist AI delivery areas: data engineering, platform architecture, or headless deployments. Unleash Your Potential When you join Salesforce, you'll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Forward Deployed Engineer - FDE SWAT (EMEA South)
FDE Times · Israel

Production experience required. Builder mindset non-negotiable. The FDE SWAT is a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer role focused on troubleshooting, fixing, and resolving complex issues in live customer deployments. As part of a team of specialists, you will be engaged by FDE Pods or directly by customers when critical problems arise, working quickly to diagnose root causes, implement fixes, and restore stable performance across Agentforce and the wider Salesforce platform. You will own issues end-to-end, from triage and investigation to resolution, validation, and handover, and you will be responsible for clear communication with stakeholders throughout, especially in high-pressure and time-sensitive situations. You will work closely with Product and Engineering as a direct escalation path: reproducing and documenting defects, providing detailed technical evidence, collaborating on fixes and workarounds, and tracking resolutions through to release. Beyond individual cases, you will identify recurring issue patterns, share lessons learned with the Pods, and build reusable diagnostics, runbooks, and preventive best practices that strengthen the quality and resilience of future deployments across the EMEA South FDE team. What You'll Actually Be Doing Develop AI agents and experiences that take real actions for real organisations. Our solutions are in production at some of the largest enterprises on the planet. You have a degree in Computer Science or a related field. Salesforce platform experience or certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I, Agentforce Specialist) Familiarity with agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) and orchestration patterns Hands-on with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery) Experience across specialist AI delivery areas: data engineering, platform architecture, or headless deployments The Builder Experience AI-Powered Development: Ship real customer solutions, supported by best-in-class AI tools - Cursor, Claude, and Salesforce coding products like Vibes - embedded into your day-to-day workflow. Collaborative Delivery: You'll work alongside Senior Forward Deployed Engineers and a Deployment Strategist. You'll own real components, benefit from structured mentorship from people who've shipped agentic systems at scale, and have a clear path to leading complex deliveries yourself. Frontier Access: Our agentic AI platform is evolving in real time. You'll work on capabilities most engineers won't touch for months - spanning Agentforce, data, platform, and headless architectures, and your field insight will feed directly to the product teams building them. Continuous Innovation: You'll be expected to stay at the forefront, experimenting with emerging AI tools, models, and frameworks, and sharing what you learn with your team and customers. Unleash Your Potential When you join Salesforce, you'll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we'll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future - but to redefine what's possible - for yourself, for AI, and the world. Read before you apply. Job Category: Sales About Salesforce Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword — it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all. Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce. The Experience Production implementation experience required. Builder mindset non-negotiable. Salesforce is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers focused on Data 360, Salesforce's real-time data engine that unifies data from any source. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be a hands-on Technical Builder who configures, builds, tests, and deploys Data 360 directly inside enterprise customer environments. You will turn approved solution designs and acceptance criteria into working implementations across ingestion, harmonization, identity, insights, activation, retrieval, security, and operational readiness. Data 360 is also the data foundation for Agentforce - and grounding agents in accurate, real-time enterprise data is deep data engineering. You'll go further into RAG, vector search, MCP, and agent-to-agent integration than most data roles ever touch, because the agents are only as good as the layer you build. You'll work within a delivery team that includes architects, deployment strategists, Agentforce FDEs, account teams, and customer technical teams. Engagements may span a focused proof, production rollout, and stabilization. The common thread is real customer data, disciplined testing, and a supportable handoff. This is a hands-on data and software engineering role. You will build in real enterprise customer environments - writing SQL, Python, and Apex; building ingestion pipelines; debugging identity resolution; and shipping working implementations from sandbox through production. If you're looking for a purely declarative configuration role or a pure advisory role, this isn't it. What You'll Actually Be Doing Build in customer environments. Configure and develop directly in customer sandboxes and production - using Data 360 configuration, SQL, Apex, Flow, Python, the REST Query API, the Interaction SDK, Salesforce DX, CLI, Git, Data Kits, and deployment tooling as required - following security, change-management, and release controls. Engineer the data layer. Build ingestion, harmonization, and identity resolution across batch and streaming sources. Materialize views of data optimized for specific application, analytical, and agentic workloads, tuning latency and cost tradeoffs to meet use-case requirements. Work with customer data and AI teams to ensure implementations align with their existing strategies (e.g., data mesh, data fabric). Prove it works. Create representative test data and validate expected outcomes across happy paths, edge cases, access boundaries, hierarchy behavior, failure conditions, and customer-scale volumes. Ground the agents. Design, build, and maintain the AI data integration layer - RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector databases, search indexes, and knowledge bases - that grounds Agentforce solutions in accurate, real-time enterprise data. Orchestrate agent communication. Design and implement the protocols - including Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agent-to-agent communication - that govern, monitor, and ensure efficient collaboration among specialized AI agents. Connect the ecosystem. Implement robust, scalable, and secure data integration patterns that connect Agentforce to a wide range of