Key Responsibilities • Lead significant workstreams in end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects. • Translate business and financial requirements into effective system solutions. • Take ownership of solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities. • Serve as a professional authority within the team, providing guidance and mentoring junior consultants. • Lead client workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder discussions • Manage multiple client engagements and contribute to project success in a dynamic environment Requirements • 3+ years of experience in ERP implementation projects, preferably NetSuite. • Proven experience leading functional streams in complex implementation projects . • Strong understanding of finance and business processes. • Ability to act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for clients and project teams. • Experience leading workshops and managing senior stakeholders. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • High level of English, written and spoken. Description Deloitte’s the leading and largest consulting firm in the world, is looking for a Oracle Cloud Finance Consultant to join our growing Oracle Practice In this role, you will take part in the implementation, configuration, and deployment of Oracle ERP Cloud Financials solutions for leading organizations. Working closely with clients and project teams, you will help translate business needs into effective system solutions and support successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities •Configure and implement Oracle Cloud Financials modules as part of ERP projects. • Participate in end-to-end implementation activities, including design workshops, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support. •Support clients in optimizing financial processes through Oracle ERP solutions. •Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver high-quality implementations. •Assist in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements • 5-10 years of experience implementing Oracle ERP Financials solutions. •Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Financials; Oracle Cloud ERP implementation experience is highly preferred. •Experience working for a system integrator, implementation partner, or within an organization's Oracle ERP team. • Strong knowledge of financial business processes and Oracle Financials modules. • Ability to work directly with business users and stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline. • CPA certification – an advantage. • Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English.