enterprise applications and enable communication between AI agents. Govern the data. Apply deep data management expertise to ensure the secure integration, transformation, and governance of structured and unstructured data across the Salesforce ecosystem (CRM, Data Cloud) and external systems. Build for scale and security. Apply knowledge of message queues, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems to build resilient workflows and implement secure authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth, SAML) so that all agent actions are secure and comply with enterprise security policies. Debug the hard problems. Troubleshoot ingestion failures, mapping defects, schema drift, identity anomalies, query behavior, activation latency, API errors, permissions, and consumption issues - methodically, with logs and query evidence, isolating product behavior from configuration error. Own implementation decisions. Compare viable techniques within the approved architecture, document measured tradeoffs, and recommend the most maintainable implementation to the responsible architect or technical lead. Accelerate with AI. Use AI tooling - including Data 360 APIs and MCP Servers - to automate the build process and compress customers' time to value. Co-build and hand off. Work alongside customer technical teams and partners through pairing, code reviews, and configuration reviews. Package reusable metadata, scripts, queries, tests, and runbooks so the solution can be reproduced and supported. Support deployment, validation, production handoff, and early stabilization, leaving clear ownership and known limitations. Feed the roadmap. Surface reproducible platform gaps and edge cases - with live evidence, impact, and expected behavior - directly to Product and Support. You're Our Person If... You have 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or technical implementation, including a production data solution you can explain in detail. You have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. You have hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud) or a comparable enterprise data platform across ingestion, modeling, identity, insight, activation, and operations. You have hands-on experience building data pipelines and integrations using at least one enterprise data platform or technology, such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, Kafka, cloud object storage, or an enterprise MDM platform. You are proficient in SQL and can build, debug, and optimize multi-table queries, joins, filters, transformations, and validation checks. You are fluent in at least one implementation language used in enterprise delivery - Apex, Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript - and are willing to learn the others as needed. You understand data modeling, APIs, integration patterns, batch and streaming processing, and the practical differences between copied, federated, and Zero Copy data access. You've built retrieval systems for AI applications - vector databases, search indexes, embedding pipelines, or knowledge bases - and can explain the design decisions behind chunking, indexing, and relevance. You've implemented secure service-to-service integration patterns (OAuth, SAML, event-driven architectures) and are conversant in emerging agent protocols like MCP and agent-to-agent communication. You can implement secure data access and rigorously test it, including permissions, entitlements, consent, user context, restricted populations, and negative test cases. You diagnose technical problems methodically, use logs and query evidence, isolate product behavior from configuration errors, and document a reproducible result. You can implement against a documented architecture, explain what you built to customer technical teams, and recognize when a question requires an architect or security owner. You have delivered alongside customers, partners, professional services, or internal implementation teams in deadline-driven environments. You are excited to work directly with customer administrators, developers, data engineers, and architects. You have relevant certifications in Salesforce Agentforce, Data 360, and the Salesforce Platform Unleash Your Potential When you join Salesforce, you'll be limitless in all areas of your life. Why Harvey At Harvey, we're transforming how legal and professional services operate. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we're reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come. This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. We have strong product-market fit and world-class investor support. We're scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched. Our team moves fast, takes ownership, and is deeply committed to the mission — operating with intensity, staying close to our customers, and pushing each other for excellence. We live by three values: Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job's Not Finished. We act quickly on clear judgment over perfect information, we believe simplicity is what scales, and we're never satisfied with where we are. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who share that drive, we'd love to build with you. At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we're just getting started. Role Overview Harvey's Finance Engineering team is the investment-side counterpart to our Legal Engineering team: former investment professionals who bring real deal experience to Harvey's prospects and customers. Forward Deployed Finance Engineers lead discovery, demos, pilots, trainings, onboarding, and custom builds alongside our AEs and CSMs. They translate real investment work into Harvey solutions, serving as the trust layer across the entire customer lifecycle, from the first pilot to the most complex, custom-built workflow. Finance Engineers work on Harvey Deals, a new product built off of Harvey's acquisition of Benchmark. Harvey Deals is where investment teams run their deals — screening, underwriting, diligence, and committee materials — built in the firm's own templates and formats, with every figure traceable back to the document it came from. Harvey works with 150+ asset management firms and analyzes 178M+ documents each month; the Finance Engineering team is how that capability meets the way deal teams actually work. Finance Engineers understand how investors think and work, and use that expertise to design, build, and refine solutions that hold up under live deal pressure. In doing so, they don't just drive adoption; they shape Harvey's product roadmap, ensuring every release is grounded in what investment teams actually need. It's a team built to make Harvey the platform investment teams can trust with their most important work. This role is the first Finance Engineer dedicated to private credit. You will build the credit playbook — demo library, workflow templates, use cases — while running live pilots, and lead the credit practice as the team grows. You may be asked to travel around 2–3+ times per month. Travel is always for a significant business need and typically is for 1–3 days at a time. What You'll Do Forward Deployed Finance Engineers on the private credit team are former credit investors who left the desk to help build the future of how credit gets underwritten. Working closely with Account Executives, they engage with direct lenders, opportunistic and specialty finance managers, BDC managers, and insurer credit arms throughout the pre-sales process and stay with them well past it — leading pilots on live opportunities, guiding lenders through what's possible with AI, and sitting down with credit teams to build screening, underwriting, and credit committee workflows in the firm's own templates and formats. The work is the work they did on the desk: lender presentation and CIM review; QoE read-throughs and data pack analysis; cash flow and leverage modeling; sizing and structuring; covenant and credit agreement review; credit memo drafting; and comps. It continues post-close into compliance certificate review, covenant tracking, amendment and waiver analysis, and quarterly portfolio reporting, so value compounds after the first deal. Along the way, Finance Engineers bring credit-team feedback back into the product, helping shape the future of Harvey. What You Have 6+ years on the investment or underwriting team at a direct lender, private credit fund, BDC manager, or insurer private credit arm, with demonstrated ownership of live deal work: screening, underwriting, diligence workstreams, modeling, structuring, and drafting credit committee materials. Asset-based and specialty finance backgrounds are welcome. Leveraged finance, restructuring advisory, or rating-agency experience before the principal side is welcome, but principal-side deal execution is required. Strong command of the documents and data that drive a credit decision — lender presentation and CIM, QoE and data pack, model, credit agreement and intercreditor, compliance certificates — and an instinct for where the numbers and the paper disagree. Advanced Excel and financial modeling, comfort with prompting and agentic AI workflows, and a builder's instinct for turning a repeated manual process into a repeatable automation. Python, SQL, or experience building internal tools is a plus. Executive presence and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish credibility from analysts and associates through to partners and credit committee members. Outstanding communication and presentation skills — comfortable leading a live demo, facilitating a workshop, or holding your own in a technical conversation about a covenant package or an underwriting assumption. Deep curiosity about AI's potential to transform investment work, paired with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset and bias toward action. Track record partnering with senior stakeholders to drive results, with curiosity for testing approaches and optimizing for customer outcomes. Customer-facing or commercial experience (LP or investor relations, capital formation, banking coverage, business development) and/or hands-on experience using AI tools in an investment setting are pluses. Depending on your location, an Applicant Privacy Notice may apply to you. You can find all of our Applicant Privacy Notices here. Harvey is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, national origin, disability, age, genetic information, veteran status, marital status, pregnancy or related condition, or any other basis protected by law. You will partner with finance leaders, subject-matter experts, data scientists, data engineers, DevOps engineers, AI citizen developers, knowledge workers, and external vendors to discover high-value opportunities, build trusted solutions, and help teams adopt new ways of working. This is a hands-on role for someone who can move comfortably from an ambiguous business problem to a working prototype, a production-ready solution, and sustained adoption. You will combine technical depth, business-savvy thinking, program leadership, and a strong teaching capacity to enable AI across our Finance organization. What you'll be doing Translate complex finance workflows and ambiguous business problems into clear requirements, technical designs, success measures, and delivery plans — guiding architecture across data, models, APIs, orchestration, UX, and human-in-the-loop controls. Prototype and productionize AI solutions: agents, retrieval-augmented generation, workflow automation, analytics, and ML applications. Partner with data owners and platform teams to securely integrate structured and unstructured data, set access controls, and improve data quality and lineage. Lead technically and organizationally complex initiatives from discovery to launch, balancing experimentation with enterprise scale, security, governance, and maintainability. Build reusable reference architectures, patterns, and enablement assets, and communicate recommendations, tradeoffs, and results to audiences from finance operators to executives and engineers. What we need to see Hands-on Python, SQL, and Git, with Databricks or a comparable cloud data and AI platform. Practical experience building and deploying modern AI — LLMs, prompt/context design, agents, MCPs, and evaluations — and integrating applications via APIs across structured and unstructured data. Strong product and program judgment: create clarity from ambiguity, define an MVP, manage dependencies and risk, and deliver iteratively. Working knowledge of responsible AI, privacy, security, and governance, with excellent communication that teaches technical concepts to nontechnical audiences and influences across functions without formal authority. 3+ years in computer science, data science/engineering, analytics, automation, or applied AI. A BS or MS degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Ways to stand out from the crowd Applied AI, automation, or advanced analytics to tax, corporate development, treasury, venture capital, financial services, procurement, audit, or related areas. Designed agentic workflows and securely connected models to enterprise systems like SAP, SFDC, or Workday. Built communities of practice and taught varied technical audiences, using feedback and adoption data to improve enablement. Experience in a large, global technology company or another complex, high-growth environment. A collaborative, customer-focused approach and demonstrated ability to influence across functions without relying on formal authority. Curiosity, sound judgment, and a bias toward learning through experimentation while maintaining high standards for quality and trust.
